Some things cant be fixed. Some mistakes intentional or not cant be corrected.

Next day Arnav came to meet Khushi again. He wants last chance. Just one last chance. He will ask for forgiveness and he knew Khushi will forgive him. She loves him after all. Though he was  apprehensive of her violent reaction but he gathered courage and again went into her room without permission. Obviously she wont allow him in if he asked her.

Khushi couldn't believe it. 

"Aap phir aa gaye? Humein shakal nahi dekhni aapki !!! Abhi ke abhi jaiye yahan se !!!" ("You came again.I dont wnt to see your face. Get out now")

"Khushi main tumse maaf..." ("Khushi I came to say sorry....")

"Just shut up n get out right now!!!" Khushi threw a bowl at him from her just finished plate which his successfully ducked. It was not at all funny. Just looking at his face made her fuming mad. Hearing the steel clank against wall, Garima rushed inside the room. 

"Khushi! What is this ? He could have been hurt again. Don't behave like an animal. Do u understand?" 

"Amma inko yahan se jane ko bolo. Humein inse koi baat ni karni." ("Ask him to get out now. I dont want to talk to him")

Garima cupped her cheek to calm her down. "Beta aise to kuch thik nahi hoga. Tum  maa-baap banane wale ho. Aise ladne se kaam nahi chalega. Khushi tum sun lo jo Arnav keh raha hai. Uske baad jaisa tum kahogi vahi hoga. Hum sab hai na tumhare saath. Apni baat rakhne ka mauka sabko milna chahiye. Haina?" Khushi reluctantly agrees and Garima goes away.("Nothing can be resolved this way. You are to be parents. Dont fight. Listen to what he has to say and make a decision. We are with you. Everyone should get a chance to be heard. Right? ")

Garima had virtually slapped him. He had jumped at them like an animal, had not given them chance to explain their side. Infact he had never given Khushi a chance to explain her side. He was prosecutor, judge and executioner all by himself. He wanted to say that he was deeply sorry for his behavior. He wanted to repent for his behavior but didn't know how to start. Great ASR knows how to be angry, he doesn't know how to repent. After all he was above these earthly creatures!

Arnav asked for last chance. Khushi lied through her teeth, "Your last chance was in office. Aur wo akhri mauka bhi aapne, apne aap se aur humse, dono se cheen liya."("Your last chance was in office and you snatched away that last chance from us too."). Yes, she lied. For her, their oh so great love story was over on the no remarriage-day. No chance for any last chance. And his office stunt flushed out all thoughts of even a cordial co-parenting from her mind. This man deserves absolutely nothing from her, not even pity. She won't co-operate with a human-animal!

"Uss din..."("Khushi. That day...")

"Humein uss din ke baare mein koi baat nahi karni. Aur kuch kehna hai aapko?"("I dont want to talk about that day. You have anything else to say ?")

"Khushi I am so sorry, jo bhi maine kaha, jo bhi maine kia. Tum ghar chalo, tum dekhna main sab thik kardunga. Tumhe ek mauka nahi dunga shikayat ka."("I am sorry. For whatever I said, whatever I did. You come home with me. I ll set things right, trust me ")

"Ghar chalo? Kahan ? Hum ghar mein hi hain"("Come home? Where? I am at home .")

"Mere saath Shantivan chalo."("Come with me to Shantivan") 

"Humein koi zarorat nahi hai aapke ghar jaane ki. Hum khush hai yahan, apne ghar mein. Puchne ke liye shukriya."("I dont need to go to your house. I am happy here at my home.Thanks for asking.")

"Khushi vo bhi tumhara hi ghar hai"("Khushi that's your home too!")

"Kaise? Aapne humein daan mein diya hai? ya Shaadi ki hai humne aapse? Pati ho aap humare?Ya ab apne bacche ke liye  aap hum par ye ehsaan kar rahein hain?  I have no reason to go to your house and live there."("How? Did you donate it to me? Or we re married? You are my husband? Or you want me to come home for sake of baby")

"Khushi? Tumhara dimag kharab ho gaya hai ?pregnancy nahi bhi hoti to bhi main tumhe ghar le jata. Haan Pati hun main tumhara. You are my legally wedded wife. Just because humne shaadi ki rasam nahi ki it doesn't mean we are not married. You have been my wife since I put mangalsutra n sindoor on you in mandir. Don't forget mere pass papers hai humari shaadi ke jo tumne khud sign kiye hai. I have marriage certificate dammitt!!", he was suddenly angry, testing her temperament too. ("Are you crazy? Even if you weren't pregnant, I would have asked you to come back home. And yes I am your husband. You are my legally wedded wife. Just cause we didnt perform the wedding rituals, it doesn't mean we are not married. We signed marriage papers, in case you have forgotten.  I have marriage certificate dammit.")

"Ghar le jata! Thanks for this favor but you are forgetting very important thing. Humne shaadi 6 mahine k liye ki thi. Contract marriage! Aur aapko to vaise bhi contract ke baad kya hota hai usse farak nahi pad raha tha? Hum jaisi ladki ki aukaat nahi hai aapke ghar mein kadam rakhne ki yehi kaha tha na abhi do din phele? Kya kholna chahiye humein aur amma ko...?? haan br****l? "

("Take you home!Thanks for the favor but you are forgetting very important thing. Our marriage had a six month contract too. And what happened after contract wont matter to you. Right? Woman like me dont have class to set a foot in your house right? What should me and my mother open? broth**?")

"Khushi please!! Try to understand vo sab maine gusse mein kaha tha, tum itni khush thi mere bina! I am sorry Khushi.  I have realised my mistake."("Khushi please. I said all that in anger. I was angry seeing you so happy without me. I am sorry. "), he pleaded

" Ye contract ki baat kahan se aa gayi beech mein ? Koi contract papers hai tumhare pass ? Khushi I had never submitted that contract in the court. Vo main kab ka faadd chuka hun. Maine vo sab sirf ego mein kiya. Tumhe pareshan karne ki liye kia tha. For me you have always been my wife . Humari shaadi lifetime ki hai... koi contract nahi hai."("Where did contract pop up from? You have contract papers? Khushi  had no intention of submitting them in the court. I had torn them months before! I did all that in ego, to harass you. For me you have always been my wife. Our marriage is not a contract but a lifetime marriage."). She was still not looking at him.

"Khushi, tum jaanti ho main gusse mein kitni bakwaas karta hun. I didn't mean any of it.I am really sorry. Ab to tumhe sab jawaab mil gaye. Please ghar chalo.", he sat on his knees before her trying to hold her hands, which Khushi didn't allow of course!("Khushi you know I say and do stupid things in anger. Please lets go back home now")

"Oh! To jab aap chahe tab shaadi hai jab aap chahe tab nahi hai."("Ohk! So we are married or not changes according to your whims and fancies.")

Arnav gritted his teeth at that, "Mere tumhare manane ya na manane se sach nahi badalta. We ARE husband-wife Khushi"("We accept it or not, we ARE husband wife")

"Hum ye sab nahi maante. Humara contract sirf 6 mahine ka tha...jo kab ka pura ho chuka hai. Ye papers wali shaadi hum nahi maante. I believe in rituals and since we haven't done them, according to me we are not married. Even if we were married then also its my right to live anywhere I choose. You couldn't tell me to leave your house at every fit of unreasonable anger you get God knows how many times a day."("I dont believe all this. Our contract was for six months and it has been over long back. I dont believe in legal marriage.")

Arnav gets up, "Theek hai ! Abhi mandir mein jaa kar, kar lete hai saari rasmein. Tumhe firse engagement, sangeet, haldi karni hai to vo bhi kar lenge bas tum mere saath ghar chalo."("Alright. You want to do rituals? Let's go to mandir and get them done. You want every function done again? Will do that. But please come home with me? ")

Khushi is baffled at this. "Aapka dimag kharab hai? Konsi duniya mein rehte hai aap? Aapko sach mein lagta hai,  aapne humare saath jo kia hai uske baad hum aapki shakal bhi dekhenge? Aap soch rahe hai hum aapse shaadi karenge? "("Have you lost it? Which world do you live in? You truly think I will marry you, after whatever you have done to me? I wont even see your face forget marriage. ")

"Hum aapse nafrat karte hai! jitni aap humse karte hain usse kahin zyada kyunki aap sirf nafrat ke layak ho."("I hate you because you deserve only hatred ")

"Khushi baby ke baare mein to..."("Khushi atleast think about baby...")

"Yaad hai aapko humne kya kaha tha aapse office mein parso. Hum aapke pass wapas kabhi nahi ayenge, chahe jo hojaye. Apne bache ke liye bhi nahi. Fir ek baar bol rahe hai thik se sun lijiye, dobara nahi kahenge. Humara aapse koi rishta nahi hai. Office bhi sirf bache ke bare mein batane hi aye they. Haanlaki aap iss layak nahi they phir bhi."("You remember, I said in office that I will never forgive you? Here repeating again - I wont forgive you ever. Not even for my baby. I have no relation with you. I came to office only to inform about pregnancy, though you dint deserve to know.")

"Aapne ye kaise soch liye hum aapko kabhi maaf karenge? Aapse bhik mangenge humse shaadi krne ki? I won't marry you ever, pregnancy or not."("I wont forgive or marry you ever")

"Khushi please purani baatein bhool jao. Tumhe nahi karni rasmein mat karo. Shaadi nahi karni mat karo. Par mere saath ghar chalo. You are my wife and according to law, you should live with me. You need me most in this condition."("Khushi please forget everything.You dont want to do rituals then dont do. But please lets go home.")

"Humare hisaab se hum aapki biwi nahi hai. Kanoon kya kehta hai humein nahi jaan na. Hum aapke saath nahi jayenge. Hum apne ghar mein bahut khush hai. Is haalat mein pichle 3 mahino se hai. Jab aapke office aye they, jab aapne humare liye vo sundar shabd kahe they tab bhi they. I was some hours pregnant on day of marriage too when your colorful expletives n devil actions of strangulating me revealed your true personality even to your child. I am thankful ki aapne us din humse shaadi nahi ki. Seeing her adamancy, Arnav says, "Ho gaya tumhara? I know I did wrong aur usse sahi karne ke liye hi tumhe ghar chalne ko keh raha hun. Lecture mat do mujhe. Tumhe koi baat seedhi to samajh mein aati nahi hai. Tumhe mere saath ghar chalna hi padega khushi or I will go to court for demanding my rights as father of child. I am damn sure they won't separate child and father. Kam se kam pregnancy mein to tumhe mere saath rehna hi padega. Itne din mein to mana lunga tumhe".(" Done? I know I was wrong and to correct my mistakes, I am asking you to come home with me. Don't lecture me. You never get things at first stance! You have to come home with me Khushi or I will go to court for demanding my rights as father of child. I am damn sure they won't separate child and father. Atleast during pregnancy you will have to stay with me. I ll  able to pacify your anger in that time. ")

Khushi wanted to smash his forehead on wall repeatedly now. 

"Aap kis soch ke aadmi ho? Aapko koi pachtava nahi hai apne suluk par? You abused me in worst manner for God's sake! And you are still playing dirty ?  Thik hai Mr Raizada. You want to play dirty to humara faisla bhi sun lijiye. Hum mar jayenge lekin aapke pass wapas kabhi nahi ayenge. Aur agar aap humein majboor karenge kisi bhi tarah se to yaad rakhiyega na ye bacha rahega is duniya mein na hum. Ye sirf dhamki nahi hai na hi hum kamzor hain par hum aapki zid, aapka ghamand, aapka gussa aur nahi jhel sakte. Isliye humein kuch bhi ultasidha karne par majbor mat kijiyega. I just cant tolerate you anymore."

("What kind of a person are you? Dont you have any regrets? You abused me in worst manner for God's sake! And you are still playing dirty ?  Alright Mr Raizada. You want to play dirty then I have decided something too. I ll die but never ever will come back to you. And if you ll force me in any manner then  neither this baby nor I ll remain alive. I am not threatening you nor I am weak but I wont tolerate your anger, arrogance and stubborn attitude. I just can't tolerate you anymore ")

"Tum mujhe blackmail kar rahi ho? Main jaanta hu tumhe! Tum aisa kuch nahi karogi. Dekho main bhi tumhe force nahi karna chahta. Please mere saath ghar chalo. Iss waqt mujhe tumhare saath hona chahiye,Khushi.  Believe me main sab thik kar dunga. Please abhi ghar chalo. "("Are you trying to blackmail me? I know you would do nothing of that sort. Look, I dont wsnt to force you. Please lets go home? I need to be by your side in this crucial time. Believe me I ll make everything alright. Please lets go home. ")

Khushi shouts  at this everything will be fine dialogue. "Aap kuch thik nahi kar sakte !! Kuch bhi nahi!! Aap sirf barbaad karna jaante hai. Arnav Singh Raizada you are a hell in yourself. Aur humein nark mein rehne ki koi zarorat nahi hai! Humein ab koi behas nahi karni aapse. Jo aapne kehna tha humne sun liya ab aap jayiye yahan se." ("You cant make things right! You only know how to destroy. Arnav Singh Raizada you are a hell in yourself and I don't need to live in hell! I dont want to argue with you anymore. You wanted to say things and I have heard it all. Now, Please leave. ")

Arnav not in a mood to give up threatens her "Tumhe mere saath ghar jana hi hoga Khushi nahi to main..."("You have to come home with me, Khushi or I ll....")

Garima and Buaji come inside to calm this heated discussion, decibels are increasing every second.

Khushi challenges him back, "Aap kya ? Kya karenge aap ? Fir kuch barbaad karenge? Fir koi contract marriage karenge ? Fir zabardasti 6 mahine ki shaadi karenge humse? Fir humein blackmail karenge ? Kahin koi kasar reh gayi hai ? Kuch bacha hai todne ko ?"("You what? What will you do? Destroy something again? Will again do a contract marriage? You ll force me for 6 months marriage again? You ll blackmail me again? Anything left to be destroyed? ")

She is beyond angry now. "Aap rakshas hain rakshas, ek janwar. Jisse sirf apni marzi dikhti hai, kisi ki koi parwah nahi hai. Aap humara khoon kaisa hai ye bta rahe they us din mandap mein ? Kabhi apne khoon ke baare mein socha hai? Aap kaunsa apne babuji se kam hai? Unhone aapki amma ko chain se jeene nahi diya aur aap bilkul vaisa hi kar rahe hai humare saath. Hum bhi mar jaye tab khush honge aap?". She is hyperventilating by the end. Arnav is so guilty and hurt. But you reap what you sow. ("You are a devil, an animal! Who only cares about what he wants! Doesn't care a damn about others! You were telling me about my genes that day at altar? Ever paid any attention to yours? You are no less evil than your father! He didn't let your mother live and you are doing the same damn thing to me! Should I die too ? You ll be happy then? ")

"Humein shakal nahi dekhni aapki.Amma inko bolo na jaano ko ". Garima who was helping her to drink water, requests him to leave. Arnav knows he ll only increase her B.P. So its better he goes away for now. They can talk later.  ("I dont want to look at your face. Amma ask him to go away.")
