Nandini's POV

I cuddle Bajirao in one hand,Mastani in the other,Huckleberry Finn with one leg and Tom Sawyer with the other leg.
Manik wrapped his hands around me.

(Bajirao, Mastani,Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer are all teddies. Remember?)
I am great at multitasking.Right?

I slowly slip out of his grasp and freshen up.
I open the curtains and the sun rays make manik shift around.

"Wake up!!!!!" I scream jumping on him.

"Aaah" I heard him shout.
"What the hell,Nandu" he asked while moving me from his top.

"You have broken my backbone." He says and angrily turns the other side. He covers himself with a blanket.

" Manik wake up" I call out shaking.

" Let me sleep" He mumbles drifting into slumber.

I walk into the kitchen and toast some bread.
I open the fridge and take out two eggs and place it on the counter and stare at it.

Suddenly Manik hugs me from behind and says "staring at won't make it edible".

I smile and ask "did you brush your teeth.
He nods while keeping on hugging from behind.

"I will teach you" he says and makes me take one egg by holding mine.

I puppet Maniks actions.

" There you go. The eggs are ready.

" Wow, I cooked" I exclaim and turn around.

" Basically, I cooked but at I am gonna let you take the credit." manik says and I hit his chest.

" Woah miss. Moorty. Your looking gorgeous. Where are you going?" Manik asks.

"Arey duffer, I am going to college. Sorry..we are. Go get ready" I say pushing him.

" I don't know about you..but I am not planning to go to college on a Sunday" he says with a smug look.

I gape at the calendar.

"Ughhh" I cry out in exhaustion.

It's utter irritation. I hate dressing up but now I have to change back.

I go back to the room in anger at myself
and change back my dress.

I exit the room to see Manik surfing through the TV channels and eating.

I sit next to him and he offers me my breakfast.

" So, what's the plan for today" I ask while eating the toast.

"Let's go out" he suggests.

" No!No!No!" I say.
"Why"? Manik asks.
"I just changed. I refuse to dress up again" I say look hyperactive.

"Okay fine" he says.

" What should we do"? He asks thinking hard.

"Let's invite Fab 4 and Navya over" I suggest to which he agrees.

After an hour.

"Nandu go open the door" manik shouts out.

"You go open" I say cozying up on the couch.

"I am doing the dishes" he screams.

Manik Malhotra is the ideal boyfriend.
He does the dishes, unlike those guys who think those jobs are only for girls.

I run towards the door and give Manik a kiss on the way.
I open the door to see Fab four and Navya

The shrugged off their anger for making them wait. They barged in and sunk into the couch.
I helped Manik clean up the kitchen

I take some coke from the fridge and make some popcorn.
Surprise. I know to make popcorn.

Manik carries glasses and we reach the location and place the glasses and food on the table.

Everyone gets seated and we all stare at each other for a complete minute in utter silence.

"May I have the honour to break this group eye lock which is 100℅ not romantic" I say making everyone sigh.

"I am bored"Cabir and Manik says together making all of us chuckle.

"What to do"? I ask.

"Let's play truth or dare" Dhruv suggest resting his head on Alya's shoulders.

"That's too cliche" I say.

"Do you have another option, Miss I -Hate-Cliche" Mukti says making me pout looking at Manik.

"Look Na Manik, she is taunting me" I chide.

"Mukti....." Manik says glaring hard.

"Keep it up"Manik says in the same angry tone making everyone laugh.

"I am not talking to you" I say looking at Manik and back to the group.

"Okay, let's start with truth and dare" Navya says

"Don't give me any stupid dares like kiss Manik, make out. You all know I can do it any time, but right at the moment, I won't talk to him. I accept any other daring dares" I say and Manik looks at me says "sorry".

I ignore him and Navya says " you can fight later. Now I will spin the bottle."

The bottle ends pointing between me and Alya.

" Ok so I will have to give you a dare" Alya says.

She thinks hard and says "Got it".

"What"? Everyone asks.

"You have to go out and ring the doorbell of any neighbours door. You have to propose whoever who comes outside" Alya says handing over a ring from her finger.

"Okay" I say getting up.

"Are you serious Nandini? You are gonna do this?" Manik asks.

I again ignore him rush outside.

I spot a small yet beautiful house and ring the bell.
I notice Fab 5 and Navya eagerly watching from a small distance.

I ring the bell. The door gets open a man who looked about twenty five.

Before he could open his mouth, I get on my knees and say " hey anonymous dude, I love you. Will you marry me"?

I could hear everyone's silent giggles.

"
Oh my precious Lord, is this called as love at first sight" i exclaim looking at the sky..no roof.
"Wh.." he seemed speechless.

I keep on making revelations about my tremendous love for me.

Suddenly Manik comes and apologies and tells him about the dare.

" Come on Nandini" he says and I again ignore him and say " I love you. Manik is lying. This isn't a dare"

Manik lifts me on his shoulder and walks towards the house.

"Cabir tell your best friend to put me down" I say indirectly communicating with Manik.

Manik puts me down, in our garden and gapes.

"Your seriously not going to talk to me"? He asks.

"Cabir tell him to not talk to me" I say.

"How am I even part of this conversation?" Cabir asks.

"You guys go inside, I will sort this out" manik says and everyone rushes in.

"Nandini I am sorry" he says and I ignore.

" I will buy you an ice cream" he tries to bribe me.

" Mr. Coconut please tell the half owner of this house to not try to bribe me" I say changing Cabir to coconuts.

There was silence and I turn around and notice Manik had walked away leaving me alone.

" Did he actually ditch me"? I ask in disbelief.

" No" I hear Maniks voice and I look down to see him holding his ears whole sitting on his knees.

I pull him up and say "you are cheating. You aren't supposed to be this cute when I am fighting with you" .

He smiles and says " I can't help it. I'm just freaking cute"

"Oh gracious God! I am going to forget our fight. For the first time, you accepted that yare cute" I say.

After a few minutes of reconciling romance, we enter the hall to see everyone shocked.

"Why are you looking as shocked as if you just found out that we have Math Exam tomorrow" I joke.

Everyone's eyes widen.

"Holy. .." I get interrupted as everyone shows their hand stopping me.

" Holy Prime minister of Shzchuan fried rice" they say together.

" We actually have a math exam tomorrow, right"? I say and they all nod.

Can I faint yet?
