While Claire is being taken advantage of, a crash comes in from outside. Jake, Jerome and their backup arrive to clean house. Jerome goes to save Claire upstairs and battles Ryan while Jake pursues Annamaria from the house to a boatyard and she goes off in her boat and Jake jumps. Annamaria doesn't see him but Jake has grabbed on the left side of the boat. He climbs up and a fight between him and Annamaria ensues. They each get dealt with plenty of punches. Jake uses his strength and speed to subdue Annamaria and uses a rod to hit her in the face. Then with the rod in hand, he disables the controls causing the boat to drive straight towards some barrels. He yells out to Annamaria "enjoy your last ride." Seconds later Jake dives in the water before the boat explodes killing Annamaria. Jake is able to pull himself on to a grassy spot on land feet away from the burning boat and passes out. Moments later Jerome and others arrive to take him to where he can recover. When Jake awakes, he finds his daughter Mara there and Caroline Forbes. Jake and Mara hug and cry. Then Jerome Claire and their Calvary whose names are Eric, Pam, godric, bill and Jessica arrive to check on Jake. He begins recovery. Jake calls his wife Amber. He says "Amber I need u to be at the airport in a few days no later than 5 PM. I have a special suprise for u." After hanging up, Amber goes to inform sibuna. Jerome and Claire ask Jake, "what happened to that witch Annamaria?" Jake says "the boat she was speeding off in crashed and blew up sky high and took Annamaria with it. She's dead. I'm so happy u guys r here especially my daughter Mara." Everyone hugs Jake. Knowing they're all heroes in this adventure.
