Annabeth's POV

After the fire incident, I was transferred to Sacramento while Percy was still in New York. I really miss him. I had a small crush on him when we first met, but I don't think we'll see each other ever again.
I got adopted quickly by a guy named Chiron, who treated me as his own daughter. He was kind and gentle. Chiron as really tall and is a widower.

He lived in San Fransisco and I was going to San Fransisco High. There was a nice senior who asked me out and now he's my boyfriend. His name is Luke. We don't see each other too much, but enough to have a lasting relationship.

It's summer and I was walking with Luke in the park when I thought I saw Percy... No, it couldn't be. So, I shook it off and kept walking with Luke. Maybe it was Percy, but probably not. I was thinking about him earlier, maybe it manipulated my vision.
