Amber and Patricia are now 10 weeks pregnant. They get a call from their friend Jerome telling them he's planning a suprise birthday party for his wife Claire. He asks "can we have the party at your house fellow sibuna members?" They say "yeah". After hanging up, sibuna works fast to set up the party. Hours later Jerome and Claire pack up for England. Jerome asks Claire to put on a blindfold. She puts it on. When they walk in. Everyone comes out. Claire takes the blindfold and is suprised that sibuna is there. They hug Claire. Claire smiles when Amber and Patricia tell her about their pregnancy news to her. Amber says " I'm having 4 babies. Patricia is having a girl." Sibuna takes pics of Claire, Patricia and Amber as Claire puts her hands on Amber's and Patricia's baby bumps and feels the babies kicking in Amber's and Patricia's stomachs. Jerome and Claire sit down because Claire isn't really interested in having to much festivities fun. Then when music is played, Jerome asks Claire with etiquette "wanna dance with my my Queen?" Claire says sure. After a fast dance, they share a long and passionate kiss then they have a slow dance as Claire rests her head on Jerome shoulders. Amber and Jake, Fabian and Nina, Eddie and Patricia, and Alfie and Willow have the dance as well. A few moments later, Amber, Claire and Patricia go to the living room while the others head out to pick up some peach tea. Amber and Patricia share their best moments with claire about becoming pregnant and how they found out what they're having. Claire is amazed when Amber and Patricia show her pics of their pregnant stomachs. Claire asks "how far along are you 2?" Amber and Patricia tell her "10 weeks". Claire says " oh my god. I'm so happy 4 you two." Amber and Patricia hug Claire and then their babies kick. Claire rubs their baby bumps as Amber's and Patricia's babies begin kicking inside their stomachs. They laugh. Then the group comes back and everyone is in the living having cake and drinking peach tea. Then the group decides to take pics of Eddie and Jake putting their hands on Amber's and Patricia's baby bumps. They're so excited about having new additions to the house.
