Once upon a time, under the sea, there lived a family of Narwhals. Mister and Misses Narwhalens lived in a quaint little aquatic town with their daughter Naoimi. Now, Naomi was an astute girl, yet she was a bit naive. As a result, she was often getting herself into trouble, however her best friend Norman was always there to extricate her. Likewise, her Nana would be by her side to mitigate the situation when Naomi came home in tears. Naomi was intrigued by the glimmering white arctic land and the Eskimo people who lived there. For this, Naomi received censure from the well to do narwhals of the town. During that time, most narwhals believed that humans were dangerous, yet Naomi dissented from the majority. She even hoped that one day narwhals and people could become friends. Norman was the only one to concur with Naomi, even though he a bit fearful of the humans. Norman was also rebuked for agreeing with these novel concepts.
One day while Naomi and Norman were at the surface of the water, Naomi spotted a little girl standing on the shore. She couldn't have been more than seven years old and Naomi thought if she were ever to speak to a human this was her chance. So, Naomi cautiously swam closer to the shore. Norman tried to stop her, but to no avail. Naomi gave an extemporaneous introduction to the small girl. The girl was quite surprised to see narwhals speaking, but never the less, she also introduced herself as Miki (which means little). And this was the start of a beautiful friendship between Naomi, Norman, and Miki, one that was not transient, but never ending. When Naomi and Norman returned home they explained their conversation to the towns narwhals. These narwhals were not sure what to think, therefore they asked the opinion of the equitable Judge Nolan. After hearing the thoughts of Naomi and Norman, as well as a few distinguished citizens, Judge Nolan adjourned until the next day in order to think it over. After what seemed like an eternity, the wise narwhal resolved to inter old fears and reach out to the people. Soon many young narwhals became forever friends with the human children. The narwhals even discovered their love for donuts as their new companions shared with them.

And they all lived... Happily Ever After
