My vision blurry as I kept flapping my wings, swaying side to side a bit as I tried getting away.....I knew they didn't like me...Gasping as more blood spewed out I fell, my wings giving in as I fell

my vision flashing red. Fear paralyzing me I struggled, trying to move and save myself from the fall but my wings were too weak to carry on.

Squeezing my eyes closed as I crashed into the ground, my body flaring up in pain I screeched. My arms laying on the grass limp as my legs curled by my side.

Numb sweeping over me I felt tears slip down my face...No one cared, not even Jerome...We were just mobs....So what if I looked human?..I obviously wasn't.....I was Neutral...And nothing can change that...

Footsteps dashing towards me getting closer I let my head fall to the side...It was weird really....I didn't feel tired....But I didn't feel alive either.....I was stuck in the middle....Like always...

No way of escaping...Gazing at the sky I sighed...Why couldn't I just leave here already...The numbness slowly deteriating I let out a cry as I thought of home....I wanted to go back...

"PRESTON!!!!" A voice called out but I kept staring at the clouds in the sky...Fire flaming my wings I felt my blood boil as someone ran towards me...

Sweat dripping down my forehead I whimpered as yellow, orange and red surrounded me dancing around me as it spread across the area...Slowly it danced getting higher and higher

Until it was a circle around me not spreading any farther far enough from the trees...Curiosity flickering in my mind I smiled, feeling a pang of joy as I watched it leap around me, the crackling calming me down.

What was this beauty?...The numbness sweeping over me again I didn't pay attention, too deep in thought to hear the distant screams of someone calling my name as the red, orange and yellow ran around me.

"PRESTON YOU'RE ON FIRE!!!!" A voice called out and I smiled......Fire....That's it....It was beautiful....Sighing I relaxed in the warmth not paying attention to my injuries as the

flames licked my skin not burning me...Why wasn't anyone else like me...Oh yeah, I'm a demon...Probably a power from my....Home....
