Alex ran and ran into the fog but he couldn't reach the person who screamed. His cellphone starts playing "Bring me to life" when he finds David's footprints in the dirt road. Alex answers the phone. His dad called and asked where he was. Alex answered with,"In the deserted village. Why?" Gawen became worried.

"RUN!!" Alex heard his dad say and he toke of running to the back of the village. He then saw a very thick fog and he ran right into it.

Gawen's worried about his sons because they are the only ones who have inherited the curse from him. That could mean disaster if even one of the was kidnapped. Everyone would be in danger if David was kidnapped. Alex wouldn't be as bad but David doesn't know yet and he might begin to feel betrayed by his family.

Alex called and called David's name over and over again. He got no answer. Not one peep from David's mouth. It's to quiet. Here in the fog. Alex started to think that he had lost his brother. David. The very thought of him being gone dead or not left a hole in him. Like a part of him was missing.

David is gone. Alex told his dad. David is gone. Alex was crying at the fact that he might never see his brother again. Gawen was crying to for now everyone is in great danger.
