One way to know if you are a book nerd, you take a book EVERYWHERE with you. I mean everywhere. It terrifies you to think of being somewhere without one. How else are you supposed to get through those boring moments at the doctor's office or dentist or riding in the car to some place (if you don't get motion sickness)? Even for those family events that are sometimes unbearable. And don't forget those school events you were forced to go to. 

In case of an emergency, you need that book! Now some of us book nerds are different. Some of us just prefer to take along an eBook, while the rest of us like to have a physical copy always attached to their hand. Either way, you just need a book and that's all that matters.
