From the underrated masterpiece film Valiant, General Von Talon, yet again voiced by Tim Curry, is a very impressive villain. Can't say there are too many positive qualities. He is rather cold, sarcastic, cruel and kind of insane. However, he is strong, intelligent, determined and as I have said before, there is something about a man who desire power that is so attractive.
