Sid tried his best to open the door but nothing was working. He even tried to break the windows but as the car was bullet proof it also didn't worked. He was continuously hitting the door with his arms but all in vain.

Avu- Mr. Nigam

Avu cried while punching the windows. Within next minute, Sid's bodyguards too reached there. They all even started trying to open the door but nothing was helping it.

Sid- call Riyaz and tell him to reach here with spare keys AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Sid ordered, his words were dripping with panic. The lines of worry was clearly visible on his forehead. Avu's body frozed when she for the first time got to see any expressions on his face. And that too tension and concern for her. She was continuously staring at him who was trying every possible way to take her out.

But her chain of thoughts soon broke and she started coughing. Smoke started filling inside the car and she realised that the car is slowly catching fire.

Avu- aag
(fire)

Again panic took over her nerves. Sid and the bodyguards also realised that the engine have caught fire. Avu started coughing very badly and her breathing heaved. All those incidents started flashing in front of her eyes.

Avu- Mr. Nigam please save me, I don't wanna die. This fire will kill me.

Big drop of tears spill out of her brown eyes while she cries with heavy breath.

Avu- I will die like her, please save me.. please.

Her breathing is now getting more heavier which made Sid go more haywire.

Sid- take deep breaths, I will save you.

He said while hitting the door with his arms.

Sid- don't worry and trust me, I won't let anything happen to you

His words were filled with determination. He was having a fear of losing something precious from inside.

BG 1- sir, please stop, you are hurting yourself.

BG 2- yes sir, Mr. Aly is about to reach. This won't help.

But Sid completely ignored their words. His mind was only upto one thing that he have to save the girl who is stucked inside, anyhow.

Avu- I will die like her. I am gonna die like her.

Her condition was becoming exhausted with every passing second. The fire started spreading more and she started losing her senses. She started panting very badly seeing the car getting under the capture of the waves of the fire flame. Her body started trembling badly and her teeth degan to make a shriek sound.

Sid- go and arrange water, move fast.

Sid roared which made the bodyguards flinch and they quickly ran to search for water. Within two to three minutes they came back with a pipe which was connected with a tap. They quickly started sprinkling water on the car before it comes in capture of fire completely.

Riy- Mr. Nigam

Riyaz called out and came running towards Sid. Sid impatiently turned towards him and today he didn't wasted his time on doing gestures and directly roared for the keys. Riyaz quickly handed him the keys understanding the situation.

The water to helped in extinguish the fire before it get out of control. Sid quickly used they keys and opened the door. His hands came in contact with the burning metal but he didn't cared for it at all.

His eyes darkened when he picked her small trembling figure in his arms. Her eyes were closed but her body was shaking badly. He ran towards Riyaz's car while ignoring his burnt palm and the pain in his arms.

Sid- drive to the hospital

He again roared while stepping inside the car. Riyaz didn't wasted any further second and drove the car towards the hospital in full speed.

Doc- don't worry, we have given her injection.

The doctor said while coming towards Sid and Riyaz. Sid was wearing a mask that's why the doctor wasn't able to recognise him.

Doc- her condition tells that she was at the verge of getting a panic attack, probably the first one.

Sid's jaw clenched on the doctor's thought. His eyes were stucked at Avu who was lying unconscious on the hospital bed.

Riy- doctor please check sir too.

The doctor nodded and asked Sid to come along him. But Sid quickly refused and preferred standing there to wait for her to come back to her conscious. The doctor understood his state of mind and said

Doc- look, she will gain her conscious in a while till then please come with me. You too need a checkup and aiding.

After few more tries of persuasion, Sid finally agreed to go for the check up. Doctor took him to the room next to Avu and asked him to sit on the chair. After that the doctor did the checkup and applied ointment on Sid's burnt palms.

Doc- I think the nerves of your arms have stretched by pressure so I am prescribing you Anti-inflammatory medications. And remeber one thing, you can't give pressure to your arm atleast for four to five days so avoid doing work.

Sid just listened to the doctor's words silently, his mind was still focused on Avu. Riyaz who was standing at the corner of the doctor's table said

Riy- anything else doctor.

Doc- no, just he should be avoiding pressuring his arms or else the minor problem can turn major.

Riyaz nodded and then the doctor moved out of the cabin. The room fell silent, Sid's mind was still revolving around whatever happened while Riyaz was trying to read Sid's thoughts.

Sid- Riyaz

Sid suddenly called breaking the silence. Riyaz was little taken back by the sudden noice after the long silence but it didn't took him much time for understanding what Sid wants ?

Riy- okay Mr. Nigam

Avu walked in the room after changing into her comfy clothes. She was completely fine now but was feeling guilty for whatever happened.

She called out without looking towards him.

Sid- hmmm

Avu pov
Is he ignoring me because due to me his favourite car got damaged ? But it's tough to understand this guy as he usually also talks in hmm.

She lifted her eyes and found Sid sitting on the bed with his back resting on the headboard. He was covering his half body with the comforter and his laptop was on his lap.

What the hell!

Avu- Mr. Nigam, you can't work. The doctor have suggested you to take rest.

Sid- I know

He replied emotionlessly.

How rude!

Avu- so stop it.

She said but he didn't reacted.

Honestly speaking, I am scared that he may yell at me. I am ordering him after being the reason of the destruction of his car.

Avu- you should follow the words of the doctor, it's for your good.

I tried to explain him my point.

Sid- but this work is important.

Huhh! He is talking so calmly with me when I supposed him to get angry on me. Why this man is so tough to understand ?

But I should help him. He took care of me when he himself was in pain. Those emotions which I saw on his face is still green in my head and frankly speaking it is now imprinted in my heart.

Avu- umm.. Mr. Nigam.. um if y..ou.. if you don't mind.. Can I ? I mean if you don't mind can I help you ?

She hesitated while saying a simple line. Sid's eyes snapped towards her that made her realise that he wasn't expecting this from her.

He is staring me blankly, again no expressions, and his silence at these kind of moments really sunks me in anxiousity.

Suddenly he removed the comforter, which was hiding the empty space beside him and patted there.

Avu- huhh!

Avu stared at him with confusion.

Sid- you wanted to help me

He eyed towards the empty space and finally she understood what he wanted to say. She passed him a small smile before walking towards the bed and then sat over there.

Avu- okay, so you will instruct me everything and I'll do it

She said excitedly and Sid again hummed. After that she started doing the work. Time was passing and Avu continued working over Sid's instructions. The work was about to finish. She clicked her neck and then her knuckles in between.

Sid- you got tired so soon

Avu- no

She quickly said.

Avu- it's just my first time

As soon this sentence left her mouth, her face fell and she became silent.

Avu- Mr. Nigam, aren't you angry for your car ?

Sid's gaze twitch towards her and he found her head hung low and face looking pale.

Avu- I am sorry Mr. Nigam, I never wanted to ruin the gift given by your mother. I can understand the importance of the things given by mothers very well.

Tears brimmed in her eyes while talking about mother and she continued with a heavy throat.

Avu- I don't know how that happened ? I was doing everything according to your instructions but.. but.. I really don't know how the things slipped out of my control.

She sobbed and tears leaked out of her beautiful eyes.

Sid- it's okay, don't cry.

Sid tried to sooth her but she continued weeping. He wasn't getting what to do so he gently wrapped his arm around her back and rubbed her arms.

Sid- you don't need to cry, it's okay.

She melted under his embrace and snuggled into his chest which sent chills in his body.

Avu- but it was the car given by your mother. I am so bad, I am really sorry. If you want I'll pay for it.

She ranted between her hiccups.

Sid- I am telling you, it's fine. Mom will understand the situation. She is an amazing woman.

Sid assured, she stopped ranting but her tears were still soaking Sid's tshirt. After a while Sid realised that she fell asleep while clutching onto him. He then gently stroked her hair and decided not to disturb her sleep.

Flashback
Riy- okay Mr. Nigam

Riyaz said and pulled out his phone from his pocket. He dialled few things on the screen before pushing it back in his pocket. Within five minutes they heard knock on the door.

Sid- come in

Sid said with nuetral expression and the door opened and his bodyguards stepped inside with their head facing the ground.

Sid stared at them plainly. As usual he didn't spoke anything and there was complete silence in the room until Riyaz decided to break it by clearing his throat.

Riy- ahmm

BG 1- Sir, we swear that we have checked the car and it was completely fine.

BG 2- yes sir, we don't know how all this happened ?

They said with nervously, not daring to look directly towards there boss who was staring them with silence.

Sid- I know

Though his words expressed no emotion but it became the wave of relief for the guards. A smile broke on their lips knowing that their boss believe them.

Sid- what's the news from the servicing center ?

Riy- you were right, someone had tampered with the things. They told that the breaks had failed and even the settings of speed had been tampered.

Though Sid's expressions didn't change but his eyes went darker.
Flashback Ends

Avu slowly opened her eyes and yawned while rubbing her eyes. She felt a tight grip on her waist and realised that Sid is sleeping in an uncomfortable position while holding her.

Avu pov
aww, he looks cute

She said staring at his sleeping figure with a wide goofy smile.

ScM- hey love sick puppy

Avu- I am not any love sick puppy

ScM- stop rolling your eyes, and why are you hiding from your own mind ? I saw you saying "aww, he looks cute".

Avu- stop mimicking me.

ScM- well, enjoyed the kiss

Avu- kis..

And her mind went back on the memories when her kips collided with his. Blood rushed to her cheeks.

ScM- blushing.. blushing

Avu- get lost

Avu whined in her mind and tried to push her thoughts away. But she wasn't able to do that so pulled out her phone and got busy with it.

Sid stirred in his sleep and finally opened his eyes. His vision was little blurry at first but got cleared with few seconds.

Sid- what are you doing ?

He asked in his husky voice. As his face was close to hers, she shivered when his breaths funned over her.

Avu- umm actually you were sleeping while holding me and I didn't wanted to disturb your sleep so..

Sid realised that all the time he was holding her. He quickly removed his hand from her waist and sat straight.

Sid- I didn't meant

He said without looking at her.

Avu- it's okay and also it helped me from not falling down from the bed while sleeping

She joked and laughed knowing he won't laugh.

Sid- by the way what are you doing ?

Avu- just randomly chatting with a friend.

She said and Sid slightly nodded his head in response.

Avu- Nishant, you probably know him.

She said and stared at him while waiting for his response. After a while he shrugged his shoulder and said

Sid- I don't

Avu pouted on his answer and said

Avu- he is the same guy with whom I danced in the party of Mehra Uncle

Sid again remained silent and then responded with an ohh.

Again silence fell there and Avu again got engrossed in her chatting while blabbering.

Avu- we have become quite good friends. I chat with him usually during my free time. He really is a nice company.

She was continuously ranting, nonchalant and Sid was just silent all the time.

She was taken back when suddenly Sid spoke something which jolted her.

Sid- you wanted to pay for my car right

Avu- huhh!

She looked at him in confusion but then she realised that she herself had said this. She nodded her head vigorously in agreement.

Sid- so you can do my work until my arm pain get normal

And without wasting a second Avu agreed for it.

Avu- okay Mr. Nigam, I am ready

Sid- think twice before answering. Maybe the workload will be too much for you or don't you have any work in the university. You may don't get any free time.

He reminded which was more like a warning.

Avu- I am fine with it. Though I am little clumsy.

Sid narrowed his eyes on it and she huffed.

Avu- fine, more than little, but I am really a hard working girl. I'll work hard and it will also give me future work experience. Afterall working under The Siddharth Nigam, everyone don't get this opportunity as easily as I am getting.

She said excitedly but her eyes were reflecting determination. Sid slightly nodded and mouthed

Sid- all the best
