Hotstreak aka F-Stop aka Francis has to be one of the hottest villains I have ever seen on Static Shock. Pardon the pun. Besides his giant ego, his bad temper, the fact that he was part of a gang. He is also smart, tough, strong, he knows how to take charge, he stands up for himself, and he's another power hungry villain. I'd say he's too hot to touch.
