Gryffindor: Sharks- very polite once they realize that you aren't a food animal, but may bite without checking first, so still pretty dangerous

Ravenclaw: Rats- actually incredible intelligent and easy to teach, will pick up and adapt to environmental cues quite easily

Hufflepuff: Bees- literally fight and die for their hive, work for their whole lives, very communicative and collaborative

Slytherin: Spiders- they build huge structures, all by themselves, and do it more than once if necessary. I have seen some truly impressive, beautiful webs
