《 Special: Surprise Birthday Party Pt. 2 》
Husk and Angel were both surprised and confused to see Casanova suddenly appear. They both instantly got annoyed to see him there and speaking to Damari. Angel also got pissed the moment Casanova suggested that she should dance with him, and he felt a strong feeling of jealousy growing as Casanova approached Damari while singing.

Whoa-oh-oh here I am,
"Casanova!" Damari growled in anger.
Hearing that made Husk's eyes widen in realization that's the ex-boyfriend she told him about and immediately got angry. Casanova continued singing while going down on his knees with Lola and Scourge vocalizing.
On my knees again
I'll do anything, just to make it right
He flicked his front hair back to look sexy while gazing up on her.
"I am so on to that hair thing." she said in annoyance.
Casanova did a pleading gesture, looking at her.
Say you'll understand,
"Never!" Damari turned away with her arms crossed.
Oh, I know you can
"Oh, no, I can't!" she retorted.
C'mon Damari (C'mon Damariiiii)
Casanova and the two then started dancing with the spotlight above them out of nowhere.
No matter what people say (People say)
It didn't happen that way (Happen that way)
Damari crossed her arms again in annoyance along with everyone else as some put two and two together that's her ex. Vaggie scowled at Damari's ex, judging his appearance while Charlie frowned upon being reminded of having an ex-boyfriend as well.
She was a passing fling (Passing fling)
And not a permanent thing (Permanent thing)
"Oh, really?" she asked, unamused.
Vaggie deadpanned at his bullshit.
Say you'll understand (Understand)
Oh I know you can (Know you can)
C'mon Damari, c'mon Damari, c'mon Damari
Casanova comes closer to Damari and tries to kiss her, making her growl in disgust and immediately summoned her wings and floated up to the ceiling to glare down at him. Vaggie summoned her wings as well and flew up next to Damari, ready to defend her.
Say you can understand, my Damari (Damari, Damari, Damari)
Casanova and the two created a shape of a heart with their body for her to see from above. This made Damari and Vaggie groan in frustration and disgust.
"I'm not your anything." Damari stated.
But Casanova still continue singing, not fazed with her anger. This made everyone now annoyed that he did not get a hint.
Well now your big blue eyes (Big blue eyes)
Are all full of tears (Full of tears)
From the bitterness (Bitterness)
Of my cheatin' years (Of my cheatin' years)
So I hang my head (Hang my head)
I wishin' I was dead (I was dead)
"I can help with that." Damari smiled, secretly summoning her angelic sword, shocking some people while Vaggie smirked.
"Do it," Vaggie suggested.
C'mon Damari, c'mon Damari, c'mon Damari
Damari rolled her eyes as she replied, "Look Cass, how many times do I have to tell you? We. Are. Over!"
Casanova growled when he realized his plan to seduce her was not working. Without even thinking, he blurted out, "So, you're just going to string everyone along and break their hearts like you did with me?! You are a player and a cheater!"
Damari's eyes widen at the accusation! Oh, no he did not!
"I'm the player and cheater? You know what, I am sick and tired of all these lies that you tried to spin!"
Having enough of this, Damari flew back down to the ground and started marching towards Casanova with Vaggie and Cherri standing each by her side and sang.
Think you've got the best of me
Think you've had the last laugh
Bet you think that everything good is gone
"Whoa, hold on, Damari, baby." Casanova tried to calm her down.
Damari doesn't listen and continued singing.
Think you left me broken down
Think that I'd come running back
Baby you don't know me cause you're dead wrong
She started spreading her wings and flying towards him with Vaggie and Cherri vocalizing and following her moves. Everyone was in awe at her confidence, watching this scene go. A certain people who are in love with Damari are awestruck and completely on cloud nine.
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger
Stand a little taller
Doesn't mean I'm lonely when I'm alone
Casanova started backing away with Lola and Scourge, feeling intimidated by Damari as the crowd make a path for Damari. Damari started air punching each side where his face is with Vaggie and Cherri mimicking her punches.
What does not kill you makes a fighter
Footsteps even lighter
Doesn't mean I'm over cause you're gone
Casanova tried to convince her as he sang along.
Whoa-ho-ho here I am,
"Oh, there you are." Damari said sarcastically as Casanova got on his knees.
On my knees again
"On your knees again." Damari rolled her eyes.
I'll do anything, just to make, it, right
"Yeah, right!" she scoffed.
Say you'll understand,
"Only too well." she waved off.
Oh I know you can
Damari just smiled mockingly at Casanova and poked him in the chest, causing him to stumble and bumped into the crowd.
C'mon Damari
Don't think that I'd come back
I'd come back swinging
Every crowd he bumped into ended up being pushed by them until he got punched in the face twice by Husk and Angel. He fell to the ground on his back.
"Oops." Damari faked her worry, making Vaggie and Cherri snicker.
Razzle flew up to Casanova above his head and flew around him for a moment before smacking him with his hoof and flying away. He woke up with a groan and noticed Damari towering above him, approaching him menacingly.
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger
Stand a little taller
Doesn't mean I'm lonely when I'm alone
Realizing this is not working, Casanova started to cower and tried to back away, hiding from her. He even tried to hide behind Lola and Scourge, only for her to spun them around and pushing them towards the doors that was happily opened by Cherri and Vaggie.
What doesn't kill you makes a fighter
Footsteps even lighter
Doesn't mean I'm over cause you're gone
What doesn't kill you makes you, stronger, stronger!
One by one, Lola and Scourge are thrown out of the hotel before the doors closed on Casanova, who tried to open them. Damari was now close to him and pinned him against the doors, making him flinch as he stare up at her with fear.
Just me, myself and I
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger
Stand a little taller
Well now it's time to say goodbye,
She then opened the doors behind him and pushed him out before slamming them close right into his white tail, causing him to yell in pain and to get stuck.
Bye-bye!
The doors juggled as Casanova struggled to get the tail out of the doors. Damari faced the crowd with a smile.
"Now that was fun!"
Everyone stared with wide-eyed awe, completely shocked by what they had just witnessed. Nobody was expecting Damari to handle the situation like that, and they were all incredibly impressed. Husk and Vaggie especially looked proud of Damari for standing up to her ex and sending him out. Husk took a moment to wipe away a tear, unable to believe how badass she was. Angel was absolutely blown away, he couldn't believe how easily she put Casanova in his place like that.
Alastor's expression was neutral as he watched Damari handle Casanova with ease. Despite the fact he felt jealous and annoyed to know that Damari had been with another man in the past, he couldn't help but be impressed by her strength and the way she stood up for herself. He also found it quite amusing to see Casanova get sent out of the hotel and struggling to get his tail out from the doors. He had to admit, he was certainly enjoying this show.
Carmilla had a sly grin on her face as she watched the scene with satisfaction. She found it amusing to see Damari handle her ex so confidently, and she was curious to know more about their complex history. She made a mental note to ask Damari about it later and continue to watch in amusement as Angel continued to fanboy over her, and Alastor kept his neutral expression while feeling jealous underneath.
Operetta started clapping and whooping along with the Monster High gang.
"WOO! GET IT GURL!!"
Everyone else clapped along as well. Damari smiled widely, feeling touched by all the applause and praise she was getting. She never expected everyone to react like this, and she felt a wave of relief knowing that they were all on her side. She looked over at Angel and Husk, who were both looking at her with admiration and adoration, and she felt her heart skip a beat. She tried to keep her cool and continued to smile and bow at the applause, while secretly feeling flustered by their gazes.
Meanwhile, Vox was flabbergasted and speechless, completely in love.
"I think... I want to marry her..." he mumbled out quietly.
Valentino, who was nearby and heard Vox's mumbling, let out a gruff huff and rolled his eyes. He couldn't believe that Vox was actually saying such things about some mortal girl, and he found it laughable.
"What, are you serious?" Val retorted, a hint of annoyance in his voice.
Valentino leaned in closer to Vox, a sly smile spreading across his face as he spoke.
"You really wanna marry this mortal chick? You think you have a shot with her?" he teased, trying to mess with Vox.
Vox's expression hardened slightly as he looked at Valentino, not appreciating his mocking tone. He knew that Valentino was trying to get under his skin, but he wasn't going to back down.
"What if I do?" he retorted, his gaze becoming intense.
Valentino chuckled darkly, his expression turning malicious.
"You think you're good enough for her? You think she could ever have feelings for you?" he taunted, the mockery growing in his voice.
Vox gritted his teeth, the comment from Valentino making his irritation flare. He tried to keep his cool, but it was getting harder to do so.
"I don't expect you to understand," he retorted, his eyes narrowing. "But I know that I actually have a chance, unlike you."
Valentino's smile turned into a scowl, his annoyance with Vox growing. He didn't like the fact that Vox was actually confident in thinking he had a chance with Damari, and he was determined to burst that bubble.
"You? Having a chance with her? That's a joke." he said, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "Don't kid yourself, Vox. You're not her type."
Vox's frown deepened, his irritation becoming hard to control. He hated it when Valentino acted so condescending towards him, and it especially bothered him when he talked about how he didn't have chance with Damari.
"And how would you know who her type is?" he snapped, his voice growing harsh. "You don't know her like I do, Valentino."
Valentino chuckled again, his smugness growing more and more.
"Oh, you think you know her so well, huh? Trust me, Vox," he said, his eyes narrowing. "You don't know her at all. You're just some pathetic demon who thinks he has a chance with a mortal girl. She's so far out of your league, it's laughable."
Vox clenched his fists angrily, his anger now at its peak. He couldn't stand how condescending and taunting Valentino was being, and he was determined to prove him wrong. He stepped closer to Valentino, staring right into his eyes.
"You don't know anything about her, Valentino. And you certainly don't know anything about me. I'm not going to let your words get to me. I know that I have a chance, and I'm going to prove to her that I'm the one for her."
As Vox and Valentino argued, Operetta and the others couldn't help but listen in, watching as the two overlords engaged in a heated exchange. Operetta rolled her eyes at Valentino's comments, knowing that he was just being his usual irritating self.
Draculaura, meanwhile, was a bit taken aback by the sight of the two overlords arguing over Damari. She couldn't help but feel a pang of worry for her friend, imagining how uncomfortable it must be for Damari to have to deal with the advances of not one but two powerful demon overlords now.
Toralei, who's hiding along with the twin cat sisters, aims the crossbow with an arrow that's powered by hate.
"Looks like Plan A has failed. Let's see how Plan B would go." she said, aiming the arrows at Valentino and Vox before shooting them straight into their heart.
Their visions become a blur before Valentino starts to grow angry and shouts at Vox. Vox didn't listen and was busy struggling to control himself, feeling something wasn't right. Everyone becomes concerned until Toralei hits a few with more hate arrows as the chaos starts now. Damari looks around, trying to figure out what's going on. Luckily, none aren't affected by the hate arrows like Alastor and Niffty. A few Monster High gang managed to dodge the arrows. Clawdeen sniffed around and looked up, spotting Toralei and the cats messing around with the hate arrows.
Operetta immediately noticed what was happening and realized Toralei and the cat sisters had shot hate arrows at Valentino and Vox. She quickly grabbed Draculaura and pulled her out of the way just in time to avoid being hit themselves.
Alastor, meanwhile, looked unbothered as he watched the chaos unfold, his expression neutral as always. Niffty, however, was quite amused and started to giggle at the sight of two overlords going at each other.
As the chaos continued, Damari looked around in confusion, trying to figure out what was happening and why everyone was suddenly acting aggressive towards each other. She noticed Alastor and Niffty were unaffected, and she knew Alastor wouldn't tolerate any harm coming to her, so she quickly approached him.
Meanwhile, Draculaura watched with worry as Valentino and Vox hurled insults at each other, their arguments becoming more heated by the second.
As Alastor noticed Damari approaching him, he gave her a small smile and placed a hand on her shoulder, knowing that she was probably feeling confused and a bit overwhelmed by the sudden chaos.
He looked over at the arguing overlords and let out a small sigh, as if he was used to this kind of behavior from them. However, he kept his attention focused on Damari, making sure she was alright.
Cupid, who didn't get hit by a hate arrow, noticed Toralei is now aiming it towards Damari. She immediately gasps and shouts out to her.
"Look out!!"
Damari turns and gasps to see Toralei from above. Toralei smirks and shoots an arrow towards her. Opereta, who was standing nearby, heard Cupid's warning and quickly turned her attention to Damari. Seeing the arrow flying towards her, Operetta's eyes widened and she quickly sprang into action.
She leaped forward and pushed Damari out of the way, causing the arrow to miss narrowly. Alastor, who was still keeping a protective eye on Damari, saw what just happened and his expression darkened with annoyance. He didn't like the fact that these hate arrows were endangering Damari, and he was getting ready to step in if necessary.
Meanwhile, Damari was left reeling from the close call and looked up at Toralei in surprise and confusion. She was completely bewildered by the sudden attack and didn't understand what was going on. She looked at the arrow that had narrowly missed her and then looked back at Alastor, her expression a mix of worry and confusion.
Alastor gently grabbed her by the arm and pulled her closer to him, wanting to keep her close and make sure she was safe. He gave her a reassuring look as he spoke.
"Don't worry, dear. I won't let anyone hurt you. Just stay close to me and everything will be fine."
He glanced up at Toralei and the cat sisters with a small sneer, his annoyance with them growing with each passing second. Draculaura also approached Damari, looking worried and concerned for her safety. She placed a hand on her shoulder and spoke in a gentle yet firm voice.
"Are you alright, Damari? That was so close."
She frowned as she looked at Toralei and the others, her own annoyance and distrust towards them showing in her expression. Damari nodded as she looked between Alastor and Draculaura, still trying to process what had just happened. She was a bit shaken but reassured by their concern and protective nature.
"Yeah... I'm okay. Thank you for saving me," she replied. "But what's going on? Why is everyone acting so aggressive all of a sudden?"
Alastor and Draculaura exchanged a quick glance before Alastor spoke up, his tone a bit serious.
"They've been hit with hate arrows by Toralei and her feline accomplices," he explained. "It seems to be making everyone quite irritable and aggressive. We have to be careful."
"The only way to stop it is breaking that crossbow." Cupid informed.
"That cat is gonna pay!" Clawdeen growled.
"Get ready!" Operetta said.
Rebecca activated her air shoes and started flying towards Toralei and the cat sisters, trying to grab the crossbow. Toralei and the cat sisters saw Rebecca flying towards them and prepared for a fight.
Cupid and Draculaura also joined the fray, preparing to take on the cat sisters. Alastor, meanwhile, moved to stand protectively in front of Damari, not wanting her to get caught up in the middle of the battle.
Alastor was tense, his eyes fixed on the battle unfolding above. He knew how strong and ruthless the cat sisters were, and he was ready to step in if things got too dangerous.
Meanwhile, Damari looked worried and a bit frustrated that she couldn't join in the fight. She knew how strong she was and wanted to help her friends, but she also knew that Alastor was looking out for her.
The battle between the Monster High girls and the cat sisters was intense. Toralei and the cats fought back ferociously, using their claws and agility to their advantage. However, the Monster High girls were equally determined and held their own in the fight.
As the battle continued, Alastor stayed vigilant, keeping a close eye on Damari and the fight above. He was ready to react at any moment if necessary.
Jeff, the landshark, saw this happening and looked around to find anything to stop Toralei and the cat sisters. He sees something shiny and looks over to see a big diamond he had gifted Damari for her birthday present. Jeff immediately grabbed it with his mouth and ran over to Damari, nudging her leg. Damari looked down to see him holding a big diamond in his mouth, though she closed her eyes for a bit at how bright it was. Though this gave her an idea and smiled down at her pet shark.
"Smart idea, Jeff." she said, kneeling down and picking up the diamond from him.
Damari looked around to find something to aim the light at the cats. She then noticed Alastor's monocle and got an idea.
"Alastor, can I use your monocle for a moment? I know what I need to do."
Alastor looked down at Damari with a mix of curiosity and caution, handing her his monocle. He hoped whatever she had planned would work and didn't put her in danger.
"Be careful with that, dear," he warned. "And make sure what you're doing is worth the risk."
Damari carefully took Alastor's monocle and looked through it, using the light to guide her. She aimed it directly at the cat sisters and focused on keeping the light steady to make it as bright and glaring as possible.
Meanwhile, Alastor watched her intently, ready to intervene if necessary. He had faith in her ability to handle herself, but still worried about her safety. The light from the monocle hit the cat sisters, blinding them for a moment. The glare was intense, and they squinted and shielded their eyes from the brightness.
The other girls saw an opportunity and continued to fight Toralei and the cats, taking advantage of their momentary disorientation. Jeff watched from below as Damari used Alastor's monocle as a makeshift light weapon, effectively blinding the cat sisters.
Toralei and the cats were still feisty but were starting to falter under the intense glare. They tried to fight back but were struggling to see clearly through the brightness.
Alastor watched as the tide of the battle turned, his monocle proving to be a useful tool in incapacitating the cat sisters. He couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and admiration for Damari's quick thinking. She had managed to turn the tide of the fight with a simple piece of jewelry and a bit of creativity.
The Monster High girls continued to fight, their attacks becoming more focused and effective now that the cat sisters were partially blinded by the light.
Toralei and the cats were starting to get more and more disoriented and frustrated by the intense glare. They tried to fight back, but their attacks were erratic and unfocused, making them easy targets for the girls.
Clawdeen managed to snatch the crossbow from Toralei and threw it towards Cupid, who immediately smashed it to the ground, breaking the hate spell that everyone was affected by. Damari lowered the light, handing the monocle back to Alastor. Toralei and the cat sisters fell off from above and landed roughly in front of Alastor and Damari. They looked up and smiled sheepishly to see Alastor and Damari unhappy. Alastor's eyes turned radio dial, and with a Wendigo scream, he threw them out of the hotel, crashing them into Casanova, Lola, and Scourge.
Alastor gave a pleased smirk as he watched the cat sisters get thrown out of the hotel, landing in a heap with Casanova, Lola, and Scourge. He was satisfied seeing them get what they deserved after causing so much chaos and trouble.
Damari stood there, still a bit shocked by the events that had just unfolded. She was glad that the hate spell was broken, but she still felt a bit shaken by the fight.
As the commotion died down, Alastor turned his attention back to Damari, noticing that she still looked a bit shaken. He placed a hand on her shoulder and spoke gently.
"Are you alright, dear? I know that was quite an ordeal, but you handled yourself quite well."
"Y-Yeah. This... is an unexpected birthday party I ever had." she said.
Alastor chuckled softly at Damari's comment. He couldn't help but find her resilience and sarcasm endearing.
"Indeed, it was certainly an unconventional birthday celebration. But I assure you, the day is far from over. And the rest of it will be far more pleasant than the earlier mayhem."
The other Monster High girls slowly gathered nearby, looking a bit bruised and disheveled but overall satisfied that the chaos had died down. Draculaura approached Damari and Alastor, a small smile on her face. She looked a bit concerned but also impressed at how well they had handled the situation.
"Damari! Are you alright?" she asked, her voice filled with worry. "That was intense."
"I'm good. Are you guys alright?"
Draculaura chuckled softly and nodded.
"We're fine. A bit roughed up, but nothing some TLC won't fix."
Cupid, who was slightly scratched and bruised, chimed in from the side.
"That was quite a fight. You did really well, Damari. Especially with that monocle move."
Operetta, who was sporting a few scrapes and scratches but otherwise unscathed, nodded in agreement.
"Yeah, that was some quick thinking on your part."
Rebecca nodded, looking a bit battered but still smiling, and chimed in.
"You certainly have a knack for improvisation in the middle of a battle."
"Thanks." Damari chuckled before turning to the guests who were a bit confused about what was happening.
The guests who had come for Damari's birthday party were slowly emerging from various parts of the hotel, looking a bit dazed and perplexed by the events that had just unfolded. Some were clutching their heads, trying to shake off the last remnants of the hate spell's influence.
Alastor observed the confused guests with a amused expression, clearly enjoying the chaotic situation. Damari looked at the guests, feeling a bit embarrassed by the chaos that had just occurred. She gave them an apologetic smile and spoke up.
"Sorry about that, everyone. Things got a bit out of hand for a moment, but it's all settled now."
Alastor let out a small chuckle and spoke up as well. "Yes, just a minor disturbance. Nothing to worry about. Please, resume enjoying yourselves."
The guests still looked a bit confused and shaken, but slowly started to relax and regain their composure. Some started to chat amongst themselves, trying to make sense of what had just happened. Others simply resumed mingling and enjoying the party.
Cupid approached Damari and Alastor once again, a mischievous glint in her eye. "You know, that was quite a show you two just put on. I don't think anyone will forget this birthday party anytime soon."
Alastor chuckled in response to Cupid's comment, his dark eyes gleaming with amusement. He knew that the day was far from over, and he had more surprises in store for Damari and the guests.
"Oh, my dear, you have no idea. There's still much more fun to be had," he said mysteriously, a small smile playing on his lips.
Charlie approached them, blinking away the sudden hate spell. "What's going on?"
Damari turned and smiled, patting her shoulder. "It's fine. Just a bit chaos. No big deal."
Charlie was confused but nodded in understanding. She looked over to the Vees and Charlie glared at them. This was supposed to be her best friend's birthday and they crashed it. Not only that, Charlie does not trust them, especially if Val is around Angel and Damari.
"Also, I think we should tell the Vees to leave. I know it's nice of them to come celebrate your birthday, but they weren't invited." Charlie suggested.
"You're right. Appreciative, but they did bring some trouble." Damari agreed.
Charlie then approached the Vees and politely asked, "Hey, I'm glad that you came here, but I think you should leave since I never invited you guys."
Damari smiled before saying, "Yeah, I'm afraid that you have to go. Thanks for the gifts though."
Velvette and Valentino were offended and then got angry. Before they could act out, Vox stopped them.
"Alright. We'll leave. And I'm glad you enjoyed our company. Talk to you later." Vox said with a fake smile.
Velvette and Valentino were shocked at his sudden answer and were about to act out when he gave them a glare, making them shut up. They then eventually began to leave.
Though Damari, out of her own little stupid heart, approached Vox and pulled him over and gave him a kiss on the cheek before lightly pushing him and the Vees out of the hotel party.
Alastor watched the exchange with a mix of amusement and slight suspicion. He knew the Vees' reputation for being self-serving and manipulative, and he was wary of their presence in the hotel. He observed as Damari approached Vox and gave him a kiss on the cheek before pushing him and the other Vees out.
He raised an eyebrow at her gesture, wondering what her intentions were. He knew Damari had a kind and generous heart, but he also knew she was smart and could see through people's bullshit.
Outside of the hotel, Vox stood there in a daze at the sudden kiss from Damari, feeling his cheeks hot. Valentino glares at Vox. He wanted Damari's attention, but Vox took it! Val was mad that he crushed his cigar.
'Screw the deal! When it's my turn for Damari to work for me, I will make her beg me to take her!' Val thought before turning to a dazed Vox.
"Why do you get a kiss and I can't take her to my bed?" Val complained.
Vox snapped out of it and smirked smugly at him. "Maybe because I'm more of a gentleman than you."
Velvette rolled her eyes as she marched to the limo. These boys were getting on her nerves.
'Maybe when Damari comes back to work, I can convince her to hang out with me so we can both escape these two idiots.' Velvette thought to herself.
Back at the hotel, everyone was still stunned at what just happened. Damari just gave Vox, Alastor's enemy, a kiss on the check and it was not forced. Angel narrowed his eyes at the girl. Now he knows that Damari is connected to the Vees. He instantly remembered that night at the tower where he thought he saw her leaving the tower. His mind was racing!
'After this party is done, I need to find out what is going on with her. I will be damned if the Vees, especially Val, are doing something to Damari,' Angel thought to himself.
Damari turns around to see everyone's shocked expressions. Her face turns red in realization.
'Oh shoot, did I just kiss Vox!?? Why did I do that? I don't even like him!' Damari thought to herself.
She instantly looks at Husk to see he was staring at her with his calculated eyes. Damari knew Husk has been asking her what is keeping a secret and if he finds out her deal with the Vees, then she is so screwed and her friends will think she's a traitor! Damari immediately freaks out.
"I-I have no idea why I did that!!" she screamed out as she starts wiping her mouth in disgust.
Alastor, who had been watching the exchange intently, couldn't help but chuckle at Damari's reaction. Her panicked attempt to wipe her mouth in disgust only made the situation comedic. The other guests, who had been observing the scene silently, started to whisper amongst themselves, looking utterly perplexed by Damari's sudden kiss on Vox's cheek.
Cupid, who was standing nearby, began to giggle quietly, finding the whole situation hilarious. Husk and Angel Dust watched the interaction with wide eyes and raised eyebrows, clearly surprised by Damari's bold and unexpected action.
Angel Dust couldn't help but let out a low whistle. "Damn, Damari. Didn't know you had it in you."
Husk simply chuckled and mumbled under his breath, "You've got some guts, doll."
Vaggie even starts to question Damari about it. "Are you okay? You're not drunk?"
Vaggie looked at Damari with a mix of concern and disbelief, wondering if there was something else influencing her actions.
Damari, still blushing and rubbing her mouth in disgust, looked up at Vaggie and vehemently shook her head.
"No, I'm not drunk! I swear, I have no clue why I did that. It just... happened," Damari answered frantically.
Alastor couldn't help but get angry that Vox gets a kiss in the cheek from Damari. Then, everyone kept celebrating until everyone left, leaving only the hotel residents inside, and Damari was having a moment with Husk and Angel by the balcony.
Alastor watched as Damari talked to Husk and Angel, a subtle hint of annoyance crossing his face.
He couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy and possessiveness towards Damari. He knew it was irrational and he had no claim over her, but seeing her get close to others still bothered him on a subconscious level. Damari then bid Husk and Angel a good night as she left inside to go back to her room. Though she stopped to see Alastor in the living room.
Alastor looked up as he saw Damari enter the living room. He tried to hide his earlier annoyance, a forced smile gracing his lips.
"Ah, there you are, my dear. Was just enjoying the quiet after the party."
Damari stood by the entrance, looking a bit tired but still smiling. She walked over to Alastor and leaned against the wall.
"Yeah, it was quite a party. Thanks for the help earlier, by the way."
Alastor chuckled softly and leaned back in his seat.
"Oh, it was nothing. Just doing my part to liven things up a bit. I saw you handling yourself quite well, by the way. Very impressive."
Damari chuckled sheepishly.
"It's nothing."
Alastor looked at Damari with a mix of amusement and admiration.
"Nonsense, my dear. You were quite the sight to behold. You have a bit of a spunky side to you, don't you?"
Damari smiled sheepishly again, not used to such sincere compliments. She looked down at her feet, feeling a bit of a blush creeping up her cheeks.
"Oh, you're exaggerating. I just... acted on instinct, I guess. I didn't think much about it."
Alastor chuckled, his dark eyes filled with a hint of mischief.
"Ah, but sometimes those instincts can lead to unexpected and interesting results, don't you think?"
He took a step closer to her, his smile growing slightly sly. Damari gulps at his sudden closeness. Alastor then holds out his hand.
"May I have this dance? I know it's late, but it's the least I could do since I never got the chance to ask you."
Damari looked at Alastor's outstretched hand, her heart beating a bit faster. She wasn't expecting this turn of events at all. After a moment of hesitation, she smiled softly and placed her hand in his, feeling a tingle of excitement.
"Of course, I would love to dance with you."
Alastor's smile widened at her acceptance. He gently pulled her closer, his arm wrapping around her waist. He began to lead her in a slow and gentle dance, enjoying the proximity and feeling of her in his arms.

The music filled the room as Alastor led Damari in a slow dance, the soft glow of the evening lights surrounding them, singing. He moved with fluid, graceful movements, his eyes never leaving hers.
His steps were deliberate and smooth, his hand on her waist guiding her with a gentle but firm touch. He could feel her body close to his, and it sent a wave of thrill through him.
Damari, though a bit nervous at first, quickly relaxed into the dance. Alastor's movements were smooth and steady, making it easy for her to follow his lead. As they moved together in time to the music, she couldn't help but feel the familiar tingle of excitement as his hand on her waist held her close. In this intimate moment, she allowed herself to forget about the craziness of the past few days and just enjoy the dance with him.
Alastor couldn't help but be mesmerized by Damari as they danced together. He marveled at her beauty and grace, admiring the way she moved with such finesse. As he twirled her around, he couldn't keep his eyes off her. She was so captivating, so alluring in every way possible. He found himself forgetting about the rest of the world, focusing solely on her and the music that played around them.
As the song came to an end, Alastor gently dipped Damari down, their bodies in a perfectly balanced and intimate position. He held her there, looking down at her with an intense gaze, his arms wrapped around her.
Time seemed to stand still for a moment, and he felt the strong urge to pull her even closer, to claim her lips with his own, to make her completely and utterly his.
Alastor's mind was a whirlwind of emotions as he held Damari in that position. He could feel the heat radiating from her body, the way her breaths were coming out uneven, the way her eyes were looking into his. His heart was pounding in his chest, and he felt his self-control slipping away. Feeling a bit overwhelmed, Damari decide to give him a kiss on the cheek, gently pulling herself away from Alastor.
"Thanks for the dance. I appreciate it. Uh... good night, Alastor."
Alastor's heart fluttered at the touch of her lips on his cheek. He was both surprised and pleased by the gesture, but deep down he yearned for more. However, he tried to keep his composure as she pulled away and spoke.
"Ah, the pleasure is mine, my dear. You move with such grace, it was a joy to dance with you."
He couldn't help but feel a pang of disappointment as she bid him goodnight. He wanted more time with her, to bask in her presence, but he knew he had to let her go... for now.
Damari gave him a smile before heading towards her room to go to bed. She truly won't forget this moment and her birthday party with all the people she has grown close with. It truly reminds her of her family and friends from Earth. She hopes to someday find the way back and reunite with them.
