Hamaya's POV

I was sitting bored out of my mind when I heard two voices arguing. I knew one was Crystal but I didn't know who the other was. Crystal walked in with a cherry red male. I rolled my eyes at him. "Ah, Hamaya. Just who I was looking for." Crystal Prime said as she offered me her servo. I jumped on her servo and looked at the male with a questioning look. "Who's he?" I questioned suspiciously. "The name's Knockout, Doll." The mech said with a chuckle as I glared at the nickname. "Okay, for one, don't ever call me doll again. And two, what is it that you needed my lady?" I said while shifting my look to Crystal Prime and my glare turning soft. She chuckled at Knockout's reaction and said, "You will be partnered with my sister, Predaqueen, as well as Breakdown and Knockout. Knockout, no experimenting on her and tell Breakdown to protect her from Starscream." Knockout nodded and held his hand out for me to climb on. I sighed but jumped onto his hand. "Now that that is settled, I'm going to need the four of you to go check on one of our mining operations." Crystal said. I nodded "Of course my Lady." Knockout started walking to where Breakdown and Predaqueen were in the medbay. I tensed at the size of the only other female in the room, she was bigger than Crystal. She was white, red and purple with her right optic an ocean blue and her left optic was a deep gold. The male was only slightly larger than Knockout and wasn't as intimidating as the female. He was dark blue with light blueish gray accents and golden-yellow optics. The female spoke first,"Hello Knockout. I assume this is the celestial my sister spoke of." So this is Predaqueen. Then the other one must be Breakdown. "I am, and you must be Predaqueen. It's an honor to meet you." I said as I jumped to the table in front of her and Breakdown. She smiled gently at me. I turned my focus from her to Breakdown. "And with that being said, I can only assume that you are Breakdown." I said with a slight smile. He nodded. "Yeah, it's nice to meet you." I nodded. "Likewise." Knockout rolled his optics and huffed. "You're polite with them but not me? Me?! I'm-" "Irritating, arrogant, too flashy to be a mech." I said cutting him off with a smirk. Predaqueen and Breakdown laughed. "She's got ya there buddy." Breakdown said between laughs as Knockout huffed. "We better check on the energon mine Crystal wants us to go monitor." Knockout said trying to change the subject. Breakdown extended his servo for me and I jumped on as he lifted me to his shoulder. I sat on his shoulder while he, Predaqueen and Knockout walked through the groundbridge to the energon mining operation Crystal needs us to oversee. The mine is huge even by Cybertronian standards, according to Predaqueen and Knockout that is. The energon crystals are magnificent and plentiful in this mine, no wander Crystal wanted us to oversee the progress here and make sure everything is in order. I was sitting on a platform in the mine watching that particular area alone when I here a vehicon's blaster charging up near me. I look to my right and grow tense. I guess not all of the cons know about me since this one is aiming his blaster at me. "Don't move fleshy. I can easily eradicate you." The vehicon said. 

Breakdown's POV:

I was going to look to see how Hamaya was doing when I saw one of the vehicons pointing a blaster at her. She looked more annoyed than scared. "Leave the girl alone, bolt-brain." I said as I walked over. The vehicon immediately put his blaster down and backed away. "You know, I would've handled that myself sooner or later. Probably would've told Crystal about it too." Hamaya said as she got up and started walking over to me. I placed my servo in front of her and watched as she stepped on. "You get back to work, vehicon." I said as the vehicon quickly went back to work. "I'm sure you could, but you are one of my partners now. And I look out for my friends. And you're not leaving my sight until all of the drones are aware that you work with us." I said as she climbed up to my shoulder and sat down while I started walking around the mine. I couldn't help but smile slightly when I heard her chuckle. "Fair enough." She said as we monitored the progress of the mine. Hamaya is pretty tough......for someone so small that is. She would be a good ally to have whenever you're in a jam. I grow tense when I here blasters and I can tell Hamaya's tense too. "Well the silence and progress on the mine was short lived." Hamaya said when we got over to Knockout and Predaqueen.
