-Kim Taehyung's POV-
Taking a step outside of my house I spotted the girl and scurried back inside my house, it appeared as she was waiting for someone. Probably for her boyfriend.
I peeked again and saw her looking at the sky, the sky was beautiful. Orange and yellow, mixed with a little light blue. When I glanced back at her I saw the guy again, I hid behind my door fast in case he saw me.
"Oppa, your early."
"Haru-ah let's go." He said grabbing her hand, she smiled swinging her hands back and forth.
I came out of hiding when they left."Aish, what am I doing?" I ruffled my hair shutting the door behind me. I couldn't help but be envious of their relationship.
I was walking a distance from them, they also walked in the same direction as me to school. I tried to avoid looking at them but my eyes always came lingering to them.
We finally arrived to school, I walked to my first class. She was also in my homeroom class, I was sure that her boyfriend wasn't in this class. I sat near the back, I sat down in my seat and took out my notebooks from my back pack. I hung my backpack behind my seat, I heard laughter from outside of the classroom getting louder.
It was Haru and that guy, I believed that his name was Jimin?
They were walking towards me, swallowing hard I pretended to look outside the window. She took the seat next to me, I felt my heart skip. Hearing rustling beside me I peek to see was she was doing, going through her bag I saw her pull out a light pink water bottle. She opened it lifting her head taking gulps, my eyes trailed down her neck and collarbone. I swallowed hard and turned in the opposite direction.
Why doesn't she notice me?
Am I nonexistent to her?
I slowly sighed and grabbed my pencil getting up walking to the pencil sharpener next to the door, walking past her in front of the class I quickly glanced. She didn't even look at me, not even a glance.
Grinding my pencil I bit my lip holding back my bitterness, I wanted her to notice me. I seek her attention, she probably doesn't like me. She hasn't even looked at me once.
"Yah! You asshole come back here!" I heard a girls scream, a guy ran into the classroom holding track pants.
He ran towards the window and smirked at the girl."Don't fucking dare Kang Jun,I'll-" She shrieked at the top of her lungs as he held the pants out the window.
She whined."Kang Jun stop! I'm not fucking kidding right now!"
"Then forgive me and kiss me." Kang Jun pouted.
"I'm not forgiving you! I'm still mad at you!" She stomped. He reached in and kissed her lips, he reeled the pants in behind him.
He released and smiled running towards the door."Forgive me Jae Hee~"
"W-what he fuck?" She chased after him."Yah!" A gush of wind flew past me as they left.
I smile crept up my lips, that was cute. I looked at Haru while walking back, a small smile tickled her lips. She didn't notice me again, it hurt my pride a little but she will notice me soon.
---------
"Ahhhhhh, I almost killed myself." Jun put down the chemical in the glass tube. I laughed at him, I heard a sweet girls laugh near me and turned around. It was Haru and her friend, I had never heard her laugh before.
I suddenly heard Jun's voice beside my left ear."Hm? You like her?"
"Huh? No." I denied.
"Good because I'm pretty sure she's with Jimin, Haru is really pretty. Out of all the girls in the school, my preference though." He winked.
"You like her?" I asked.
"Hell yes. Since forever, same with a lot of guys." He swooned, I laughed at his acting.
"The thing is...she's disabled."
My eyes widened."What?"
"Haru is blind."
"Yah, stop lying." I nudged him chuckling. Jun punched my arm lifting his eyebrows."I'm not!"
"Are you serious?..." My smile faded, realization hit me.
"She got into a accident."
My eyes dropped."I didn't even know." That explains why she doesn't notice or look at me.
Jun scratched the back of his head."Mmm, I bet Haru doesn't know what we all look like."
I sighed running my hands through my hair."It really fucking sucks, a pretty girl like that..."
He looked at me and blinked thrice."Hey, I thought you didn't like her."
I smirked."Well, I lied."
"Well, you got no chance anyways." Jun smirked at me.
--------
Haru waited at the back of the school for Jimin to pick her up, pacing back and forth she sighed continuously. Then she then bumped into something hard yet soft.
Haru pulled her hands back."Oh? I'm sorry!" She bowed, what she felt was someone's torso.
Haru heard Jimin's laugh."Haru, I told you to wait for me at the front of the school. Its dangerous here, there isn't anyone around. Anyone can just fucking kidnap you right now." He sternly said grabbing her hand, Jimin just wanted her to be safe.
"I forgot, I'll try to remember next time. I keep on forgetting." Haru lightly patted her head and laughed. Jimin stared at her apologetically.
"Anything exciting happened today?" Haru smiled.
Jimin looked at her intently."Hmm, two girls asked me out."
She frowned."What did you say? Who did you choose?" She was curious.
"Oh, Haru is getting jealous!" He teased.
Jimin smacked both his lips together."I chose no one, I wasn't interested in either of them."
"Ahh, so many girls ask you out but you always reject them. When was the last time you asked a girl out?" She swung Jimin's hand back and forth.
"Six months ago, I broke up with Seulgi within a week."
"Oh, I remember. You never told me why."
"Seulgi was to clingy, she thought that I was cheating on her with you. She became that way." Jimin smiled, every girl he has went out with always had a suspicion that he was secretly with Haru because of their close relationship.
They were wrong, Jimin only went out with them was because he wanted to forget about Haru. He tried to move on, he kept on failing. Jimin came to terms to accept that he couldn't let go out Haru no matter how hard he tried. Jimin has given up trying to forget about Haru, he now has eyes only for Haru.
"That's funny." Haru held back her laugh.
"It is." Jimin agreed with her, he let out a long yawn while tilting his head back.
"Do you want to go straight home or..." Jimin trailed off.
"No...I don't want to go. Take me somewhere Jimin." She whined cutely.
"Where?" Jimin smiled wanting to pinch her cheeks.
"Can we go to a park? I want to go on the swings." Haru liked the feeling of the wind tossing her hair back and forth.
"Sure, the one near your house?"
"Yeah."
"Anything exciting happen to you today?" Jimin asked waiting for a car to pass. A guy opened the car window and threw a ripped piece of paper out the window whistling, he winked at Haru and they drove off.
Jimin was furious, he stuck up the middle finger at the car as they left. He was pretty sure that they saw it, as they were about to cross the road he reached to pick the paper up. He had seen that there was a phone number written on it with messy handwriting. Jimin's fist was then clenched hard crumpling the paper.
Haru lifted her shoulders and placed them down."Not really."
Jimin stopped walking."That fucking..." He threw the paper to the ground.
"Huh? What happened?" Haru asked concerned.
Jimin shook his head."Nothing." He lied.
Haru knew that he was lying."It's not nothing, Jimin why are you lying to me?" Haru's hurt voice echoed in Jimin's ear.
"You don't understand." Jimin said.
"I don't understand? Your not telling me anything Jimin, how am I supposed to understand?" Haru hated it when people lied to her, she could tell from the sudden change in their voice.
"You can't see."
Haru felt a stab to her heart.
Jimin rephrased it."You didn't see what just happened."
"Why don't you tell me what you saw instead of lying?" Haru felt a tear shed from her eyes, Jimin got surprised and let go of her hand. Jimin had never seen her cry because of him.
"The things that you can't see, they bother me Haru." He admitted.
She exhaled."What bothers you Jimin?"
"Guys, they bother me." Jimin wiped away Haru's tears with both his hands and wrapped his arms around her.
"I'm sorry Haru, don't cry." He stroked her head.
"What do they do?" She whispered in his ear.
"Because your so pretty they stare at you in a way and I don't like it, I get jealous."
Haru's heart started beating rapidly, Jimin was stirring her heart up.
"Haru, I'm going to say something right now so listen closely." Haru nodded once.
"I have feelings for you Haru, you can't see anything so I have to suffer with these amount of guys trying to get your attention." Haru became flustered, she had no idea.
"I don't care if you like me or not but I don't want anything to change because of what I just told you."
"Okay." She buried her face into his chest, Haru liked it how Jimin wasn't forcing her to like him. Jimin was simply confessing to her.
"I'm sorry Haru, I get jealous easily. I can't help it."
"I understand...please don't lie to me again, just tell me what happened." Haru sniffed, Jimin let go of Haru and intertwined his fingers with hers. They began walking again.
Jimin was straightforward, he didn't like holding back. Jimin wanted Haru to know the struggles he has to go through because of his feelings for her. He didn't care if she liked him back or not. What mattered was Jimin liked her for her, if he could be next to Haru that's all he wanted.
Jimin noticed how gloomy the sky got, he remembered that one if his friends said that there was going to be a thunderstorm today. "Haru,it looks like it's going to rain. I think we should be going home. We can go to the park next time."
Haru held Jimin's hand tighter."Thunderstorm?" She asked.
"I heard there is going to be one."
Jimin knew how much Haru was afraid of thunderstorms, the thunder scares her the most. Haru always got startled because of sudden loud noises, thunder is Haru's worst fear. She would get down onto the floor and try to cover her sensitive ears from the loud thrashes from the thunder. Sometimes Haru would cry depending on how bad it is, she had told Jimin it reminded her of the accident.
It happened on a dark night on the day of the accident, there was a horrible thunderstorm. Haru was traumatized from it.
"Take me home quickly oppa." Haru said grabbing onto Jimin's shoulder.
