❝Wow. Still don't trust me.❞

Lilianna spent her lunchtime on her computer googling as much as she could about her hallucination episode that had happened earlier that day in the hallway. It hadn't been the first occurrence but she hadn't been about to tell Stiles that.
However, when she googled her symptoms all she got were medical conditions and none of them explained why she might be seeing images flash in front of her eyes.
Then she decided to go more specific and look up things relating to what happened to her in Beacon Hills. Of course the first few links were medical related and though Lilianna didn't count those out yet, she had a feeling it wasn't medical related, so she kept scrolling and then she came upon pages on strange occurrences in Beacon Hills.
Lilianna wasn't unaware of the strange happenings in the town, in fact, she was very well aware of them partly due to some of the company she kept. However, she didn't know how her hallucinations and blackouts connected to them.
Lilianna became more nervous, the longer she read, and she didn't want to believe the things she was reading but she'd already seen things that had seemed unexplainable at first.
When the bell rang, Lilianna slammed her computer lid shut and shoved her things into her backpack before heading to her Economics class which unfortunately also had Stiles and Scott in it.
Lilianna arrived first so she made her way to a seat sort of in the middle of the classroom and set her textbook on the desk before pulling out a notebook and attempting to look busy, but in reality she couldn't stop fidgeting as she went over things in her head.
When Stiles and Scott came in, Stiles decided to choose the seat right in front of her while Scott sat in the seat next to Stiles.
Stiles turned around immediately and looked at her as she drummed her pencil on her notebook and bit her lip, "So, are you doing better?"
Lilianna looked at him reluctantly but it didn't stop her from nervously tapping her pencil, "Hmm?"
"You haven't experienced anything else like what you did in the hallway earlier, have you?" Stiles asked, explaining.
"Oh. No I haven't." Lilianna answered, "Why do you care?"
"I'm just trying to be nice." Stiles said and hissed at Scott, "Wow, you were right. She is not thankful."
Lilianna narrowed her eyes at him, "I can hear you, you know. And I am thankful, thanks. I'm just distracted okay."
"I can see that." Stiles said looking down at her still tapping her pencil.
"Nervous habit." Lilianna apologized and set down her pencil to try and stop. She wasn't about to tell Stiles about her anxiety.
"It's okay." Stiles apologized and started to say something else but Coach came in so he turned around and pulled stuff out of his backpack.

A little while into class, Lilianna was sort of zoning out. She tried to snap herself out of it but didn't have to as Coach suddenly slammed his lacrosse stick on Stiles' desk.
Lilianna jumped slightly and watched as Stiles did as well before trying to cover up the pictures on his desk.
Lilianna leaned slightly forward to look over Stiles' shoulder as Coach picked up a photo that looked like a photo of a dead body. Lilianna wrinkled her nose.
"You know, Stilinski, if I could grade you on how profoundly you disturb me, you'd be an A plus student." Coach said and then stepped away, "Now put those pictures away."
Stiles nodded but suddenly grabbed the lacrosse stick as he looked between it and the photo he was looking at. Lilianna leaned slightly more forward to try and see what he was looking at but she couldn't quite figure it out.
"Stilinski! What the hell is wrong with you?" Coach asked, snatching the stick away.
Stiles stared shocked at the photos.
"What are you doing?" Lilianna hissed at him as Coach walked away.
Stiles didn't turn around but answered her, "Nothing. It's nothing."
"It doesn't look like nothing." Lilianna argued, "Stiles. Why do you have pictures of dead bodies?"
"My dad's the Sheriff." Stiles said simply.
Lilianna arched a brow, "Wow. Still don't trust me."
Stiles turned around to look at her then, "You don't make it easy."
Lilianna stared at him, wishing with all her heart that she could just hate this boy so she could ignore him and live a normal life, but something told her that wasn't a possibility.
"Fine. I guess I'll have to try harder." Lilianna said and then looked away from him. She could feel his eyes on her as he looked at her for a minute longer before he turned back around.
Scott was staring at Stiles, "What?"
Stiles lowered his voice, hoping to keep Lilianna from hearing him, "It's a lacrosse player."
"The killer's on the team." Scott said.
Lilianna had tried not to listen but at Scott's words she was suddenly very determined to gain the two boys' trust.
