History: Romeo was kept in a very small cage and was neglected, the owners probably didn't know how much work a parrot was and didn't have the time, space, or money to take care of them. Romeo became so stressed that he plucked almost all of his feathers out.

Personality: Despite being neglected for almost his entire life Romeo loves people and being the center of attention. He is very curious and loves discovering new things around the house. 

Stuff to know: Parrots are a lot of work. If you ever want to get a parrot make sure that you do a lot of research and make sure that you have the time, space, and money to take care of a parrot. Also remember that parrots can live anywhere from 18 to 90 years depending on the type of parrot you get.
