1. Stop taking your pills.
2. Make friends.
3. Be nice.
4. Make it through an entire day without panicking once.
5. Get a B+ or A- in any subject.
6. Don't mention any of your issues.
7. Talk to people (especially boys).
8. Please, please, please don't quote books.
9. Focus.
10. Shut up when the teacher's talking.

If I had to guess, I'd say my...issues...probably started in fourth grade.
I honestly feel horrible talking about fourth grade, but I kinda have to. See, it's my—
Rule number six: Don't talk about your issues.
Right. Moving on.
So anyway, I didn't like fourth grade. The teacher wouldn't let me get Advil in the middle of class, even if it was for a splitting headache. Migraines, they're called.
Rule six, Em. Rule six.
Moving on, again.
It's an understatement to say my experience with elementary school was fucking torture.
Language, Em. Just one more reason to get sent to the principal's.
Moving on—for the third time.
So yeah, my life is a wreck.
