"Hi, can you tell me what room that little purple haired girl is in?" Lola told the receptionist as soon as she was left alone. "Considering you don't really know her name I'm assuming you don't know who she is," the receptionist told Lola as she didn't have time to deal with strangers trying to get into vulnerable children's rooms.

Lola just sighed as she tried to think about what that other girl had called the little girl. "Okay um what was that name again. Oh right. Sorry I meant to say what room Mal is in? Sorry she's my cousin. I just haven't really seen her very often. So what room is she in?" Lola lied out as she finally remembered what the little purple haired girl's name was.

"She's really not allowed many visitors right now, mainly just immediate family," the receptionist told Lola, making Lola upset as she decided to put her acting skills to the test again. "She's my cousin! So I'm not allowed to visit my own cousin now!" Lola cried out, making the receptionist sigh knowing she was going to get in trouble.

However Lola did look like she was part of that family. "Look normally I wouldn't do this but I can tell you're related somehow because you look identical to all her sisters. She's in room...," the receptionist told Lola, making her smirk as her plan had actually worked.

"Okay great thanks!" Lola told the receptionist with a sweet smile as she then made her way to the room she was given. Lola was left in complete shock though when she finally found the room and the first thing she saw was the young toddler sleeping curled up on her hospital bed crib while she was hooked up to wires and machines making Lola feel uneasy.

"Oh dang that's a lot of wires," Lola said out loud as she was trying to take in everything she was seeing. She wasn't expecting the room to look like this and it was making her sad. "What are you doing!" April exclaimed as she couldn't believe the stranger girl would just come into a hospital room without invitation and put a toddler at risk.

"I want more information and also I wanted to visit the kid. I feel bad. How is she doing?" Lola asked, making April sigh as she wanted to get mad and kick Lola out but something inside her just wasn't letting her. "She has a blood infection," April told Lola as she tried to act calm but she was holding back tears.

"She has a blood infection but she has blood cancer right," Lola asked in concern, making April just nod as she choked back more tears. "I'm aware of that!" April told Lola who just looked at the toddler.

"Is she going to be okay?" Lola asked as she was scared. She didn't want anything bad to happen to the adorable little toddler. "Look I really don't know right now and I don't really like the fact that I have a stranger in here right now," April screamed out as she continued to just hold back her tears.

"Okay but first of all you literally told me to get a DNA test and that my parents might be lying to me and then just left. Who does that to someone?" Lola told April making April close her eyes as she massaged her forehead.

"Okay I'm sorry I shouldn't have done that. I'm just stressed out and worried and I took it out on a random stranger. I'm sorry," April told Lola as she just wanted this day to end or for Ava to take over again.

This was stressful and she just didn't get how Ava managed to do it. "No but I was thinking about it. And honestly I think you might be right. I look nothing like my parents. They never really treated me that well. I literally look identical to you. And my parents never let me see my birth certificate.  Not to mention I can't stop getting like a weird feeling when I'm around you two. It's like a sisterly connection. Honestly I can't explain it but it's there," Lola rambled out making April just nod even though she wasn't even really listening.

"Okay well then get a DNA test but right now I really just want to focus on Mal," April told Lola as she didn't feel like dealing with some stranger that wouldn't leave her alone when she was worried about her baby sister.

"Oh right, sorry. Could I have some of your DNA?" Lola asked April, making her look at Lola in confusion. "For a DNA test could I?" Lola asked again, making April groan as she grabbed a ziplock bag and spit out her gum into it then handed it to Lola.

"Here," April told Lola, making her nod as she grabbed the bag. "Um okay...thank you," Lola told April who just nodded. "Uh huh," April told Lola, not really caring as she just wanted to focus on Mal, but Lola didn't seem to be leaving.

"So um just curious how are they going to treat her infection?" Lola asked as she wanted more information on the young toddler. "They want to do a blood transfusion," April told Lola as she had to admit it was kind of helping her to have someone to talk to even if Lola was kind of annoying her a little with all her questions.

"Oh is that going to hurt her?" Lola asked in concern, making April sigh as she didn't know much about any of this. "I don't know but they said it could help that is if they can find enough of the right kind she needs," April began but got cut off.

"Wait, they don't have enough! Don't they have like donors and stuff," Lola asked in disbelief, making April sigh. "Yeah but..." April began but was interrupted again when the door opened as Ava came in and ran to Mal.

"Um, who is this?" Lola asked as she pointed to Ava making Ava get upset as she didn't know who this stranger was. "I'm Ava and who are you stranger in my child's hospital room," Ava told Lola, making her gasp as she realized who Ava was.

"Oh you're the actual one charge. Sorry I didn't know. Okay wow you weren't kidding though April! She literally looks just like us," Lola told the two, making April nod while Ava got more upset as she still wanted to know why April let a stranger in her baby's hospital room.

"Again why is there a stranger here!" Ava asked again, making April sigh. "Her name is Lola and she thinks we could possibly be related," April told Ava making Lola smile as she waved at Ava.

"Okay you can't be serious!" Ava exclaimed, causing Lola to sigh. "Look I can't explain it, I just feel a weird like connection," Lola told Ava, making Ava groan while April decided to join in.

"I mean I was lied to and Evie was too who's to say they didn't have more. Besides, I thought you were busy," April told Ava who just sighed. "I was but I realized my baby was more important. How's she doing?" Ava asked, deciding to change the subject and focus on why she was really there.

"She needs a blood transfusion," Lola told Ava, making her eyes widen. "What!" Ava asked in shock. "She has a blood infection and her counts are low," April told Ava who just slowly nodded as she tried to process everything going on.

Before Ava could say anything again though the young girl started squirming and sobbing making Ava quickly pull her into a hug as she started to rock her. "Hey shh Mal it's okay mama's here. You're okay. I know it hurts. I'm so sorry sweetie," Ava told the toddler who calmed down a little but started whimpering.

Ava just held back her tears as she just held Mal close to her causing the others to hold back tears as well as it was becoming harder and harder to watch all this. "Okay um this is like way harder than I thought it would be to watch. Is this really what she has to go through all the time," Lola asked in shock.

"Yeah unfortunately. This isn't the worst of it though. Chemo is one of the worst things to have to put her through. She screams and cries and begs for it to stop and I can't do anything to help her. It hurts watching her like that," Ava cried out as she finally let go and all the tears came pouring out.

Lola just nodded as the tears started to fall from her eyes as well as she couldn't hold them back anymore either. April just gave Ava a look that Ava immediately could tell something was wrong when she saw it.

"I don't like that look. What's going on?" Ava asked, making April sigh. "They um they can't find enough blood for the type she needs," April told Ava trying to remain strong but she was starting to break as well.

"They what," Ava asked as she began to get worried making April sigh again. "They're trying to find some more from donors but right now they don't have enough," April told Ava who just nodded.

"Okay but she needs this transfusion like now," Ava told April who nodded. "I know they're trying their best," April told Ava, causing Lola to interrupt as she wanted to help. "Um sorry to interrupt, just curious what blood type does she need? Couldn't one of you donate?" Lola asked, trying to join in and help.

"We're identical twins and we don't match. I got tested when Mal first got diagnosed," Ava told Lola as she shook her head no as she was hating this. She wanted to help her baby, but she couldn't.

"Oh well, what about if I got tested to donate?" Lola asked as she could tell Ava and April were panicking and she didn't like being useless. "You want to get tested?" Ava asked, making Lola nod.

"Yeah I want to help and I mean people donate all the time," Lola told Ava who just sighed as she was conflicted. She wanted the help but she felt like she was basically forcing it on Lola.

"I don't know this feels weird to make someone we barely know get tested to donate blood," Ava told Lola who just shook her head. "Not really like I said I want to help if I can," Lola told Ava who just smiled a little.

"Okay fine," Ava told Lola as she looked at April who just nodded. "Yeah honestly anyone will work at this point if she's a match," April told Ava who nodded again as she looked at Lola. Lola was about to say something when the door opened as the doctor came back interrupting their conversation.

"So unfortunately we were still unsuccessful at getting any more blood that she would need. And unfortunately without that we can't do the blood transfusion which she definitely needs right now," the doctor told them all as she just barged in making Ava and April nod as they both pointed to Lola.

"By any chance could we have someone here donate blood," Ava asked, making the doctor look to where they were pointing as she nodded. "Well yes that is always an option but we would have to run a bunch of tests first to make sure the blood would be the right match and wouldn't be harmful in any ways especially considering we're dealing with a cancer child," the doctor told them all, making them nod as Lola looked at her.  "Could I get tested?" Lola asked the doctor.
