Aesthetics:
SO BEAUTIFUL OML

Description:

Very short, but lovely.
WAIT I FOUND AN EXTENDED SUMMARY IN THE BOOK.

Pros:
• Beautiful aesthetics through out the entire book.
• Very nicely written and fun to read.
• Good playlist + cast. Well thought out and quotes and gifs are included.
• A very well layed out summary. Easy to follow and leaves enough mystery.

Cons:
• OC's name is Hazel. I am quite sure that is not a 1940s name.
• Reasonable amounts of false information. Example: the mother says there has been an order issued that all children must evacuate. I researched it and cannot find such a thing.
• More false information. OC eats large breakfast in first chapter even though her father is dead and there would have already been very litte food anyway because of the war.

Conclusion:
What I really love about this story is that it doesn't make it exceptionally clear that she'll end up with Peter. It seems like she fancies Edmund at first, but it's later revealed that they're just really good friends. Spelling errors do come up sometimes, but nothing that you can't fix with an editor. I recommend reading this book, even if you aren't really a Peter fan. It's beautiful and it may seem a little cliché at first, but it's amazing.
