Just realized that the house in the last update is the back view. The front looks like the image above. The bottom left-hand corner is the driveway and it leads down into a garage that the house has.

also, if I mention something about referring to an image and you don't see the picture, LET ME KNOW!

I've added some details and a few extra details towards the end of Chapter 2 so if you haven't read it, go and do so, or you might be confused!

"And this is the entertainment center." Zen said, finishing the tour.

You are, to say, impressed with the whole house.

Once you walked in, you saw the stairs standing in the middle of the room, one going down, leading to the garage and one going upstairs leading to all the awesome rooms. The kitchen is beautiful and the living room looks amazing.

All the rooms are beautifully decorated; especially the master bed and bathroom, which is all yours by the way!

Ryu claimed the guest bedroom that is upstairs across from yours; any of your other friends that want to stay get the one on the ground floor.

"Is this house to your liking Ms...?"

Oh, that's right; you never got the chance to introduce yourself to him. If you remember correctly, he just passed you and went right to the gate to start the tour.

"I'm (y/n) and this is my best friend-"

"I'm Ryu." Ryu had cut you off and stuck his hand out for Zen to shake. You could sense some kind of hostility coming from your friend but were unsure why.

Zen smirked and shook his hand, ignoring Ryu's glare.

Wanting to break the silence you spoke, "Yes, this house is lovely and is a dream come true. I was literally just looking for a place to stay so I could move out of my parent's house."

"Is that so?" Zen let Ryu's hand go and turned toward you with a sly smile and continued, "Would you like to know how we chose the winner to our little competition?"

Not wanting to seem rude you told him 'yes'.

"Well, we let IAN chose."

You raised a brow in a confused manner.

Noticing this he explains, "We had a plethora of contestants that I, nor anyone else for that matter, wanted to go through and pick. So naturally, I put all the applications through his scanner and let him pick the winner. Of course, after that, we did a background check on you to be sure you didn't have any criminal records. That also went through IAN."

"So...it knows everything about (y/n)?" Ryu grumbled.

"Yes, more or less, just her background, where she's from, who her family is, etcetera." Zen said with a wave of his hand. "Speaking of IAN, it's time to introduce him. IAN, would you like to say hello to your new owner?"

It was quiet for a moment, just as you were about to say something, Zen motioned for you and Ryu to stay quiet.

"...Hello." A deep voice spoke, and the weird part? It didn't sound robotic, it sounded like a real person.

Zen then leaned close to your ear and whispered, "Say hello back."

"Hi" You let out a quickly in an almost nervous voice.

"Scanning voice recognition. Speaker: (Y/N) (Y/L/N)" Ian spoke in a monotone voice.

"Umm...now what?" you quietly asked, especially since Ryu wasn't going to speak. What is his deal?

"Now you can speak freely, I just wanted IAN to have your voice on stand-by. Should you get locked out of the house, he will ask for you to verify that you are (y/n)." Zen explained. "Now, let me show you some of IAN's features. If you will follow me into the living room downstairs."

You and Ryu obediently followed Zen out of the entertainment room down to the living room. There you notice Zen grab a black bag that looked to be full of something from behind the couch.

"Alright, say you have a party or a little get-together and a mess comes about. Reaching in the bag he pulls out a pizza box; he then pulls out a slice of pizza from the box and drops it on the floor.

Flinching, you start to mentally panic. Why would he do that?!

"What the hell man?! You just ruined the carpet? Are you ins-" Ryu was then cut off.

"IAN, clean up this mess would you?" Zen ordered.

The next thing that happened amazed you! The floor absorbed the pizza as well as any of the splatters! It's like there was never a mess to begin with. You could not believe that just happened.

"Mess cleaned." You heard Ian inform.

Zen, noticing you are still enchanted at the spectacle, continued with his explanation. "Now, for a party, the clutter is always bigger. Drink cans and spilt liquid, food on the walls and garbage littering the floor!"

Grabbing the bag at the bottom, he lifted it and slung it around, careful not to hit neither you nor Ryu, and flung trash out of it. It was quite the mess now.

"(Y/n), tell IAN you want the room cleaned."

"Umm, Ian, could you please clean the living room?" you politely asked.

The ceiling then split open and a claw-like mechanical object came down and started picking up the trash. A small circle formed from one of the four walls and a tube like object came out and started sucking up trash as well, like a vacuum.

Pretty soon, the whole living room looked just as it was and everything is clean once again. Looking towards Ryu, you see his mouth hung open in amazement as well. You couldn't help but giggle.

He snapped out of it after hearing you laugh and turned his head in embarrassment.

"He does the same with dishes and the laundry. He will clean everything and cook anything, so long as you buy the food ingredients of what you want. If you want him to run your bath, he will. I've made him tend to the owners Every. Little. Need. No matter if it's big or small, innocent or heh not so innocent. He will do it all!" Zen said with a wink.

Your face lit up with a heavy blush realizing what he meant about the "not so innocent acts". He is such a dirty person!

"Just say the word and it's done, so long as it's within the gate. I've also made a downloadable app for your phone to connect with him. It is made mostly for if you are running to the store and you forget something you need, you can speak to IAN and ask what you are out of. He will list items that you have bought recently. So on and so forth."

Zen stopped to check his watch for a second before continuing, "Well, I must get going, you can pull your vehicles in the drive, since that is what the driveway is for, and IAN will unload it. Now, here is your keycard." Taking the card out of his pocket, he hands it to you.

"If you lose this, remember that IAN does the voice scanning, but try not to lose it. Anyone would be able to get in after that. If you do lose it, call so I can deactivate that card and program a new one for you. If anything does happen or any malfunctions occur, don't hesitate to call."

"Wait, so I was right! (Y/n) is just a guinea pig for this thing!" Ryu growled.

Zen seemed unfazed, "Well, it is the very first Smart House and we are taking care of everything financially and so on. So yea, I guess she is, but it's not like anything will happen to her; I made him myself so If anything does happen, he will just shutdown. (Y/n) will be fine." Zen flashed you a bright friendly smile.

Zen then made his way to the front door, "I hope to see you two again soon." And with that, he was out the door. Walking to the door, you waved him off.

Once he was out of sight, you closed the door and turned towards Ryu.

"What was that?" you asked, glaring at him.

He shrugged, "What was what?"

"With the way you acted, it was uncalled for."

"I just don't feel comfortable with all of this, you can't blame me!"

You let out a slight sigh, you know he's just being protective, but this is just crazy.

"Ok, I guess I can't but at least try to keep your temper at bay. Let's go get our stuff." You quietly spoke.
