After your incident, (insert your background story) you just woken up from a coma. You notice that the doctors are gone, patients in the waiting room is gone, blood were everywhere in the hallway. Papers were scattered all around the building. It's suspicious. Each person who woken up from a coma is the only people in the hospital...(or so you thought.)
