Sid's body stiffened and her breath hitched. Her left hand was on his shoulder and her right hand was on his chest.

I can feel his soft rythemic heartbeats under my palm. Wow!

Like before, she was again lost in his heartbeats. Her face was just few inches apart from him and was bend down. He slowly lowered his eyes and got a glimpse of her face which was hidden behind her silky hairs.

For an unknown reason, his eyes denied to move somewhere else and was stucked on the girl who was on his lap.

His body shivered on the realisation. His hands which were on her bare waist trembled which brought her back to reality. From the soft sensation, fire ran inside her.

Collecting lots of courage, she slowly lifted her eyelids. Their gazes collided and she gasped. The situation was completely new for them as both of them have never been so close to their opposite gender.

They were still lost in each other's eyes when suddenly a female voice came from another side What the hell is happening over here ?

Avu literally jumped from her place because of that voice and again lost her balance.

Sid quickly used his reflexes and pulled her back through his arm which was already wrapped around her soft waist. She again gasped as this force led to increase the proximity between their faces.

He don't even realised when his hand went on the her bare thighs to balance her. A chill spine ran through her body when again she felt his touch on her bare skin.

Her lips slightly trembled when she found his lips so closer to hers. But before they could fell back in the another invisible world, that voice again buzzed Speak Up, Siddharth.

Both SidNeet's eyes twitched in the direction of that voice and they found a beautiful girl standing there.

When we turned around, I found a beautiful girl who have black eyes and short shoulder length silky brown hairs, standing there. Her attire was beautiful and she had classy vibe.

But.. But... But, her expressions.. her expressions don't seems to be so gentle. She looks angry and furious. But why ?

Damm! I am so dumb, it's obvious because I am here sitting on the lap of Mr. Handsome Wild Cat Good Smelling Bitterly Sweet Expressionless Nakchade Robot Nigam. Huff!

Sid- Ahana

Sid finally broke the silence and his tone didn't sound so pleasant.

So her name is Ahana, by the way nice name.

Ahan- Siddharth, what is this happening ?

Ahana riled up.

Siddharth! That means she is someone close to him. As till now whomever I met, will call Mr. Robot, Sir or Mr. Nigam.

Sid- what do you think is happening here ?

Sid replied in a curt tone and leaned his back on the chair. Avu's head snapped in Sid's direction and she stared at him bewildered.

Can robots also fell sick ? Mr. Nigam is sounding different from usual.

She was about to get up when Sid pressed his hands on her thighs and whispered 'stay' in her ears. Her body hairs tickled when his hot breathes funned on her skin.

What Mr. Nigam said shocked me for sure and I am seriously not able to process all this. I glanced at Ahana who was glaring at me. Chill lady, I am not doing anything intentionally.

Ahan- Siddharth, who is she ?

That Ms. Ahana again yelled but no doubt her voice is smooth. I slowly glanced at Mr. Nigam who was as usual looking calm. Come on dude, you're wasting her time. God didn't make only you a busy person.

Sid- so meet her, she is Ahana Mehra.

Mr. Nigam introduced that young lady while looking at me and I am damm sure that this must have made her more furious.

Wait, Ahana Mehra.. means

Sid- you remember Mehra Uncle

Sid's pov
I tried to remind her and I think she understood as she nodded her head like a kid who just solved a puzzle. Kiddo!

Sid- so she is his daughter. And Ahana meet Avneet.

Avu pov
Wohh! My name sounds so amazing..

ScM- ahm ahm.. complete it

Avu- fine, from his mouth

Sid- my girlfriend

I was busy with the encounter with my stupid sub-concious mind when Mr. Nigam completed his sentence making both me and Ahana shock.

Avu stared at Sid in amusement while Ahana had the same expressions.

Avu- heyy cat, have you lost it. What the fuck are you blabbering ?

Avu whisper shouted and Sid rolled his eyes.

Sid- play along

He replied which sounded more like order.

Avu- and why will I ?

He stared at her blankly for a couple of seconds while she waited him to answer.

I was still waiting for this tin piece robot to spill out and all of a sudden, he started leaning closer. My breathes again hitched. I am telling you, this robot is facing any technical problem but I am not any mechanic.

Sid- then little kid you will get a treat for being obedient

He whispered near her ear. His hot breathes funned over her neck. Though his voice was calm as usual but it was able to make her shiver.

Ahan- stop it. What you two are doing ? And what are you talking ?

Okay so I just have to act and why to leave the offer of a treat. This will also help me to ignore the sensations which is occuring inside me due to the extreme proximity. Okay Neet take deep breath.

Avu then turned towards Ahana with a sugar coated smile and said

Avu- well Ms. Mehra, you know something is called personal. And the conversation between a girlfriend and boyfriend can't be shared with everyone.

She completed and turned towards Sid with a murderous look which didn't affected Sid at all.

Seriously, girlfriend. That day he clearly denied in front of her father and called me his family friend. And today, today he suddenly swapped me as his girlfriend. Wow, just amazing.

Sid- by the way, you are wasting my time Ahana.

Sid said and Avu felt him wrap his both arm wrapping around her stomach and his chin resting on her bare shoulder. Both again felt sparks when their skins came in contact.

Ahan- Dad has just arranged a little party on my birthday so I came here to personally invite my childhood friend

She said emphasising childhood friend and Avu rolled her eyes knowing to whom does Ahana want to hear this.

Sid- okay we will be there

Sid's voice was plain but Ahana's heart pricked on the mention of we. She likes Siddharth since she was small but he never paid attention. She just likes him with his reality and dreams to be with him. And now when she saw him with a girl, that too so close, her heart sank into pain.

She didn't waited much and decided to leave.

Ahan- I should go now

She tried her best to hide the pain in her voice.

Sid- why don't you have a cup of tea ? We are meeting after long.

Really this man have different kind of mood swings. A minute ago he hurted her and now offering her tea.

A smile broke on Ahana's lips and she nodded happily. Sid nodded his head and then dialled someone's number through the office landline.

Sid- have a seat

This time his voice was gentle from previous. Ahana nodded lightly before sitting on the chair parallel to them. She was trying her best to not look at SidNeet.

Ahh! Please someone launch me on Venus. I am feeling so awkward now. I am legit sitting on his lap from so long. In front of us a girl is sitting who likes the man on whose lap I am sitting. What a beautiful moment, fuck!

Within a minute they heard a knock on the cabin's glass door. Though it was a glass door, but no one can gaze inside or outside due to the patterns and designs.

Sid- come in

Now only this was left.

Avu cursed her fate when she found Riyaz walking inside. His eyes also widened on the view but he soon composed himself.

Riy- yes Mr. Nigam

Sid- take her to your cabin

Finally, as soon he finished I got up from his lap. Then I smiled akwardly looking at Riyaz. I took a quick glance of Ahana whose face was now looking little satisfied.

Riy- so what was that Mrs. Nigam ? You guys were openly romancing in front of Ahana Mam

Avu- there's nothing like that

Avu said rolling her eyes and settled herself on the sofa of Riyaz's cabin.

Riy- then

He questioned and Avu sighed and then explained him everything.

Riy pov
Though it was just an act but it may help in bringing you two closer.

Avu- heyy.. can I ask you something ?

Avu asked, her voice dripping with curiosity. This question was rising in her mind from the time she saw those hurt expressions in Ahana's eyes and that weird behaviour of Sid.

Riy- yess, why not.

Avu- look, by the expressions of Ahana anyone can tell that she likes Mr. Nigam. And even Mr. Nigam is gentle with her rather than others.

Riyaz nodded gesturing her that he is listening.

Avu- so when Mr. Nigam had to marry so urgently then why didn't he married Ahana ?

Riy- see, as you know Mr. Nigam don't want any marriage and this kind of realtionship in his life

Avu pov
Yaa... Yaa.. How can't I ? One year marriage deal stuff.. lol.

Avu nodded and gestured him to continue.

Riy- and as Ahana mam is the daughter of Mr. Mehra who is like a father figure to Mr. Nigam. Then if Mr. Nigam would have asked her for a year realtionship then it could have hurted her which will directly hurt Mr. Mehra.

Avu made a big O face when she understood the whole matter.

Avu- does Mr. Nigam told you all this ?

Riy- nope.

He simply shooked his head.

Avu- then how do you know ?

Riyaz gave her a proud look before speaking

Riy- I am working with him since years so it's easy for me

Avu- wow!

After a little more chitchat Avu decided to go.

Avu- it's too late, I will be leaving

Riy- okay, I'll drop you

Avu- yaa let's go

Avu was standing near the reception while Riyaz have went to drop a file. She was casually staring here and there when her eyes fell on Sid and Ahana who were also coming there.

Avu- seems like Mr. Nigam is here to drop Ahana

Sid and Ahana stopped near Avu. Ahana like before, tried to ignore Avu which made Avu role her eyes.

Suddenly a mischievous idea popped in Avu's mind and when Ahana wasn't noticing her, she winked at Sid. Though his expressions didn't changed but he furrowed his brows.

Avu stepped closer and hugged him. Sparks formed in his all body and he stiffened on his spot. While Ahana was staring at them with wide eyes.

But before Sid could react or say something to her, she whispered in his ear.

Avu- come on Mr. Nakchade, your Ahana is looking at us. Hug your girlfriend back.

After listening to whatever she said, Sid frowned in his mind. He took a quick glance at Ahana who had rolled her fists tightly.

He hesitantly lifted his arms and wrapped his one arm around her waist and her body quivered under his touch. And he kept his other arm on her hairs.

Sid- she isn't mine

Sid said curtly and stroked Avu's hair. She slightly giggled on his reply. Both of them were feelings butterflies dancing in their stomach just by a simple hug.

They stayed in the same position not knowing what to do next. Ahana was now very much annoyed by their romance so she fake coughed.

Avu slightly parted from the hug and leaned closer to Sid's right cheek. She planted a kiss in the air just few centimetres apart from his skin. Ahana's jaw clenched seeing Avu kising his cheek while Sid's eyes widened.

Avu- enjoy your day Mr. Robot

She said mischievously and again winked at him and then completely parted away from the hug. Sid scanned the area by his eyes and found the workers looking at him with dropped jaws.

Sid- back to work everyone

His simple words were enough for everyone to move back to their business.

Avu- see you guys

Avu chirped with a goofy smile and waved at Sid and Ahana. Sid just simply nodded in response and Ahana passed her a forced smile.

Avu turned to leave when her jaws dropped founding Riyaz standing there with a teasing smirk.

Avu- wrong timing

She muttered under her breath and then left with Riyaz.

Ahan- you have changed a lot, Siddharth.

Ahana said staring at the dissapearing figure of Avu and Riyaz. Sid understood the meaning of her words very well but he decided not to react. After the silence of few minutes, he gestured Ahana.

He stood outside her car until she settled inside and locked the door. She slided the glass of her window down and waved at him mouthing a byee and he just nodded his head. After that Ahana's car drove off from there.
