Summary: You find out you're pregnant and you're scared of Nate's reaction.

It has been two weeks since you were supposed to start your period. You start freaking out and went on your phone, onto this app you use to track your period. You saw you had your period last month and was supposed to get it two weeks ago. You start to think back when was the last time you and your boyfriend Nate had sex. You realized that it was also two weeks ago. You were afraid, to become a parent and telling Nate, you didn't know how he would react.Y'all already finished school, you went to college but he didn't. You graduated a year ago and both of you were working and living together. Y'all have accomplished a lot since being together but haven't talked about getting married or even starting a family yet. Before you start to stress yourself out, you grabbed your keys and left the house and quickly got into your car and drove to the nearest store. Nate was at work and it was only 4pm and he didn't get off till 6pm so you had time to see if you were stressing about nothing. You quickly got to the store and went inside and bought a few tests just to be sure, ignoring the look from the cashier and hurried home quickly. You got home and quickly ran upstairs to you and Nate's bathroom. You closed the door and immediately peed in a cup since you bought a few tests and could just dip them in. You did all that and set a timer for 2-3 minutes and just sat on the toilet. You were scared, so many things overwhelming your head, both being positive and negative. You just sat there and just let it all out, tears streaming down your face. The timer went off and your heart started beating fast. You slowly got up off the toilet, knowing your life could change in a blink of an eye. You were scared to look, those two lines can really determine yours and Nate's relationship from here on out. You got up and looked at all them. All with the two lines. You were in disbelief,  you're pregnant. You just stood there, with one of the tests in your hand. You didn't even notice that the bathroom door was open and there stood Nate. His eyes met yours and his were widen at what he was seeing. You tried to get words out but nothing comes out. Y'all just stood there in complete silence. Both of you dying to know what's going on in each other's head. You put the test back on the bathroom sink with all the others whom share the same answer. You were looking down and couldn't make eye contact with Nate. You were so afraid his reaction was going to be negative, you didn't want to lose him. You notice Nate slowly walking towards you, you look up at him and tried to read him through his eyes. He pulls you into him for a hug and your wrap your arms around him and all the worries suddenly vanished. He started to caress your head before placing a kiss on your head. You suddenly felt like everything was going to be okay. Even though Nate has not said anything yet, you felt like things could've went worse. But everything was going to be alright. Neither of you let each other go from the hug and you could tell Nate was scared but so were you. And you also could tell he wasn't leaving anytime soon. Y'all just stood there in each other's arms until Nate pulled away. "I know you are scared, I am too and I know we haven't talked about starting a family but there is no one else I'd rather have one with than you. I'm not leaving you nor would I ever, I'm here for the long run and we are going to get through this baby. I can't wait to start our family even if we think it's a little early, it is obvious that we were meant to be.", Nate says while placing a kiss on your forehead. You start to let a few tears fall but they were happy tears. You reached up and pulled Nate by his neck and smashed your lips onto his. He didn't hesitate to return the passion and love into the kiss. You pulled away and grabbed his hand and lead him out the bathroom and into the bedroom. You patted the bed, signaling him to sit. You walked to the closet real quick and changed into a tank top and some panties. Nate realized what you were doing and was already in bed with the covers up and waiting for you to fill that empty spot next to him. You smile at him, you love this man so much and thought, there would be no one else I'd rather be the father of our kids. You slowly climb into bed instantly feeling Nate snake his arms around you and pulling you close to him and covering you up. You felt him moving his hand up your hip and slowing come up and gliding over your stomach lifting your shirt a little. "I can't believe we are going to be parents.", he mumbles in your neck. You smile to yourself before placing your hand on his that was still laying on your stomach. "Me either.", you mumbled before turning around to face him. "I love you so much Nate, I know it's early and I'm terrified but I'm so glad to have you by my side through this all.", you say before giving him a kiss. He pulls away and smiles at you. "I love you too baby girl. I'm going to be there through every step of the way. I can't wait until our little one is here. Might as well start on our big family sooner than later.", he smirks looking at you. You laughed and playfully pushed his chest. He laughs before bringing you closer to him. You and him slowly drifting off to sleep.
