"Follow him, and you shall see, you and him aren't meant to be." Aphrodite spoke calmly her hair waving in the wind. Annabeth jumped from her bed, sweat covering her face. She looked around to see her cabin mates asleep. The clock read 5:53, and Annabeth decided to take a hot bath. After moments of relaxing, she threw on her CHB shirt and denim shorts. Pulling her hair into a pony tail, she was out the door. Her dream had told her Percy was sneaking around every night at 12 a.m. Annabeth had no other choice than to talk to Piper, her best friend/Aphrodite's daughter. Knocking on her cabin door, Annabeth entered the cabin. It was a red and pink colored room, with posters of famous people, heart shaped bunks, and a hardcore makeup station. "Annabeth, what's going on?" Piper yawned from her bed. Annabeth sat down near Piper and explained her dream. "My mom told you Percy was cheating?" Piper questioned sitting up on her elbows. "No.no. she said he left his cabin every night at 12 a.m." Annabeth replied quickly. "Hmm. Maybe he has midnight walk cravings." Piper pondered. "Maybe. Hopefully. Thanks Piper." Annabeth said as she strided out of the cabin. The camp day went by as usual, and Annabeth ended the day with sleep. "Follow him." A voice repediatley rung in Annabeth's head until she awoke. "Huh." Annabeth groaned looking at the clock 11:58. Quickly sliping on shoes and a coat, Annabeth went to Percy's cabin. Hiding behind a big bush, Annabeth spotted Percy make his way towards the direction of the stables. Annabeth followed him. Eventually, they ended up at the stables. Percy vanished behind the stable and Annabeth swiftly tracked him down. She saw him and then he vanished again. Looking around cautiously Annabeth smelt something fishy. No literally, fishy. Suddenly two hands grabbed her and threw her into the lake beside the stables. Annabeth gasped for air and fell to the bottom of the lake. She thought she was a goner, until Percy floated down and created an air bubble around her. "Following me wasn't so wise. Wise girl." Percy smirked happily. Annabeth knew she acted impulsively out of love and curiosity, but wanted to make Percy pay for nearly drowning her. Annabeth decided to cough and shake crazily. "W-what's wrong Annabeth?" Percy spoke with worry in his eyes. Perfect. Annabeth grabbed her throat and muttered "Can't breathe." Stunned, Percy floated her to land. He placed her on the dirt ground, and painicly preformed CPR. Annabeth acted like she was about to die. Finally, Annabeth dramatically flung her arm to the ground and whispered "good bye sea weed brain." She had fooled him. Percy sat crying. "I-I just wanted to surprise you with an underwater picnic. I didn't think you were down that long. I'm so stupid. I knew you would follow me." Percy whailed into Annabeth's chest. Annabeth opened her big gray eyes and pinned Percy to the ground. "That is for pushing me in the lake, sea weed brain." Annabeth laughed. "Hey! Your  lucky you're not dead." Percy sassily commented. "So are you." Annabeth replied attacking him with kisses.
