She opened her eyes only to quickly shut them cause there was a big white light, blurry blobs of color and there was the sound of a ... baby's cry ?

Desiree then felt herself being wrapped in a soft blanket and being put in someone's arms

" Hello baby girl ... " a woman's voice cooed

Okay what's going on ?!

Desiree opened her eyes again to find a red haired woman holding her, the woman sitting up in a hospital bed while a blonde haired man - The husband probably - smiled proudly and caressed Desiree's tiny hand

" Hey baby niece ... " The man cooed

Niece ? Ok wasn't expecting that but what on earth was going on ...

Wait a just a minute !! Tiny hand ?!

It then dawned on her
