Credit to my friend Anauuuu for giving me the idea for this short one shot

It was December 7th 2013 and today was Kiana's birthday.
Her and her family were celebrating the day...well
Kiana felt left out because she wasn't really being given much attention on her special day except from her older sister Bianka.

Kiana let out a sigh as she looked at everyone in the kitchen having fun while she was sitting on the couch by herself.
This is some birthday.....no one's even paying attention to me, I might as well be by myself hiding somewhere

"Kiana?" Bianka tapped on Kiana's shoulder.

"What do you want...." Kiana asked and looked away from her.

"Kiana what is up with you today? It seems like you trying to avoid talking to me" Bianka asked and sat next to Kiana but her little sisters scooted over to the other side of the couch.

"Everyone is ignoring me today on my special day except for you sometimes" Kiana said.

I wish....it could all just be over already
Kiana eyes looked like they had almost no life in them and it was kinda scaring Bianka, but the older sister decided not to say anything about it.

Her mom, Cecilia brought Kiana over a cupcake
"Here you go Kiana!" She said before immediately turning around and walking back to the kitchen, not even giving Her daughter a chance to say thank you.

Kiana just stared at the cupcake before setting it down on the couch.
"I don't want it...."
She looked at her older sister with her dead eyes
"You can have it if you want it"

"Kiana are you okay?" Bianka asked her younger sister.

"DOES IT LOOK LIKE I'M OKAY TO YOU!?! I'M HERE SITTING ON MY COUCH BEING IGNORED ON MY OWN BIRTHDAY WHILE BEING FORCED TO WATCHED ALL YOU GUYS HAVING FUN CHATTING AND LAUGHING IN THE KITCHEN AND I'M SITTING HERE ALONE LISTENING TO IT, AND EVEN WHEN I TRIED TO GET INVOLVED EARLIER YOU GUYS PAID ME NO MIND"
Kiana didn't even realize she was yelling until her mom had came over and slapped her for yelling.

"Why the hell are you yelling??? If you want attention then get in the kitchen" Cecilia took her daughter but the arm and shoved her towards the kitchen but the girl did move any further after that, rather she stood there staring at the floor with her shoulders slumped.

Her dad just stood there and watch as his daughter got shoved around by his wife He felt like he should do something but chose to just stand there and watch.

Bianka on the other hand was furious and screaming at her mom who just ignored her and continued to shove Kiana, until Kiana thought she would try and make a great escape.

If i....if I could just get way then...I could be rid of this horrible family
But just as the front door was about to close behind her she felt a hand grab her and drag her back in by her hair.
"What the fuck do you think your doing?" Cecilia asked as she stared into the dead eyes of her daughter.

"Getting away from you..." she said and ran upstairs to her room Before slamming the door behind her and locking it.

Right after she shut her bedroom door behind her she jumped into her bed and started bawling her eyes out into one of her pillows.

Why!!! Who cursed me to this?? Why did I have to be born into this family?? Infact why was I born at all?
But...this was something that could not have been helped, it was very unfortunate that she was born into an abusive family....she became depressed a few years ago after the abuse from her mom started, her dad never touched her.

She has developed severe depression and it got even worse a year ago, and she started having Suicidal thoughts and since then had attempted suicide multiple times but was stopped by her older sister every time.

"I hate this, I hate this, I hate this...why do I have to suffer through all this?
And today is one of the worst days I've had yet! This on on my own birthday.....I'm getting abused on my birthday"
She turned onto her back and stared at the ceiling her pillow was soaked because of How much she was crying.

Why.....just why
Her Words stopped coming out of her mouth and her thoughts stopped.
She had fallen asleep after expending too much energy from all the screaming and crying.
She had always had issues with how much energy she had.

Downstairs

Bianka was in the kitchen with the rest of her family but didn't really pay much attention to them....she decided over to the entertainment center in the living room

She Stopped and looked at something sitting on the stand that brought her great pain before picking it up.
"Oh..sirin I'm so sorry...i-I miss you so much, you did not deserve what happened to you...being experimented on...turned Into a Herrscher forcibly Pitted against the whole world and...slain by your own parents....we still don't know how mom survived the missile impacts but we try not to talk about it...but someday Sirin we shall meet again, whenever my time comes"
And the item Bianka was looking at happened to be a picture of the sister thst passed away in a tragedy.

Her dad Seigfried noticed this and came over to her
"Hey...what are you looking at that for...it's nothing but sad and painful memories"
He went to put his hand in her shoulder but it was pushed away.
"I'm still mad at you for not doing anything earlier while mom was besting kiana around..."
She stared her father in the eyes.

"I-im sorry I just froze..."
He said with pain in his eyes.

"And for the record if you didn't want to see this picture you wouldn't keep in in such a visible spot" Bianka said before pushing the picture into his hands and going over to the couch.

He stood there and stared at the picture, his heart filled with sorrow a memory of when he ran his divine key through her chest popped into his head and he immediately set the picture down. Before looking at the staircase and going back to the kitchen.
Kiana...I'm so sorry you have to endure this

Later That Day - Kiana's Room

The white haired girl had just woken up and found herself staring at her door.
No....I will not endure this pain any more, I have had enough

She quietly got up to avoid making the floorboards creak while she moved around and left her room and snuck into her parents room.
She was looking for something, she opened the closet in their room and she saw her dad's knife sitting on the shelf

She grabbed the knife, looked at it for a second and quietly made her way back to her room.

She got back to her room and slowly closed the door behind her and walked towards the middle of the room....she was crying again..and alot more this time...
I'm so sorry everyone, Bianka, dad, Mom, and even mei...this...is goodbye I have suffered enough, Bianka I know this is gonna destroy you...dad your also gonna feel this...and mom...I don't even know if you'll care that I'm done, And Mei I know you'll miss me...but I'm sorry

She tightened her grip on the knife before shakily bringing it up to her throat....Goodbye everyone

Downstairs

They all heard a thud but no one really thought anything of it cause Kiana was clumsy so they simply thought she had dropped something again

Cecilia had just finished making Kiana's cake
"Bianka could you do me a favor and go get your sister for me?"

Bianka just stood there and stared at her mom with wide eyes....
"You have...the audacity to ASK ME TO DO ANYTHING...after what you did earlier???" Bianka said before going upstairs to get her sister.

She had gotten upstairs and knocked on the door
"Kiana? Mom finished your cake"
No answer...so she knocked again
"Kiana?"
Still no response
"maybe she's just asleep?"
She knocked alot louder this time and still didn't get response.
She was starting to get nervous.

She decided she would just go into her sister's room so she grabbed the door handle but she hesitated for a moment before opening it
Why couldn't mom come do this herself....who am I kidding she would probably just beat you more

She opened the door and what she saw....made her heart feel like someone had grabbed hold of it and twisting it before ripping it out if her chest.
"KIANAAAAA!!!!!"

She immediately rushed over to the cold and bloody body of her younger sister
"NO NO NO NO NOOOO!!!" Bianka was feeling so many emotions right now it was overwhelming, Pain, sadness, sorrow, Regret, anger...alot of anger.
I should have just...taken you and r-ran away a long time ago

"NO NO I REFUSE TO BELIVE THIS!!! THIS CANNOT BE REAL IT HAS TO BE A NIGHTMARE!!!"
Bianka pinched her cheek and felt the pain and her heart dropped even further....
"T-this is real...n-no NO!"

Downstairs

The parents were in the kitchen and Seigfried heard Bianka screaming
About something...

"I'm gonna go check and see what's going on up here..stay here" Seigfried said and made his way upstairs

He saw the door to his youngest daughter's room open and heard Bianka screaming and crying
The words "NO NO NO" over and over again like a broken record he was suddenly afraid..but he slowly made his way to the door and turned to enter the room...the first thing he saw was his bloody knife on the floor then he saw Kiana...dead on the floor and it felt like his heart stopped.

Bianka saw her dad come over but... she didn't really pay attention
"NOOOOO THIS CANT BE HAPPENING...WHY KIANA!!!"

Seigfried had no second thoughts after seeing his daughter dead on the floor...he went to his room and packed his weapons and a few Important things into a backpack before making his way back to Kiana's room

"Bianka...do you wanna get away from here...away from your mother?"
Seigfried asked.

Bianka slowly turned to look at her dad and couldn't belive what she was hearing, and she knew he was serious when she saw the backpack, and Shamash on his belt.
"But...dad why are you doing this?"

"After seeing this...Kiana taking her own life after the abuse she suffered from her mother I'm done with her..I'm leaving, I will not and can not love a woman who beats children to the point they take their own lives, so I ask again...do you wanna leave with me?" He asked again.

"Y-yes...please take me away from that monster"
Bianka said and went back to mourning her sister.

"Very well I will grab your things" Seigfried said and left the room

5 minutes later

Seigfried had came back into Kiana's room
"I left your stuff in the hall I'm ready to leave when you are"

"O-ok...but where are we gonna go?" Bianka asked.

"To a cabin I have up in the mountains your mother doesn't know about" He said.
Bianka was suprised because she didn't know about it either.

"A..are we gonna bring her with us?" Bianka said and pointed to her sisters body.

"Of course....I plan to bury her in the yard"
Seigfried said and picked up the body of his youngest daughter into his arms.
Bianka grabbed the Knife Kiana used to take her life and put it In her pocket.

A moment later they made their way downstairs
Cecilia saw Seigfried was Carrying her daughter in his arms and watched as him and Bianka made their way towards the front door before looking at his now Ex wife.
"Goodby Cecilia, this never would have happened if you weren't the way you are"

"Goodbye...mom" Bianka said and the door shut behind them.

Cecilia doesn't understand what just happened...then the reality hit her...her husband had just left her, her daughter abandoned her and...her other daughter had taken her own life because of her
"Oh god..."
She collapsed to the floor in tears...for her entire life had just fallen apart

A Few Years Later - The Cabin in the mountains.

Bianka was outside in the snow...staring at her sister's grave....
She knew they wouldn't be alive for long due to the weather but she placed flowers on the grave before walking away...she had something she wanted to do now that she was the strongest Valkyrie in the world.

A/N: Well...uhmmm that was slightly painful for me to write....poor Kiana...she didn't deserve that.
Anyways! Yes I am alive and back to writing.
Truthfully I was taking a break from writing..sorry I didn't say anything and uh i hope you enjoyed the story.
