Mafia Love
Error's POV
I took a sip of coffee while looking out the window of my home, watching the snow fall. It was cold outside so the maids had started the hearth to keep the mansion warm.
A voice suddenly spoke, drawing my attention from the ice frosted window. I saw my brother walk in, a maid following closely behind. The maid handed him a cup of coffee after he had joined me at the table. I nodded to him as as simple hello which he returned.
Geno: The neighbors children are playing in our front yard.
He stated with slight annoyance.
Me: Let them. They're just kids and they're having fun.
Geno: I suppose.
I placed my cup down and looked to my side. I was surprised to see that Ink wasn't standing there but then I remembered that he was given some holiday time off. To tell the truth, I was lonely but I understood that even my bodyguard needed a break.
Geno: What is your plan for today? Father has been awfully generous with no assignments for us and causing no trouble for the clients.
I thought for a few seconds.
Me: I might drive around town for a little bit, enjoy the snow and the festivities. Since our family doesn't do anything around this time of year.
I grumbled quietly before finishing my second cup of coffee for the morning. My family may be Christian but they never took the time to celebrate anything. However, I did lie to Geno. I had planned on visiting Ink's home for the day.
The maid placed breakfast in front of us. She bowed her head before leaving us alone. We ate the food together with little to no conversation.
I hurried, eventually finishing the food. I stood up and left my plate for the maid to pick up.
I grabbed my suit jacket and my tie and made me way to the car outside.

I secured my tie before knocking on the door. I heard movement from behind the door then it opened, showing Ink. He was dressed in casual clothing, completely different from the black suit that he wore. No matter what he wore, he was still hot.
Ink noticed me staring at his body and smiled before pulling me into his home. After closing the door behind him, he pulled me into a kiss. I chuckled as I wrapped my arms around his waist. We pulled away to catch our breath. He smiled at me.
Ink: Hi.
Me: Hello.
He got out of my embrace and continued whatever task he had been doing beforehand, seeming to be making breakfast for himself.
Ink: I thought you were doing work for the Don.
Me: Not for this holiday. He told me to enjoy Christmas.
He hummed in response. I took the time to look around his home. It was barren of anything festive which immediately caught my eye.
Me: You didn't decorate?
Ink: I don't celebrate the holidays.
Me: Why not?
Ink: I've never had anyone to celebrate it with. What's the point?
I could hear the sad tone in his voice. Walking towards him, I hugged him from behind and spoke softly.
Me: You have me.
He lifted his hand to place it on my cheek. I leaned into it. Ink had me bent to his will.

Ink and I walked in the snow covered park. After he had eaten breakfast, I was able to convince him to join me on a stroll to enjoy the holiday.
My lover adjusted his brown scarf to keep himself covered better from the chilly breeze. I looked around for few seconds to see if anyone was nearby before lowering my hand to hold his.
He noticed, meeting my gaze. Rainbow blush appeared on his cheeks. However it wasn't long before we had to let go when we entered the town once more.
I saw men standing on ladders and turning on each light that hung over the street. Women walked with their children past toy stores and families ate together in restaurants. There were things that I saw that I wished my own family did or at least something that I could do with Ink.
Ink heard the sigh that slipped from my mouth, causing him to lock his eyes on me.
Ink: What's wrong?
Me: My family are not as festive as others. In fact, we really don't do anything.
Ink: I'm sorry.
I reassured him that he shouldn't apologize. I thought a little more as we made our way back to my lover's home.
When we entered the warm home of my bodyguard, I took off my suit jacket and loosened my tie. Ink did the same but deciding to keep on his brown scarf.
He turned to me and smiled.
Ink: What do you want to do?
I shrugged.
Ink: I know.
I watched Ink as he moved to the corner of the living room. There stood a phonograph player and a rack of vinyl records. He shifted through the many records that he had before taking out one and sliding it out of its protective case. He carefully placed the record on the player and set down the needle. Jazz music began to play.
I recognized that artist. He sometimes played at my families restaurant. Ink turned to me, holding out his arms to me with an awkward smile.
Ink: Care to dance?
I nodded and joined him. I wrapped my arms around his waist and he placed his on my shoulders. We swayed to the music, simply enjoying each other's presence. Ink leaned into my chest and releasing a soft relaxed breath.
After a while dancing, I grew somewhat restless. I gently pressed Ink against the wall before locking his lips with mine. I slipped my tongue into his mouth. I felt my lover squirm in tiny protest but he didn't reject me. I pulled away with a concerned look.
Me: What's wrong?
Ink: Can we just... can we just do simple affection?
Me: Of course.
Ink: It's a wholesome holiday. Save it for Valentines.
I nodded before backing away from him. I kissed him on the forehead as an apology for my neediness.

I held onto my lover's body as we rested on the couch. We had a pillow supporting us on the armrest and we watched a show on the television. A blanket was thrown over our bodies to keep us warm from the cold air that founds its way into the house.
Ink's home was much more cozy than mine. I remember being in the mansion with just my mother and brother, father being out on business.
My lover shifted under my arm which brought my gaze to him. He turned to me to allow me to notice that he fallen asleep. A smile appeared as I slowly moved my hand to his cheek. I gently rubbed my thumb, giving warmth to his cold face.
Ink moved slightly, cuddling closer into my chest.
Ink: You're so warm.
He said quietly.
Me: Thank you, love.
He suddenly looked up at me. I greeted him with a warm smile to which he returned with a more tired one. He turned his attention to the window.
Through the closed blinds, there were small rays of sunlight that forced their way into the room but they were brighter than normal as they reflected off the snow that fell earlier that morning. I could still hear the cheerful cries of children that continued to play until their mothers called them back inside.
Ink pushed himself up from the couch and stretched. I watched him as he entered the kitchen to get a drink of water. I checked the time, realizing that I needed to start heading home as to not let my father worry about my location and send people to get me. I couldn't risk people discovering mine and Ink's relationship.
I groaned, standing from the couch. Ink noticed my movement as I went to the front door and retrieved my suit jacket and tie.
Ink: You're leaving?
Me: Yes. I don't want to but I don't want anyone to discover us.
He nodded before joining my side. He helped me secure my tie around my neck. Once I was ready to leave, Ink pulled me into a kiss which I returned instantly. We pulled away, nuzzling each other.
Me: Happy Holidays, Ink.
He thought for a moment, presumably thinking of what to response. Eventually, he smiled at me.
Ink: ...
Happy Holidays
