Garroth's POV:
The island was silent once more...I didn't like it. At all. My sandy beaches were empty again. I was only there...with my feet in the sand, looking out to the water that just seemed infinite. I miss Laurance and Travis with their jokes. Katelyn's attitude. Anna's sweetness. Aphmau's...
Everything.
I really wished my blonde brain would've told her how I felt before she left. But, it would only distract her from her mission. Besides, I have my own mission. To focus on the earth and how to fix it. She'll come back...
Please come back.

Zane's POV:
The wind blew through my hair. There was no words carried by it. I wish I could run my hands through her bubblegum hair and just, listen to that voice that I found so annoying before. Sure. Her father may be the reason why Earth is in this mess but, I didn't care. She wasn't him...
Now, all that's in my ears is the sweet sound my breezes make.

Vylad's POV:
I heard my footsteps crunch against the trails I now walk alone on. Don't get me wrong...I love my brothers but, they never understood my Earth like Katelyn did. Garroth has water, Zane has wind, and I, Earth. That's what we are. With others we were able to share our passions with them. Now, we're alone again.
"Vylad..."
I looked behind me to see my brother, Garroth looking at me.
"We cannot go, Garroth.", I say, sternly. "We may risk losing this place if we do."
"I wasn't going to ask you that.", He says, starting to walk next to me. "Vylad...I'm sorry."
I turned to him, utterly confused to what he was talking about.
"I'm sorry for encouraging you to have them stay here...", He says. "If I didn't, we wouldn't be in this mess."
"Hey...it's not your fault.", I say, placing a hand on his shoulder. "You were just looking out for their safety and now, we more people we can depend on."
"Yes but, now...we are all alone again."
"I don't care."
He looked at me with a, 'seriously' look on his face, crossing his arms.
"What?"
"Don't act like I didn't see you making loving eyes at Katelyn.", He says, smirking. "You're growing up, Vylad. Congratulations."
I rolled my eyes but, felt blood rush up to my face.
"W-Whatever. It's not like you don't do same for Aphmau."
I chuckled when I saw his face turn bright red. He groaned and put one hand over his eyes and one on his hip.
"Is it really that noticeable?", He asked.
"Clear as crystal.", I smiled. "Luckily for you, Aphmau is obviously blind."
He sighed.
"Yeah..."
It went silent again.
"Do...Do you think they'll come back?", He asked.
"...They have to. They promised."
We eventually made it to the cliffs, where Zane was sitting at the edge. The sun was already setting, making our father's sky orange, pink, and purple. Our mother was turning dark around us. We sat down on either side of Zane, enjoying the view as much as he was.
"You know...I wonder where we really are, to be honest.", Zane said, looking into the distance, the light of the sunset highlighting his face. "Are we somewhere that human kind hasn't discovered yet or are we just...not in reality?"

Garroth's POV:
I looked at my brother like he was crazy. I mean, of course we're real! We breath the same air as the others and walk on the same ground! But...
What if we were? It doesn't seem so far fetch. It's our life for goodness sakes.
"I rather not question it.", I say.
"Should we trust our parents when they say we're real though?", Zane asked, snapping his head towards me. "Think about it. We didn't know that civilizations were so close to us."
"So close, they were just a hole in a wall.", Vylad said. "It's no question that we're real. We are. Just...not mentally."
"What do you mean?", I asked, still confused.
"We're cowards.", He says. "Our parents built us from the earth for the purpose of going out to fix what humans did to the planet. We can't even step one inch off this island..."
He threw a rock and I watched it as it hit the water below. I cringed a bit, knowing that it hurt the water but, I wasn't gonna knit pick it.
"Then, why are we still here?", I asked, getting a bit frustrated. "We were told to leave by our father and we're still here, moping!"
"We aren't ready, Garroth.", Zane mumbled. "If we were, we would be out there right now."
"What if we are?"
"We aren't!", Vylad shouted.
"We've never tried!", I shout back. "We don't know what it's like out there! We've never even left this island! Do you really think we aren't ready?! Our friends are out there right now, trying to survive and all we have to say is, "We aren't ready?""
"...It's dangerous for us and you know it."
"It's dangerous for them too.", I say, standing up. "They are out there, alone in a toxic world, fighting for their lives. We are supposed to be the heroes here."
"I know...", Vylad sighed, looking at me, square in the eyes. "But, we know nothing of their world. If we are to save it, we need to know how. We can't just waltz in there and wave our hands all willy-nilly, and boom the earth is saved!"
I looked at the forest and greenery behind us. The wind blew through it gently, making it dance elegantly. The smell of flowers and salt water blessed the air. I took a deep breath and I summoned magic, soon in the palm of my hand was my sword. It had waves in graved into the diamond blade and a sapphire was held in the iron handle. Zane and Vylad looked at the sword and then at me, they stood up in front of me, their eyes narrowed.
"You know you aren't to summon your weapon unless it's an emergency.", Zane warns, "Father says it's too powerful for regular use."
"This is an emergency, Zane."
"No, Garroth. Put the sword down and let's return to our regular lives.", Vylad says, motioning his hands in a calming motion. "We aren't against you but, we won't stand with you on this one, brother."
The waves of my ocean crashed onto the rocks below, making a water wall behind me. Slight drops fell on me, giving me power. I raised my hood and closed my eyes, focusing on my power and my element alone. The water became more hazardous below, making it dangerous for any living thing to sail or swim. I tightly gripped my sword and stood in a battle ready position. I opened my eyes and glared at my two brothers. The two I knew my whole life and said;
"I'm going, even if I have to battle through you two."
The stood back, shocked at everything they were seeing. Fear were in their eyes as they stared at me.
"Brother, calm down. We'll figure out a way.", Zane says, in a calm tone, "We aren't ready."
"That's what I thought as well, when father told me that we needed to follow our mission last night.", I say, "But, now I see that we need to be what we're created for. Water, air, and earth. We are not living to our potential here and I know my mission is out there."
"You'll die out there and you know it!", Vylad says, yelling over the crashing waves. "If are to leave this island, you might not return! Leaving the ocean to shambles!"
"I rather die knowing I tried to save our earth rather than, staying on this island!", I yell back.
My brothers seemed to understand this situation wasn't going to die down easily. They looked at each other and soon, they summoned their weapons. Zane a vibro double blade and Vylad a spear. Zane pulled back his hair in a messy bun and they pulled their hoods up as well. They got in their battle positions and from there, I knew I wasn't going to leave without a few scars.
