Raymond Leon is the head time keeper, which is some sort of cop in this film. He takes his job very seriously and would be willing to bring those to justice at any cost. I must say, for a cop, he is very relaxed. He is also responsible, hard working, skilled at fighting, and determined. As well as very handsome.
