I’m lucky I was given a chance to meet someone like you. Whatever happens and wherever we are, I’ll always treasure you because I know I’ll never have another friend like you.

Sunshine or rain, friends always soothe the pain. Morning or night, best friends make everything alright. Near or far, I know where you are.

We should remember and care about our friends not only while we’re together, but when they’re far away. Long-distance friendship is the strongest one.

Throughout my life, everyone could see the tears in my eyes but only you could feel the pain in my heart. Thanks for being my friend, wherever we are in the world.

We may not have each other’s company every day like before. But deep in our hearts, we two are so strongly connected that nothing can tear us apart.

Thank you for being the ones I can always count on. Whether it's bigger things like making sure I have the best birthday party ever or smaller things like always giving a shoulder to lean on and a hand to hold when life gets tough, you're there by my side no matter what.

Thank you for being there when the guys in our lives were not. For showering me with love and affection at times when he didn't, wouldn't or couldn't. For doing friendship gestures worthy of a rom-com.

Thank you for always allowing me to be 100% myself. Thank you for calling me beautiful when things don't work out with a guy. Thanks for always making me feel better and treating me to some chocolate indulgence. When I'm not being me or I'm doubting myself, you remind me of who I am and why I should be proud to have grown into the woman I am today. 

Thank you for always making me laugh. Whether it's tagging me in the best memes the Internet has to offer,  or screaming the lyrics to Taylor Swift or The Jonas Brothers songs with me, some of the best laughs of my life have been wmyselu.

Thank you for always challenging me and encouraging me in all my ambitions, like pushing me to apply for that internship or leadership position even when I don't think I have the qualifications for it.

You drag me out of bed for that 8 AM class when all I wanna do is sleep, and I might hate it at the moment, but looking back, I wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks for accompanying me for all those long study sessions. You're always honest with me,  taught me what it means to be a loving friend and what it means to receive love, even if sometimes I feel like I don't deserve it. You've loved me when I don't have the strength to love myself

Thank you for being one of the few things I know will remain constant while I navigate an ever-changing world. Through different boyfriends, jobs, schools, and life changes, our friendship will stand steadfast. You are more than a friend, you are my soul sisters. 

Thank you for everything. No words could ever describe how eternally grateful I am for you and our friendship, but I can promise I'll always keep trying my best to let you know how much I love you. I know our relationship is one that will last a lifetime. You are my person, forever and always. Hubert H. Humphrey famously said, "The greatest gift of life is friendship, and I have received it."
