Dani's POV:
January 7th 2018
5pm
Me & the girls sit at JYP's office awaiting our official debut which is only a hour away.
HyunJae's POV:
"annyeonghaseyo! Che irumeun HyunJae-imnida." I say into the small camera our boss (JYP) has recording us
"I'm the leader of this group and we are here to sing to you our debut song called Ever After!"
We all simultaneously clap our hands and I smile into the camera.
"Cmon girls lets start our debut with a bang!" I say looking at all of them.
Dani's POV:
-a while later-
"Happily ever after with y-o-u BOY!" I sing perfectly ending the song and Nari smiles looking at me.
"Perfect!!" HyunJae says giving me a high five.
The cameras turn off &
I blush and I look over to see Mel glaring at me.
She's silent because HyunJae's here but secretly we've been bickering so much some would way we were related instead of group members.
Nari's POV:
I sensed the tension in the air as Mel & Dani glare at each other.
Just when I was about to speak up I get a text message from BamBam who asked for my number when we last spoke.
"Bambam🐉: hey! rooftop party tonight! see u guys there ;) 9pm sharp!"
I raise a eyebrow reading it.
"Nari🦸🏽‍♀️: what party? We weren't alerted of this?!"
I send and I wait for a answer.
"Bambam🐉: we decided to throw one in honor of 4 years together. 🥳 see you guys there?"
"Nari🦸🏽‍♀️: I'll alert HyunJae and I'll give you the answer in a few :)"
"Bambam🐉: hope to see you especially ;)"
Lord this boy with his damn winky faces.
"Hey guys Bambam just invited us over for a rooftop party. It's a anniversary party but he invited us anyway wanna go?" I speak out and I see Dani's face lights up.
Suddenly she gets up and walks away with her phone smiling.
I tap HyunJae's shoulder and we watch as she goes into the bathroom.
We decide to eavesdrop on her...
Dani's POV:
"Hello?..hey Jackson what in the odds of you calling me when Nari just told me BamBam invited us over for a party?" I say smirking
"I wanted to chat for a little we have break time from practicing." He says
"You guys never have a break do you?" I ask him & he laughs
"Neither will you guys now that you've debuted..." He says and I stay silent.
Are we really going to be this busy?
"I'm just joking geez..relax..hey after practice can I FaceTime you? We've been calling each other all these weeks and with the hectic schedules and you guys debuting we haven't been able to hang out. I really wanna see you." He says it almost sounds like he's whining.
Which is totally him anyway..
"Well I'm going to that party tonight so I'll see you there you know?" I say and I could only imagine the grin he must have on his face.
"Great! See you then! Bye!" He says and hangs up before I could even say bye back.
I walk out of the bathroom to find Nari & HyunJae sitting waiting for me.
"Hey?" I say but it comes out sounding like a question.
"So are you & Jackson a thing?" Nari asks me smirking & nudging my shoulder playfully.
"What?! No! We are just friends we've just been chatting more recently on the phone since they've been practicing long hours at the dance studio." I say fiddling with my fingers.
There's no denying the obvious crush I have for him but he'll never feel that way about me because duh he's Jackson Wang from GOT7.
I'm the newly debuted maknae of One Melody!
I'm worried sick if he finds out my feelings for him because it could either be really really bad or oh boy it could really really good.
"Mmm and I call Seungmin just because of the long hours of us dancing." HyunJae says smirking as she's referring to her little "fling"/ "booty call" she has his number on speed dial on her phone.
"Whatever! At least you guys see each other! Other than you guys being whatever you guys call this thing you guys have..does he know you sorta like JB?" I ask her & she looks at me.
"He doesn't have to know because we aren't a actual couple...it's a no strings attached relationship. He can have whoever he wants and I can have whoever I want. That's why we don't go on dates." She says
"Unnie.." Nari says
"Yes?" HyunJae answers
"Do you love Seungmin?" Nari asks her
"WHAT!? Nari darling didn't you just hear what I said..there's no feelings in this it's just whenever we want to hook up." She says and Nari frowns.
HyunJae's been doing this to poor Seungmin for a solid 3 years and he secretly loves her but since she doesn't want a committed relationship with him she's dragging him into a friends with benefits type of relationship.
"Anyway let's get ready for this party." HyunJae says and stands up signaling us to leave the room.
Off to party I guess...
