"I Kim Fiela daughter of Kim Ramon Jin and sister to Kim Andrea vow before the Bible to tell nothing but the truth." Fiela repeats after the spokesman before taking a seat on the left side by the podium looking firmly at the lawyer Bong Byun.

He stands before the judge clearing his throat. The court had been fully active since 10am in the morning.

The court room has never been this full before. All seats filled but still reporters and cameramen pouring all around, stand against the wall trying to get a good view of the man who brutally murdered his wife, Kim Andrea, his son, Kim Taedae and his brother, Kim Namjoon along with an Officer, Jung Hoseok.

Taehyung sits on his seat on the right hand side of the judge staring blankly at the floor. A huge dawn of loss on his shoulders as all eyes are on him.

A full row of all the family he ever considered his, Jin, Veronica, Jimin, Yoongi and Aufilea front row and centred watching as it all goes down.

For three weeks now the court has been going on, leaving Taehyung in the hot seat all alone. Today is the last day and his sentence.

"I, Bong Byun, with full respect will follow all laws of the court and bring liberty to this case." The intimidating lawyer turns his stare to the judge as she grants him permission to begin. The silence of the court boosts up a spark of confidence in Bong as he takes the platform. "Fiela, now I only have two questions for you. As I was doing research I noticed that you and your sister were hostages in your own home. The malicious squad of young boys including Kim Taehyung here assaulted the girls. So my question to you, as you were a victim back there tell me on the behaviours you picked up on him?"

All eyes focus on Fiela, a wave of vulnerability hitting her hard. The day she'll never forget repeats in her head like a movie. The feeling of loss and anger pining in her heart.

"First of all, get your facts straight. He did not hurt me nor my sister. In fact he was the one who protected us while his brother Namjoon caused ruckus. To answer your question...  The behaviours I noticed were that he was obsessed with my sister.. he didn't seem harmful. Only obsessed...and with his help we got out. He had family issues and was just so private." Fiela says turning her head to Taehyung. She clinches her jaw shaking her head.

Taehyung closes his eyes. Once again he has to go through all the disgusting looks people give him. Full exposure to his dark side.

Bong nods his head looking to the judge. "8 years ago meets with now. Fiela said he had family issues and it's no secret that Kim Taehyung self handedly murdered his father and had Namjoon cover up for him. Link 1, daddy says something, he doesn't like it so he stabs him to deat–"

"That's not-" The judge silences Taehyung's complaints telling Bong to continue.

"Let's get to the next one, he had a temper. Now tell me Fiela has he ever lashed out in front of you and if so how?"

"Yes. Everytime I spoke about his past he would get defensive and start banging things telling me to stop." Fiela notes.

"Do you think he lashed out on Andrea?" Bong asks walking back to the audience eyeing Aufilea before going back to Fiela. How Bong hated involving children in grown people's matters.

"I wouldn't think that but there was a time.."she fades away and Taehyung peers at her.

"No please, tell me what happened?" Bong speaks up getting closer to Fiela. "No sin needs to remain in the dark,"

"I invited them over to my house for my engagement party. He came alone and told me Andrea wasn't feeling well. So as a sister I phoned later on to check up on her. She was in pain and I could tell something was not right but I didn't think much of it, she was avoiding the subject of speaking about him so I didn't even bother going on but days later I did visit her. She looked so beat, her face was swelling and stuff, I.."

Taehyung immediately remembers it as the day he beat her.

"She said that I shouldn't really pay attention to it." Fiela shakes her head. "But no. I don't think he'd do something so vicious as murdering my sister who he loved–"

"Well you did mention that he was obsessed with her. So maybe she said something he didn't like and like history he repeats what he did to his father," Bong quickly says. "Thank you Fiela for your time and honesty,"

Fiela gets of the stand and goes back to take her seat looking back at Taehyung, praying that Jungkook got to the court immediately.

Bong calls the next person to the stand and it's Andrea's mother, Veronica.

She places her hand on the Bible and repeats the vow. Bong stands in front of her. "Mrs Kim I only have one question for you, as the step mother of Andrea. You were very close to her and when she had problems she spoke to you. Correct?"

"Yes," she whispers looking down. The loss of Andrea hit her so hard and what's worse is that the one who killed her is her husband.

"Then please tell me the hurt Andrea endured. Exactly on August 15th when she called you,"

Taehyung shamefully raises his head careful not to make eye contact with Veronica. He was always fond of her and considered her as his own mother. She was caring and loved him, she gave him all the positive attention he needed and never once spoke below or behind his name. To have her sitting and looking at him in shame brought a great sadness.

"She..she called early in the morning." Veronica clears her tears keeping her eyes on the table. "I could hear it in her voice that she was hurt. She cried out to me and I wanted to so badly hug her. I didn't know what was bothering my sweet baby child. I allowed her to cry waiting patiently. I never rushed her, I never spoke. She told me that..." Veronica looks up ever her eye lashes lashing up. Her gaze turns to Taehyung. On cue Taehyung doesn't look very long and instead looks away. "He hit her. Not just hit..but beat her,"

An uncomfortable silence along with gasps spreads around the court room. Taehyung feels his neck tint a pink shade. His shameful deed unraveling.

"I couldn't hold it in. I cried with her for what he did. I told her to wipe her tears away and stand strong, to carry on loving him. As much as my daughter needed me that day, I thought of you Taehyung." Her words are somber but to Taehyung he can't face or stand for what she's feeling, it burns him how Veronica cared to tell Andrea that. "I told her to love him and that I would speak to him and I did but... If I knew that she was suffering in the house, in that same house with her child- I would've told her to come straight to me and turn her back." Veronica shakes her head glaring now at Taehyung's head. 

"Thank you, Mrs Kim. No mother should ever go through what you've gone through. That's why people like him need to be put far away. Thank you," Bong says. The next set of people he calls are Taehyung's work friends. All of them had at least one negetive to say about Taehyung, from his attitude, to how he seemed sexual abusive with his wife. Most of the convictions where lies but they were all blinded as Bong painted a cruel picture of Taehyung. From Taehyung's childhood till now- all was negetive until...

"So Jimin," Bong says gesturing to Jimin who's seated on the seat. A firm brow and ready to defend his friend as best as he could. "You grew up with Taehyung and claim to know him. Tell me your view on this?"

Jimin takes a deep breath. "Firstly on the previous subject of Taehyung mishandling Andrea. I'd like to say that in a marriage there's problems, couples fight and sometimes hurt each other. But with all the times I've seen Andrea, she's never once left Taehyung's side. Because she loved him. I know Taehyung well enough to know that the one person he's killed was his father."

As Jimin speaks Taehyung feels much calmer. He knew Jimin would never leave his side even though circumstances were not on his side.

Taehyung wonders off in his mind to what Andrea used to say about Jimin, that he was the salt of the Earth and the womb of life. Taehyung tightens his jaw thinking about Andrea. He hasn't had any proper time to grieve for her as he's been caged in and out and sought out to be a vicious killer. His time with Andrea had been short lived and with Taedae barely even walked. Taehyung shakes his head getting himself out of that whole.

"I'm not saying what he did was right. I'm saying that he made a mistake and Andrea forgave him, because if you checked your facts the beating happened 6 months ago and she still stood by him with the biggest smile. Anyway my views on this whole mess is pointed on Namjoon, he tried killing Andrea before, Fiela and everyone involved that day know Namjoon kidnapped Andrea and wanted Taehyung to suffer. This can't be Taehyung's doing."

"Thank you Jimin for that. Yes true that she stayed for 5 months still 'happy' don't you think she was suffering silently? As for Namjoon the judge let him on probation at Mr Kim's house. Jung Hoseok reported back no problems with Namjoon at all but of course Mr Kim couldn't have that," Byun turns to Taehyung with slits. "So he killed him as well,"

"Thank you Mr Park. Last to the stand, I give you the Father Suga Adams the third,"

Jimin sighs with frustration getting off allowing room for Yoongi.

"If I'm not mistaken, you signed the papers for Namjoon to be in Mr Kim's residence correct?" Bong asks. 

"Correct," Yoongi says, his voice tortoise.

Bong faces the crowd and looks back to Yoongi. "It came to my understanding that before you were a priest you were a 'gangster' faced with many charges, burglary, assault as well as the rape of–"

"What does that have to do with this case?" Yoongi asks.

Bong chuckles. "I just want to know if you paid for your crimes 'Agust'?" Bong smirks, proud by the crowd's reaction. Listening to the hall go incredibly silent.

Yoongi nods his head calmly. "Yes I did pay for my crimes. I paid the price." Yoongi answers in short sentences not satisfying Bong.

Byun Bong drops the topic as he sees it's not the right time or place. He has nothing else on Yoongi other then that nights event and wanting to expose him. Byun had always used this moment as a lawyer to exploit and expose people any chance he got, any opportunity.

"Why did you sign for Namjoon to stay on house arrest in Taehyung's house? Since you were Namjoon's best friend and partner in crime, I'm sure he told you something,"

Yoongi nods his head. "Namjoon simply asked me to.." Yoongi sighs. He never told Taehyung what Namjoon really said, saying it here would not only make Taehyung look an even more bad guy but it will also break him. "He asked me to reunite him with his brother,"

Taehyung looks up at those words and finally understands. His brother planned this all along. This was his last and final straw, this is what he meant when he said:

"I have nothing left to live for. I got to spend my last time with you and.. it was the best time."

His brother was always planning to die. That's why he always stayed in his room looking out that window..

"All your brother wanted to do was spend quality time with you, to repent for all his mistakes but you Kim Taehyung wouldn't allow him the privilege and killed him." Bong says and goes to the judge ready for the statement and sentence.

The door bursts open snapping everyone's attention. "Stop!"
