After finding the mask of Anubis and figuring out the location where Zane is hold princess Claire hostage, Jerome, Jake, Patricia, Fabian, and  Eddie decide to go to mako island and save Claire while the others stay and watch Amber and her and Jake's twin daughters Rebecca and Mara. After finding a boat at a dock, the guys and Patricia travel to mako island which will take them a few hours to get there. While on their way to mako island, Jerome wonders why trouble has to invlove his wife princess Claire. Jake tells Jerome "no matter what happens, me, you, and our fellow sibuna members will always be there for each other cause we're a team. We're like a family." Eddie, Fabian and Patricia agree with Jake. A few hours later, the group reaches mako island and realize they have 15 minutes before midnight and Claire becomes a mermaid.
