-Kim Taehyung's POV-

"Wow, they made us so much food!" My eyes widened as I saw the amount of containers of side dishes.

"They taste amazing too, I've already tried a few. Miss.Lee is an amazing cook." My mom smiled.

My mothers eyes lit up."I think we should give them some of our kimchi, I feel indebted towards her now. Shes so kind."

"Her daughter is beautiful also, have you seen her?" My mother asked.

I nodded."No, I didn't know she had a daughter." I lied.

"Go out into the garage and in the fridge is our kimchi, get the jar and bring it inside.I'm going to put it into a new container for them and take some for dinner."

I walked towards the garage door and opened it, I heard thunder outside and the rain hitting the ground repeatedly. It was sunny today, suddenly it started raining a couple of minutes ago.

I walked towards the refrigerator and suddenly a loud boom of thunder startled me."Aishhh." I quickly grabbed the jar out and ran back inside.

"I'm back!"

"It's raining so much outside, I heard the storm is going to go on for a long time. The thunder is so scary." My mom shivered.

"It's so scary I ran back inside."

"You're going to be giving it to them in a couple of minutes."

"What? No I'm not, I am not going outside. Did you even see how scary it is outside?" I exclaimed.

"To bad. I am not going to be able to remember to give it to them so I'm making you do it."

"Arghh." I heard the thunder again and felt goosebumps, I can't believe she's making me go out in the rain to give kimchi to our neighbours. I had just remembered that Haru lived next door, maybe I'll be able to see her. I'll introduce myself to her, maybe today will be the first time I talk to her.

"Okay hurry up so I can give it." I said sitting down watching her grab chop sticks to transfer the kimchi. Effortlessly she grabbed large amounts and put it into a glass container.

"Okay here." She closed it with a lid.

"Run quickly, sorry to make you run through this but their just next door so I think you will be fine. The storm is going to be over in a couple of minutes." She patted my head, I got up grabbing the container.

I was about to leave until she stopped me."You know what Taehyung I'll just come with you, I feel bad making you go out-"

"No, it's okay. I got this." I smiled, I saw my mothers shoulders rest and her mouth opened.

"Alright, be careful Taehyung. It's pretty nasty outside. Hey, you know what just go another time." She insisted walking towards me reaching out.

"No. I want to give them this, I can have a chance to greet them." I held the container above my head so she wouldn't take it away from me.

"Fine, do you want an umbrella?"

"Mom, they live next door."

"Okay." She laughed realizing.

Walking towards the door I turned the door knob."I'm leaving!"

"Mmm!" I heard her mumble.

As I opened the door I saw lightening from above and got startled, it was so bright. I pulled my hoodie over head and was ready to run, closing the door behind me I ran through the rain to the neighbors porch. My hoodie was wet with droplets of rain stained through, I heard the thunder as I rang the door bell twice.

I listened closely but all I heard was the rain."Is there no one here?" I mumbled to myself.

It started raining harder as I looked around."Shit." Looking the door I just noticed that it wasn't shut completely, I didn't know if I should go in or not.

The thunder startled me again, this time it was the loudest one I heard so far."Aishh." I opened the door and walked inside the house closing the door shut before rain got in.

"Hello?" I said loudly, it was quiet and I heard no response. Taking off my shoes I walked inside, I hope they won't get mad at me if I invaded their home. Possibly they got robbed or something, the door wasn't shut and locked properly.

Looking around I saw the kitchen, I placed the container on the table and began walking around. I noticed that there was pictures of a little girl around the house, I was sure that it was Haru. I switched on the light since it was getting dark outside.

I scanned the photos quickly, she was even cute when she was younger. I saw a photo of her wearing a hat blowing bubbles."So cute." I laughed staring at it.

I turned around and wondered why the door wasn't shut properly, I should probably leave now. I shouldn't be in their house like this, this doesn't feel right.

"Should I write a note?"

"Ugh,what the hell are you saying? Just leave, what if they come back right now?" I whispered heading towards the door. I turned on the light to see my shoes, it was getting late now.

Trying to slip on my shoes but they were hard to put on, my laces were wet. I didn't want to touch them. I heard a roaring strike of thunder from outside and the lights went completely off. I held my chest as I heard a scream from upstairs, that sounded like Haru.

Throwing my shoe to the ground I searched in the dark for the stairs, why was Haru upstairs? Is someone up there with her? Is she safe? I needed to know, her house looked different when it was dark. I couldn't recognize anything, this place was unfamiliar to me.

I was getting frustrated, I pulled out my phone from my pocket and turned on the flashlight. Looking around I noticed that near the left was a dark area, I was sure that there was stairs there.

"Haru!" I yelled out loud scurrying up the stairs, I didn't hear any response.

I was in a hallway, I didn't know where she was."Haru?" I called out her name again. Hearing the thunder again I heard her scream from a room far back, I ran to the rooms and held the phone into a room.

She wasn't there, I ran to the next room and flashed the phone into the whole room and saw her on the ground face down shaking. Haru had her hands pressed against her ears trying to block the sounds out.

"Haru?" I said softly.

Haru held her head up and swayed her body to my voice."J-Jimin?" She held her hands out.

"Oppa?" Haru called out. I didn't know how to respond, I got closer to Haru and her fingers grazed my hand. Thunder strikes again and Haru blocks her ears ducking downwards, I hear her heavily breathing. Haru is afraid of thunder?

My heart was racing rapidly, I didn't know what to do. I didn't know what to say, I didn't know how to comfort her. I felt so useless because nothing was coming out of my mouth.

A thought came into my mind, I need to block out the sound. It seems that Haru is afraid of the thunder, how do I block out the sound? My eyebrows lifted as I thought of something, I pulled out my earphones from my sweater pocket and plugged it into my phone. Music can block out the thunder, I put on a slow song and looked at Haru.

"Haru." I called out, she flinched hearing my voice.

"O-Oppa, I'm scared." She cried, I touched her cheek wiping away her tear. Haru thinks that I am Jimin, my eyebrows softened as I looked at her face. I pulled her hair back and put in the earphones, I hoped that this works. I slid closer to her so that I can see her, Haru seemed more relaxed and her breathing wasn't as intense as before. Haru's hand touched mine and it intertwined, I felt my heart racing as I looked at her.

Haru shut her eyes and listened to the music, her focus was the music. Haru then wrapped her arms around me, my eyes widened as I felt her hands tighten on my back. She thinks I'm her boyfriend, when she realizes that I'm not will she regret this?

I didn't care, I wrapped my arms around her. If this made Haru feel safe and secure then nothing else mattered. I never imagined our first encounter to happen like this.

Peering downwards I wiped away her tears, Haru must've been so scared. The state that I saw her in shocked me. We stayed like this of a while, I no longer heard thunder. Just the sound of rain.

I turned on my phone and shined the light above us, Haru fell asleep in my arms. I paused the song and took the earphones out of Haru's ears, I placed them beside me and shined the light on her.

She's beautiful.

A glistening tear was in her eye but I couldn't wipe it away, she had such long lashes. I was afraid if I touched her face again then I would wake her up. Haru was sound asleep, I was relieved that she was alright now.

I couldn't resist the urge to kiss her forehead, I know that she has a boyfriend but I didn't care that much. What is he going to do anyways?

I placed my lips on Haru's forehead lightly and saw her snuggle onto my chest.
