Ashley knew I was having my first ultrasound and she insisted no scratch that "demanded" that we come right after the appointment because she wanted to see the first picture of her niece or nephew right away.
"Ash is going to be so shocked," I said.
Colby took my hand as we walked up the door. Before we could even knock Kenny opens the door wide and is all smiles from ear to ear.
"Bex!!! Colby!!!!"
She grabbed both of our hands and practically dragged us into the house.
"We're all out back," said Kenny.

"Ma?Pa? Tristan?!" said Bex she turns to me " Lopez is this your doing? "
"Maybe," I said with a smile as she was engulfed by her parents and older brother.
After the hugs Bex comes to me "Lopez you did good," she said kissing me.
"Well I think I can," I said as Kenny hands me a box.
I dropped to one knee "Rebecca Quin I know I asked this once before but everything still rings true. You're still my world,my life,my everything. I want you to be my today,my tomorrow,my forever. Say it again say you'll marry me! Rebecca Will you marry me?" I ask opening the box to reveal a new ring.
Bex looks at me and covers her mouth as tears begin to flow.
"Yes," she said as I slipped the new Tiffany Solitare Ring onto her left hand.

Everyone starts applauded us as I stood and took Bex into my arms and kissed her.

"Well we have another announcement," I said after I kissed Colby one last time.
I pulled the sonogram pictures from my back pocket. I saw the exact moment it dawned on my folks and older brother what they were.
"SURPRISE!!!" I said "We are having TWINS!!!!"

"Twins?!" said Ashley "Oh my god!!!"
Ashley and Trinity hugged me tightly.
"Hey you two," said Trinity "I'm your Auntie Trin."
" I'm your Auntie Ash, "said Ashley.
" This means another baby shower and a new bridal shower, "said Trinity excited.
"Guess so," I said "But maybe not a bridal shower.-"
Trinity,Ashley and Colby all look at me curiously.
"-Adam would you marry us?!"
Colby looks at me shocked "Today?!"
" Yes, "I said "Let's go to city hall and get our marriage license.
" I'm game, "said Adam who aside from being a cook was also a licensed minister.
" What do you say Lopez? "
Colby smiles widely "Let's do this," he said grabbing my hand and taking me out of the house.
