chapter twenty-nine

The sun is going to set soon.

"We need to buy foods for dinner. Who wants to help me?" Taeyong said.

"I'll help you, hyung." Lucas said with a smile.

"I'm going with you guys." Jaehyun said.

"Lucas c-can I come with y-you?" Jungwoo asked nervously.

"Of course you can, Let's go."  Lucas said and he wrapped an arm around Jungwoo.

"See you later guys." Taeyong said to the others before started walking with the three guys following him.

The four guys entered the bus and they sat comfortably.

"You can take a nap guys, the mart is a bit far from here." Taeyong said and he flashed a bright smile.

Lucas and Jungwoo fell asleep quickly and Taeyong wake them up when they are infront of the mart.

They jumped off the bus and they entered the mart.

"We need to buy these things." Taeyong said while showing them the list.

Lucas grabbed a shopping cart and they started searching.

After few minutes, Taeyong checked all the things they put on the shopping cart before they went to the cashier.

"Do you guys need anything?" Taeyong asked and they shook their head.

Taeyong paid the cashier and they carried the shopping bags.

The ride the bus silently.

After few minutes, The bus stopped forcefully and their was a loud noise.

Their private bus crashed into the truck. The accident happened too fast.

Jungwoo groaned, he wiped his cheek and his eyes widened when he saw blood. He looked at Lucas. His panicked when he saw Lucas' head is bleeding.

"L-lucas?" Jungwoo cried and he tried to shook Lucas' body but he is not waking up.

"Jungwoo a-are you alright?" Taeyong asked.

Jungwoo didn't answer but he cried loudly and he hugged Lucas.

Jaehyun's feet was stuck and he cried in pain. Taeyong's head is bleeding but he's still conscious, He approached Jaehyun and he held his hand.

"W-wait for t-the ambulance." Taeyong said weakly.

"Lucas w-wake up!" Jungwoo said while sobbing.

"Jungwoo, let's get you out of here." Taeyong said and he left Jaehyun.

He grabbed Jungwoo's hand but the other male was clutching on Lucas' shirt.

"D-don't die, Lucas. Me and m-mom n-needs you." Jungwoo said while crying.

It took a couple of minutes before many rescuers came. They helped all of them.

They put Lucas on the stretcher and Jungwoo followed them.

Jungwoo can't stop crying while waiting for Lucas. Taeyong's head still hurts but he choosed to stay beside Jungwoo.

"Stop crying. Lucas will be fine. He's strong." Taeyong assured Jungwoo and he rubbed his back softly.

After few hours, the doctor came out from the operating room and Jungwoo stood up quickly.

"I-Is Lucas f-fine?" Jungwoo asked the doctor worriedly.

"We stitched the cut on his forehead and the other parts of his body were not damaged. He's still unconscious, You can visit him as soon as we move him to a room." The doctor said before tapping Jungwoo's back and walking away.

"Jungwoo, Take a rest. Lucas will wake up soon." Taeyong said softly.
