After reaching mako island, Patricia, Eddie, Fabian, Jerome and Jake park the boat by tieing the rope to a tree. Jerome and Jake decide to go save Claire and defeat Zane while Patricia, Eddie and Fabian stay at the boat. With time winding closer to midnight, Jerome and Jake find Claire in a steel cage and Zane standing at the moon pool. Claire tells Zane "you won't get away with this Zane. My husband Jerome and his friends will be here to beat you." Zane says to Claire "too late, the moon has reached it's apex. Once I put you in the moon pool, you'll be a mermaid." Just as Zane grabs Claire and is about to put Claire in the pool, Jerome and Jake jump in and stop him. Claire is able to make her way to the boat safely. Patricia, Eddie and Fabian are so  excited that princess Claire is okay and her baby boy that's in her pregnant stomach is okay as well. Jerome and Jake battle Zane. Zane overpowers Jerome but Jake using his speed and agility is able to hold off Zane while Jerome recovers. Then Zane throws Jake to a steel cage that Claire was in. Jake hits it with his chest and lays on the ground while Jerome fights Zane. Zane grabs Jerome and attempts to put Jerome in the moon pool unaware that Jake is about to strike back with a move he learned by watching wwe called Superman punch. Zane is close to the pool of moon and is about to put Jerome in it when out of nowhere Jake strikes Zane on his jaw with a Superman punch giving him and Jerome back the upper hand. With Jerome on the ground hurt from the damage he's taken, Jake is able to throw Zane into the moon pool and Zane turns into a merman and Jake using a bow and arrow to a rope contain a steel door that contains the moon pool is able to trap Zane in it permanently knowing the exit that's in the moon pool leads to the ocean. Then Jake says "yippie ki yay". Then he grabs Jerome and puts his right shoulder over his shoulder and the 2 make it back to the boat where Fabian, Patricia, and Eddie await. Jerome hugs and kisses Claire on her lips and her baby bump and asks "how do you always get into situations like this babe?" Claire says "I don't know babe but I'm glad it's over." Then Jake says "I'm glad Zane won't be coming back ever. He sleeping with the fishes." Then the group makes it back to Anubis house where every one awaits including Jake's wife  Amber. Jake kisses Amber. Patricia kisses Eddie. And Nina kisses Fabian as they all celebrate their victory. Then they all decide to get some sleep.
