Backstory
Freya Odinsdottier was born to the king and queen of Asgard, Odin and Frigga. Freya was born on the 16th of June 548 A.D.. She gained the title Godess of Love and Battle on her 5th name day. Freya grew up in the royal palace along with her parents and siblings. Her older sister, Hela, was not present in Freya's life. Freya formed a close bond with her older brother and her younger adoptive brother, Thor and Loki. Freya and her mother were always known as the peacemakers within the family. For this reason she kept her desire for the throne to herself. Freya developed a strong sisterly bond with her younger cousin Skadi. Odin at first feared the powers of Freya as he was scared she might get power hungry like her older sister Hela. For this reason Odin did many things to make her less powerful. In the 1930's Freya went to Earth/ Midgard, there she met James'Bucky' Barnes. The two quickly fell in love and went out. Around that time a war broke out, one in which Asgard, got involved in. Freya, an excellent shield maiden, fought alongside Asgard. Due to Freya fighting in the war, she was occupied for 2 years, and couldn't visit Bucky. When she returned, she looked for him, but Bucky had already joined the army to fight. She never mentioned Bucky to anyone appart from Fandral, Loki and Skadi. Freya briefly went out with Fandral, partly on Odin's request, before both decided to be friends.
