Br'er Bear certainly is a funny bear and I mean that in a good way. He can be quite ill tempered, easily fooled, and vengeful. However, I see some sweetness in him. He seems cute and cuddly when he doesn't have that club in his hand. He certainly has a lot of brawn. Kind of funny, Br'er Fox is the brains and Br'er Bear is the brawn. Classic duo. Both for heroes and villains. Anyway, I just love that bear! He's just darling. Rest in peace, Nicodemus Stewart.
