Amber is so happy being pregnant for a third time. She's even more happy she's expecting 4 babies. Her husband Jake walks up to her in front of a mirror and rubs her stomach and kisses her and the 2 dance. They go downstairs to play with their kids. Amber is about to turn 31 years old in 3 days. She's now 7 weeks pregnant. Jake and the others decide to throw a suprise birthday party for Amber. The day of her birthday comes. Willow comes into Amber's and Jake's room and helps her pick out a dress to wear for the party. She picks out a black dress and black heels. Amber puts on her black heels and black dress. Willow says "you look pretty Amber". Amber says " thanks Willow ". Then they go downstairs where everyone is waiting. They jump and say suprise. Amber cries and then says " thanks so much." Then Jake walks up to Amber and gives her a present. A box containing a necklace. She hugs Jake and kisses him and Jake puts the necklace on her. That night, Jake and Amber go to a movie together and have dinner. Meanwhile at Anubis house, Patricia becomes nauseous and runs to the bathroom. Mara comes in with a pregnancy test and Patricia takes it. The result comes back. Patricia is shocked by what the result is.
