Inside of Her Apartment

I entered the apartment and Bex is sitting in the chair. Her arms are crossed over her chest.
I gulp slightly at the icy look she gives me.
"Can I sit?"
She nods "Free country."
I lower myself on to the couch across from Bex.
"Becky?!"
Her eyes met mine.
"Colby?!" she said pursing her lips.
"I'm sorry," I said.
Her eyes again met mine "How could even allow that bitch near you?! You told me what she was like when you two were together. How could you even remotely allow her near you?!"
Her eyes met mine and I could see the hurt in then.
I licked my lips "Can I speak now?"
Bex nodded "Go ahead."
I stood and sat on the coffee table in front of her.
I took her hands into mine. Our eyes met.
"Becky," I said "I am so sorry I let her any where near me. I failed you as a boyfriend as a fiance as friend. I am sorry."
Bex  looks at me and her eyes soften "Colby I still very much love you. It killed me to see you in bed with that tramp. I didn't know what to think. What to feel. Colby I gave you my heart and well at that moment..."

Trinity's Apartment

"I thought you had betrayed me," I said looking at him dead in the eyes. It was then I saw the hurt and sorrow in them.
"Bex. You you're my world.Your my life and well I hope one day you might consider being my wife. But I can completely understand if you don't want that happening in August.But can I ask.for one thing?!"
" What's that? "I ask.
" Just one kiss? "he asks "If that is the end of us then I will leave you alone."

Trinity 's Apartment

She looks at me as we rose at the same time.
I take a deep breath in case this was our last kiss. I wanted to remember it.
She stepped forward and I placed my hands on either side of her face. I connected our lips and I felt her melt into me. She wrapped her arms around my neck as I pulled her close to me and held onto her waist.
"Bex," I said against her lips.
She pulled back from me "Yes?!"
"Is this it are we"
She cut me off by connecting our lips as she shook her head no.
I pick her up without breaking the kiss and carry her to the guest bedroom.
We made up a few times over.
