The sun rose high over the horizon of the Monster Kingdom signaling the start of the morning.

As the many strange birds and other creatures stirred to life making various noises, the rays of the sun eventually reached Dreemurr Castle.

Dreemurr Castle:

This particular castle belonged to the Rulers of the Monster Kingdom, the Dreemurr family.

Within this castle there was a bedroom, a bedroom that belonged to none other you.

(Y/N) Dreemurr, the Prince of the Monsters.

Currently, you were still in a very deep sleep, even when the sun's rays hit your face you remained asleep happily dreaming a pleasant dream.

Unfortunately that would all come to a crashing halt.

Cracks began forming in the celling above your bed and some pieces fell on your face.

You groaned but kept sleeping as more of the celling began cracking apart and suddenly without warning something burst through.

Whatever it was then proceeded to fall directly onto your stomach giving you the most rude of awakenings.

Your eyes burst open and you let out a gasp as the air got pushed out of your lungs.

After a few seconds, your entire body went limp as whatever fell on you jumped off.

"(Y/N) (Y/N) WAKE UP!" Came an all too familiar voice that you could not respond to right now.

The person that had fell on you and was currently yelling at you to wake up was none other than your closest friend Star Butterfly, the Princess of Mewni.

Star Butterfly:

Star suddenly grabbed your arm and attempted to drag you from bed.

You let out a groan as you fell to the floor with Star still dragging you across it.

"Star...what time is...it?" You asked with a groan.

"It's morning (Y/N), so come on get off your butt and let's go!" Star yelled making you groan once again.

"Star...please...let me sleep." You yawned out.

Unfortunately, Star would not grant you your wish for sleep as she forced you to stand up.

"No can-do (Y/N) my incredibly fluffy friend." She cooed while rubbing your floppy ears.

Normally you wouldn't allow this, but at the moment you were too tired to fight back and simply stood there as Star messed around with your ears.

"Hm...s-stop..." You protested secretly liking the sensation and subconsciously leaning into her touch.

Star couldn't help but let out a squeal at how cute you looked right now.

This moment was eventually ruined however when the sound of you room door slamming open could be heard.

"Okay who broke in!?" Came the all too familiar voice of your sister Chara. "I'll stab them in the throat!"

This jolted you awake and both you and Star turned to see Chara by the door holding a knife ready to stab.

Chara:

She had a deranged grin on her face, which immediately faded when she saw you and Star staring at her.

"Oh...it's you." Chara said gaining a dejected expression. "I was really hoping to split someone's flesh apart this time."

Star seemed very disturbed by your sister's response while you just stared at the knife in her hands with a bored look.

"Is that the kitchen knife?" You asked boredly. "Didn't mom lock the cupboard?"

Chara stared at you for a good while before turning to the knife she was holding.

"How did you get that knife?" You asked with a raised brow.

Chara kept staring at her knife seemingly trying to come up with an excuse as to how she acquired the kitchen utensil.

She then suddenly just glared at you before backing up out of your room.

Once she was out of sight you noticed that Star was still holding your ears.

"Star, could you please let my ears go?" You asked kindly.

"Aw, but they're so fluffy." Star replied rubbing your ears more.

You let out a pleasurable sigh at the sensation and gave Star the cutest smile she had ever seen.

However you quickly snapped out of it.

"STOP!" You yelled out.

The Mewnian Princess backed off and let go of your ears as you glared at her and clutched your long and sensitive hearing appendages.

"You know I hate it when you do that." You growled your face turning pink.

"Well it's your fault for being such a cutie." Star hmped crossing her arms.

Upon hearing that comment your blush intensified and you turned away from Star.

"I-I'm not cute!" You insisted crossing your arms.

"Keep telling yourself that you adorable little goat." She said pinching your cheek.

"I SAID STOP IT!" You yelled smacking her hand off and glaring at her which only caused her to giggle.

"You're the cutest." She said making this face.

You let out an irritated groan and crossed your arms.

"Star, why did you crash into my room?" You asked. "Why are you in the Monster Kingdom?"

"Oh (N/N) my little goat, today is a special day." Star stated slyly and you realized something.

Today was Star's 14th birthday.

"Oh yeah, it's your 14th birthday!" You said suddenly giving her a hug which she gladly returned.

"Yeah it is and you know what that means?" Star asked with excitement in her voice.

"It means your mom has to..." You immediately realized just how much trouble was gonna arise now. "...give you the wand..."

"THAT'S RIGHT!" Star yelled excitedly as she separated from you. "And I want my best friend to be there when I get it."

Yep, as the Princess of Mewni, on her 14th birthday, Star would be given a magic wand that once belonged to her mother.

The wand was an incredibly powerful device with seemingly limitless possibilities, and...Star was gonna wield it.

No offense to her, but Star was...rather reckless and wild, especially for a princess and if she had a wand like that...ooh boy.

"Um Star...are you..." You had no time to finish your question as your room door swung open once again this time it was your parents who burst in and they looked ready to fight.

Toriel:

Asgore:

Your mom with her fists ignited in flames and your father in his armor and his trident ready stood there in your door.

"WHO BROKE INTO MY BABY'S ROOM!?" Toriel yelled fury in her voice. "I SWEAR IF YOU HURT A SINGLE HAIR ON HIS PRECIOUS HEAD I'LL..."

"Mom calm down!" You yelled getting between them and Star to prevent your friend from being burnt or stabbed. "It's just Star!"

"Hi Mr and Mrs Dreemurr!" Star exclaimed from over your shoulder.

"Oh, Star?" Asgore asked curiously before giving a kind smile.

"Oh, it's you." Toriel said realizing you weren't really in danger and her hand-flames went out. "Chara told us someone broke into (Y/N)'s room."

"Hello." Chara said popping up from behind the mother and father goat monsters.

"Chara." You said sternly placing your hand on your hips.

"What, it's true." The human girl shrugged. "She broke in, we can legally send her to jail now."

All you did was give your adoptive sister a flat look.

"Sorry guys, I was just so excited today and I wanted to see if (N/N) would come with me to see me get my wand." Star explained bouncing in place. "So can he can he can he!"

You gripped Star's arms to make her stop bouncing.

"Oh, of course he can."Toriel said with a sweet smile." Just as soon as (Y/N) gets out of his PJs of course."

"Yay!" Star cheered.

"What do you say son?" Your dad asked and you sighed and replied:

"Sure."

"How did you even get all the way here?" Chara asked curiously.

Then as if on cue a large unicorn suddenly crashed through the celling of your room and landed directly beside Star.

"This Unicorn's fast." Star replied simply.

"Aww..." You sighed depressingly staring up at the large holes in your room celling.

"Hey, at least you'll be able to stargaze in bed now." Chara shrugged making you glare at her.

"All I'll have is a wet floor from rain." You returned with a growl.

"Well you're just a downer." Chara said rolling her red eyes at you.

"Okay son, get yourself ready, and don't worry we'll get your roof repaired." Asgore assured before turning to Star. "Star, would you like to have some tea while we wait?"

Immediately Star got starry eyed and excited.

"Yes please!" She yelled happily.

The Unicorn nodded it's head as well just as eager.

Star had always enjoyed the tea your father made, his tea was always amazing, no one could deny that.

"Wonderful, let's go." Asgore said with a chuckle.

"Boo, I wanted to see some carnage." Chara said disappointed only to yelp as Toriel suddenly gripped her ear.

"Young lady I could have potentially reduced ms Butterfly to skeletal ash because of you!" She yelled before dragging Chara away.

"MOM NO PLEASE I'M SORRY!" Chara yelled tears streaming down her face.

Even though Chara was pretty much a sociopathic child, if mom got angry at her, she'd bend and break like any child getting scolded.

It would be strange to not find it funny and you found it hilarious.

"Chara also got the kitchen knife again." You snitched and this made Toriel even more angry.

"Really young lady?" She asked as your sister glared at you.

"(Y/N) YOU WILL PAY!" Chara yelled pointing a finger at you.

"Oh now you're threatening your brother, you're in for it now!" Toriel declared dragging Chara by the ear out of the room as she screamed and kicked in pain.

You chuckled as everyone including the unicorn left your room leaving you to get dressed.

You then let out a sigh as you walked over to your closet to take out your clothes.

As you got your clothes out you began to worry about the potential chaos Star could cause with an all-powerful wand.

"Eh...what's the worst that could happen?" You asked getting out your signature Yellow-striped sweater.

Later:

You stepped out of your room in your normal clothes.

You made your way downstairs to the dining hall where everyone including the unicorn was drinking tea together.

All of them were sitting down and having a sip of their tea...all except Chara who was standing.

"Chara, why aren't you sitting?" You asked with a raised brow.

"Sh-shut up!" She demanded and it looked like she had been crying for a while now.

You noticed that while one of her hands was holding the tea cup, her other hand was currently rubbing her butt.

You chuckled a bit, something Chara noticed and glared at you.

"Just you all wait, when I get older I'm gonna start enjoying it." She thought before grunting in pain after taking another sip of her tea.

"Here you go son, I kept it warm for you." Toriel stated offering you a cup of tea which was steaming.

She had obviously used fire magic to keep the tea from getting cold.

"You took so long." Star said impatiently.

"Sorry." You said taking your tea and taking a seat. "I've got a lot of outfits, it's hard to decide.".

"So ya went with the classic look huh?" Chara asked. "I pull the green and yellow striped sweater off way better."

"Whatever Chara." You sighed.

For the rest of your time in there you, Star, Chara along with your mom and dad were talking, exchanging stories and just having a nice chat.

Eventually, it was time to go and Chara said she was coming too, just to see Star mess up, Star in turn did not appreciate it.

So, you wanted to take the Royale carriage to Mewni, but Star insisted her Unicorn was faster and managed to convince your parents to take it instead.

So now all of you were on the unicorn riding towards the Butterfly kingdom, however Chara opted to not sit on the 1-horned horse for obvious reasons.

Chara is Killua:

"So Star, are you sure you can handle the wand?" You asked concerned.

"Sure I can (N/N)." She assured. "Why?"

"Cause you're you." Chara scoffed glaring down at Star who glared back up.

"Not that Chara has any right to say anything." You began while shooting her a glare of your own. "I heard that wand your family has is super powerful and could destroy the entire universe if used incorrectly."

"Ooh, now I really wanna see you screw up, MOVE HORSE!" Chara yelled stomping on the Unicorn.

The Unicorn did not like this and immediately bucked Chara off making her fall off and hit the ground.

"HEY!" She yelled as the Unicorn galloped off with you and Star. "COME BACK HERE YOU STUPID HORSE!"

The Unicorn did not stop and left Chara there who was now fuming with an angry expression

Chara right now:

Chara then suddenly pulled out a knife that she took on her way out of the castle.

"I'LL TURN YOU INTO GLUE!" She yelled running after all of you swinging her knife wildly.

Meanwhile you and Star stared back as the Unicorn kept galloping.

"Is she gonna be okay?" Star asked a bit worried.

"She'll be fine, I'm more worried about the Unicorn." You replied making the Unicorn give you a curious look.

"You pissed off Chara and she won't be happy." You warned the horse. "The only person Chara's afraid of is mom and she will be coming for you."

The Unicorn rolled it's eyes at you believing Chara wouldn't be that much of a problem.

You simply shook your head at it's foolishness.

"Anyway Star, are you sure you can handle that kind of responsibility?" You asked concerned.

At that Star just laughed it off.

"I fight monsters all the time (N/N), I'm sure I can handle it." She assured.

You gave her a doubtful expression.

Later:

As the Butterfly Kingdom burned, you could be heard screaming as the tips of your ears had also caught fire.

Meanwhile the Unicorn could be seen running around with a fearful expression, it's horn missing.

Chasing it was none other than Chara, a knife in one hand the Unicorn's horn in the other.

Chara and the Unicorn right now:

All that was accompanied by the screams of the other citizens within the Butterfly kingdom.

Yeah, she couldn't handle it.

Also, I wanna say before I started on this, I was hoping to release the next chapter of my Kirby x One Piece book, but the dreaded writer's block hit and so it's on a bit of a Hiatus for now which is why I decided to go to this.
