JAMIE POV

We drove around the corner from the beach to in n out burger. getting out of the jeep I was struggling trying to pull my pants over my wet legs.

"Do you want to just wear the extra dress I have?" Bailey offered.

"Yes please." I nodded my head and took my pants off and put them back in my bag. Bailey handed me a short, flowy, peach colored dress. I slipped it over my bathing suit and fixed my hair over my shoulders.

Bailey and josh had already gone inside and Tyler was waiting for me behind the jeep. When I went to the back he turned his phone off and smiled. We were walking side by side when he started to hold my hand. I felt my face heat up and I looked at the ground.

We looked at the menu and I started to feel sick. I squeezed Tyler's hand and he looked at me. He bent down and whispered in my ear so no one would hear.

"You don't have to eat if you don't want to but I'd like to know you did eat today.." He said soft and kindly. My heart sped at the sound of his voice. 

I looked into his deep brown eyes that looked so loving but secretive.  I just nodded my head and he ordered a meal and I just got a drink and fries. 

"Well finally. Did you two love birds make out in the parking lot?" Josh laughed as we sat down.

"No. it's hard to pull pants off when your legs are wet."

Josh and Bailey just laughed.

When we were finished eating we drove to Walmart and bought hair dye. We went back to Tyler's house that was down the block from josh and I.

I carried the bag while Tyler led all of us inside. Josh had his arm around Bailey and said hi to Tyler's mom while I stood there awkwardly by Tyler not knowing what to do. His mom looked at me with a smile and then at Tyler.

"Mom this is Jamie. My girlfriend. " he said with a smile. My heart sped up and did like 3000 jumps at the sound of him calling me his girlfriend.

"Hello dear, it's so nice to see Tyler finally has a girlfriend. " she giggled. I laughed along and shook her hand. Tyler embarrassed took my hand and led me to his bed room that was down stairs.

Bailey and josh were laying on the bed basically falling asleep.

"Dude you can leave if you're tired." Josh thought about it and Bailey shook her head yes as they got up. They hugged us and left.

After they shut the door I turned to Tyler.

"Do you know how to dye hair?"

"Uhh kinda I help josh sometimes." He rubbed the back of his neck.

"Oh great." I sighed laughing.

We went into the bathroom and Tyler helped me get everything set up. We watched a Tutorial before we did anything so we didn't screw up. He was putting bleach on my head and after like 10 minutes and not even all my hair had bleach on it my head started to burn.

"Ty my head burns!" I groaned.

"Hold still. I know josh said its normal. "

"Ugh I don't like it!"

"Shut up babe." As soon as he called me babe I stopped talking and started blushing. As focused as he was I saw a smirk appear on his face.

He got all my hair bleached and I waited about 30 agonizing minutes. I quickly showered and put my clothes back on after I was dry. My hair was a pure blonde and didn't look to bad.

"Tyler my hair is still wet do we have to wait for it to dry?" I said walking in while towel drying my hair. He nodded his head while turning away from his computer.

"Damn that's blonde."

"Thanks?" I laughed. I sat down on the bed across from him. He rolled his chair over to me and leaned in.

"So amie, how long have you liked me?"

"Haha well that depends. "

"How does it depend?"

"How long have you liked me?"

"I asked first. "

"I liked you since we started talking."

"I liked you a little longer than that."

"Since when?"

"Jesse's brothers birthday." My eyes widened.

" you liked me for over 5 months?" Tyler shyly nodded.

"Why didn't you say anything?"

"Because you were in love with Jesse."

"Ugh don't remind me of him." I rolled my eyes and threw my self backwards. Tyler jumped on me and pinned me down.

"TY YOURE SQUISHING ME!" I said out of breathe.

"Ok." He chuckled and started to tickle me. My legs kicked and my arms were flying everywhere.

"Ty stop pleas!" I laughed.

"Not until you say it."

"Say what?"

"Say that I'm the best at everything and I'm always right."

"Nope."

"Why not?"

"Cause no one is always right."

"True but you still gotta say it."

"Never!"

"Then I'll keep doing this."

"Okay wait! You're the best and always right."

"Not exactly what I said but it'll do." He smiled and kissed me. I rolled my eyes and then gave into the kiss.

After a few YouTube videos and songs my hair finally dried and Tyler helped me dye it blue. Since my shirt got soaked from me putting it on directly after I showered the first time Tyler let me borrow one of his.

I put on the white crew neck that has grey cuffs and collar along with my light wash skinny jeans. I put my hair in the towel and came in Tyler's room to ask if he had a blow dryer I could use.  He showed me where it was and I put on light makeup and styles my hair. I was overly excited about how blue my hair is now.

I ran into Tyler's room with a giant grin on my face.

"What do ya think?!"

"You look gorgeous." He said breathless. I started to blush and laid on the bed.
