Jerome and Jake are making their way to Cole's apartment in the underworld. At the apartment, a seer hired by Cole breaks down Claire's will and has turned her and the babies that are inside Claire's stomach evil. Then Claire has been untied, ungagged, and has taken off the blindfold and happy she's showing affection. But then Jerome and Jake crash the party by busting down the door. They see Claire and are horrified by what her appearance is. They see she's been turned evil as well as the babies she's carrying in her stomach. Cole locks Claire in a bedroom. Jerome and Jake attack but are sent flying out of the apartment never to be able to enter in again. Jake grabs one part of the apartment complex but Jerome is thrown farther away. Jake is stunned by what he sees when Jerome is sent farther away from his location. But Jake vows to make it back inside. Meanwhile back at the entrance. Iceman, Logan, kitty, storm, jean and Scott come to Jerome. They were sent as their backup. Jerome tells the xmen team "Jake is at the apartment just down that road on the end. Jerome and the xmen team head there. Meanwhile Jake is hanging on to one side of the apartment scaling his way to the top floor and to Cole's apartment. As he scales the building, he hears noises coming from the ground. He looks up and sees Jerome and some of the xmen team members. Jake is happy the Calvary has arrived.
