First impressions: 8
Right off the bat the title made me intrigued, it's simple but so interesting. And the cover fits wonderfully, put together they offer enough mystery to hook most readers, I know it certainly got me. The only problem I can spot however is that the cover is a little pixelly, making it somewhat hard to read the author's name and a few parts of the title

Description: 9
The description is written nicely and cleanly, virtually no spelling errors, however I did notice a few too many spaces here and there. It's certainly something to make readers want to look inside and see more of the book, it even comes with a warning for those readers who are feint of heart

The story itself: 9
The story itself is very good, well written, and grammatically accurate. I only saw a few minor errors, such as no space after a period and very rarely a misspelling. There was a small amount of times when I became confused as to who someone was or what was happening, but if you simply keep reading it does a good job of explaining the character and helping you to visualize each scene. The author did a great job of capturing the gritty feel needed to describe Onyx City and it helps to really emerse you in the story

The story is amazing, very clean and nicely done, I personally plan to keep reading and look forward to finding out what happens next. If you're okay with swearing, blood, or violence in a story then I would certainly recommend this one for you
