little did I know
Little did I know what life really is,
Sold my body to live my daily living.
A meal a day was like a feast to me,
Little did I know what life really is.
Little did I know what life really is,
When chilled can popes,
all I could admire was the crystal water,
rolling down in it's chillness.
As the day heat breaks,
I wonder when I could taste the sweetness of frozen cream,
I heard them say, it adds flavour to the drying tongue,
as I watch them pay for pleasure,
While they stood in counter for their turn.
Little did I know what life really is,
Little did I know what life really is.
