"Damn it" I swore softly when I bumped my toe on the foot of the bed.

But actually it wasn't what upset me.

It's been three bloody days now, three. Harry and Louis had recovered and were released. I was there for a few days to check it out.

At the moment Lili was still sleeping in my bed and I made my way to the canteen.

I looked a lot better than a few days ago. Once at the bottom, the canteen was just opening.

7am on time.

There were only two young girls standing there, one had a cast around her leg.

Excitedly, she knocked, you could call it beating, on the upper arm of her friend and nodded inconspicuously to me.
The other looked at her in shock.

The two were cute. Others would have come or made a video.
But they saw that I was feeling bad, I mean I also hobbled a bit.

I didn't care how I looked right now, so I smiled at them.

"You can come here," I grinned at her as I sat down at a table with a muffin in hand.

The two of them came excitedly and asked me how I was doing. And how the others would be.
I cleared them up, bit on the coma story.

We take selfies and they give me a quick hug.

"Wait a minute, what did you actually do?" I asked her and pointed to her leg. Grinning, she looked at the floor, whereupon she laughed at her friend.
"She wanted to jump over my shoulder like Louis once did at Harry's in the concert, but something went wrong, I have the video if you want to see it" the girl knocked her friend into the pan.

She showed me the video and I had to stop laughing.
"Looked like mine," I grinned at her.

"Should I sign" I offered, whereupon she nodded with a smile.

I borrowed a pen and wrote that I would get well soon, and at the end I put my signature on it.

It helped me not to think about Liam. But now that the two were gone, I devoted all my attention to my muffin.

Chocolate with banana cream. I would die for that.

I enjoyed the muffin, I knew that Liam loved the variety too, so I decided to have one for him too.

From a distance I saw Karen walking in again. When she saw me, she sat down with me and took my hand in hers.

Her eyes were tearful.
Probably mine too.

She looked at me questioningly, I knew what she was getting at. I just shook my head.

"I don't know if that will help you, but I brought you something from Nando's" she tried to help me.

She knew that Liam was the closest person in the band to me. I was his next person too.

I smiled gratefully at her and aas the 5 chicken wings. She was amazed when I also offered her one but declined.
Karen was almost a second mother to me. She knew what I needed to be happy again.

"How is Lili" she asked me. "It works, she cries every day when she looks at Liam, oh that's all shit" I said loudly and hit my head against the table.

"Niall" she breathed and took my hand in hers again.

Loud footsteps could be heard from afar, which is why we turned around, confused and shocked.
