Plan's POV

Mean did not seem comfortable talking about our escapade at the beach. We had dinner and then breakfast together the following morning without mentioning any of it.

I wondered if he was resistant to the thought of experiencing attraction to a fellow guy like me. Although I was usually attracted to girls, I did not find being attracted to another guy as something repulsive. I just believed that gender should not come in the way of feelings of love or just sexual attraction.

If Mean had differing beliefs from mine, and was regretting the beach incident, I was going to respect him. I guess I was just a bit more open minded than he was.

After breakfast we received a group text from P'New asking us to meet up with him in Conference Room C like before.

"I'm not ready," said Mean as he made his way to the bathroom, "can you go ahead and tell P'New that I will follow in a few minutes?"

"Sure," I said as I stepped out the door of our unit.

When I got to the meeting place, as usual, everyone was already there ahead of me.

I bowed and greeted P'New.

"Where's Mean?" he asked.

"He said he would follow in a few minutes," I replied, as I took the thin sheaf of paper that he handed me.

It contained the description of a scene where a couple is having a heated argument but ends up making up with a passionate kiss.

"I don't want you guys to practice only with your series partner," P'New announced, "I want to train you to be more versatile actors by switching partners, so for today I'm having Perth and Plan acting out this scene together."

I heard a gasp of protest from Saint but he did not say a word.

I looked at Perth who was smiling but was looking a little uneasy.

When the kiss part came, Perth grabbed me by the waist with one hand and placed his other hand behind my neck, pulling me to plant a kiss on my lips.

At that exact moment, the conference room door opened and BANG!!! it went shut.

"Mean!" P'New yelled at him, "what did you do that for?"

Because P'New did not yell "cut" Perth kept on kissing me.

Just before Mean could reach me and Perth, P'New yelled "Cut!" and Perth and I broke apart.

I looked at Mean. He was red in the face and was glaring menacingly at Perth.

To distract him, P'New handed him a copy of the script.

Mean took it and started reading through it. Then he turned to P'New.

"Did you tell Perth to be P'Plan's partner because I was not yet here?" he asked.

"Actually, no," P'New replied. "I am trying to train you guys to be more versatile in acting by switching partners."

"Since you're here now," P'New continued, "I want you to do the scene with Earth."

Earth looked at me immediately.

I just shrugged my shoulders. It was all part of our acting workshop so I had no problem with that.

The argument scene was getting so heated. Neither Mean nor Earth was going to give in to the other.

Suddenly, SLAP! Earth's hand went flying across Mean's cheek.

A speechless Mean placed his hand against his cheek, rubbing it gently.

Then without warning, he grabbed Earth, placing his hand behind Earth's head to prevent any movement as he gave Earth a very rough and passionate kiss.

"Cut!" P'New yelled, and everyone broke into applause including myself.
